Elma: Half of the machines don’t work, and the other half are absolutely disgusting, and there wasn’t even chocolate. The “froyo” is basically ice with a slight flavor. It’s horrible. The whole point of froyo is to get your own toppings too, which is now done by the staff. This place was better when it was bloop. Last time ever coming here.

Sweet, flavored, adequate. Meh, okay.

Kendra Fisher: Twisty's is my favorite ice cream shop in West Grand Rapids. They don't have as low of prices as they use to, I will admit, but I still think it's worth it. Online it says they close 9pm but their sign out front states they don't close until 10pm (in case you like late night trips like myself). They do not accept apple pay however, so be aware of that if you've never been there.

Good times.Edit, today I ordered my usual order and the people in the store gave me vanilla. When I told them that it was not what I ordered they argued with me and said their "machine" said that was what I ordered. This is the second time they have screwed up my order and accused me of ordering something I didn't want. Not cool. I'll be going to Dairy Queen for the rest of the season I think. Her hot fudge is skimpy on the fudge today and the last few visits. I am quite disappointed.

The shop is quite small and lacks indoor seating, but the employee was very friendly and attentive. We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of vegan options offered here as well. Delightful experience.

Tim Horn: Our Coffee Toffee, Key Lime and Sweet Potato ice cream are all very good. The young Lady that was there wasn't exactly congenial or pleasant. She wasn't rude, but rather indifferent about us being there. Regardless of that, we'd still go back and would recommend to others.
