Love's Ice Cream & Chocolate: what do users think?
Adrienne Wallace: Love's is...well, love. This is premium ice cream with a premium price tag but you already knew that...so stop complaining about the cost and instead savor the quality and culinary care which is more than worth it. If you want a quick/cheap cone, head up Plainfield to Frosty Boy or the DQ. This is simply not the same category, nor are they trying to be. While you're here and now in the right mindset, try the boozie ice cream shake.
A. T.: The chocolate brownie and peanut butter cup ice cream is to die for! First time today, and coming back again!
pauline Sandoval: Ice cream good; too expensive for amount given in cup.
Eddie White: Get the root beer float, you won't regret it
Kassidy Gregory: Vegan and GF options!!
Mike Norris (Betapixels): Great ice cream and cool market.
Marta Favela: Great ice cream.
Sheri Monroe: My family and I tried the gf cookie dough ice cream. It was good and not overly sweet. It has a distinct maple flavor that we all really enjoyed. We also had the gf brownie and it was sooo yummy! The perfect amount of gooey center mixed with a slightly crisp outer edge...I may have had most of it to myself. So so good!
ryan reynolds: Ice cream was good, it was pretty pricey. It it’s not your normal ice cream shop they have dairy free options as wells as shakes and sundays.
Mark Kemp: Great for the kids
Erin Cataldo: Love’s is hand down the best ice cream ever, and they always have a great selection of vegan flavors.
Rick the Painter: We love Loves! We frequently hit the downtown market for sushi and ice cream. These folks are always great to my girls and my girls love getting the little samples. Awesome ice cream
Yogesh Prabhakar: Best ice creams, we missed captain Sunday and was searching for a good ice cream shop and found this. At this place they make their own chocolate and caramel sauce which is super good and I had a turtle which was extraordinary.Love this place and will visit again for sure
Perry Sellers: Lovely chocolates!!
Julia Fields: Best ice cream ever, do the monthly membership!...even though 1 pint is not enough for a month, maybe do 2 memberships
Ray Peters: Love the atmosphere and great ice cream
Alison Stankrauff: Exceptionally good chocolates and ice cream served up by friendly folk!
David IE: Might be my favorite ice cream in the world. Both dairy and non-dairy are awesome.
Blake Tschirhart: Incredible chocolates and ice cream. Plus the staff was very warm and kind!
Laurie Rinvelt: This ice cream is the best! I have tried other gluten free, vegan options and this is the creamiest with wonderful flavor. I am hooked. There is no other ice cream for me.When I found out they had gluten free waffle cones, I almost told the scooper I loved her. It was so good and had been at least two years since I was able to have one.I love Loves❤️
Julia Dart: Great flavor choices!

Jersey Junction: what do users think?
Laura Muresan: Update: Prices have become ridiculous. The cheapest cone is $4.95 (in 2023). When asked if they have a kiddie cone, they said, "We can make the cone smaller, but the price is the same." I let my son get a cone because he had earned it as a reward, but decided to skip it myself. I don't see myself returning with prices like that, which is unfortunate, because I otherwise like the place. This is a great ice cream shop. There is a nice selection of ice cream flavors, homemade waffle cones (it smells divine when you go in), and more candy choices than a person could ever eat. The shop displays a collection of local and dairy-related memorabilia which is fun to look at while waiting in line. Adorable antique school desks are a great place to sit and eat a cone, and there are also tables available inside and out. My son loves to see the Polar Express model train that runs around the top of the shop. My parents went here for their first date over 50 years ago.
Aubrey Kruger: Cute little ice cream shop. Good amount of flavor options and the service was quick and workers were very polite.
DAVID RUDD: Hudsonville Ice cream
N. Laidlaw: Jersey Junction can't be beat for their hard scoop ice cream. Lots of options and friendly staff. The whole family enjoys going in and picking out their ice cream.
Glenda Williams: Great little ice cream shop. I've been frequenting for over 30 years, but someone needs to show the new group of employees how to make a soda. It's on the menu but when I order a chocolate soda no one knows how to make it.
Lynn Ocasio: Love the ice cream.
Isaac Covarrubias: An amazing place to enjoy an ice cream, a place where you can just sit and tallk with friends.
Silvestre Roman: Been going here since the early 2000s. Sure, they sell Hudsonville ice cream in your local grocery store, but nothing compares to the atmosphere and service Jersey Junction provides. It feels like Christmas to me every time I step foot in this place!
Ryan Bandrick: Very cute, independent ice cream shop. A wide variety of choices, some I've never seen anywhere else. They serve up huge scoops and will even give you the option of picking two flavors. Nicely decorated with local, historical photos and toy trains.
Michael Whitt: Great idea cream and a wonderfully quaint store front. Service was friendly and fast!
Caleb Rights: Great little shop in East Grand Rapids, nice area nice people delicious ice cream. Oh. Bring napkins lol 😂
dougie congdon: It's been an East Grand Rapids fixture since before I was born, and I'm old!!! Google tracked me stopping there so little kids could pet Buddy, my big fluffy dog.
Rachael Snyder: The cutest little ice cream shop! We love it the best compared to kilwins.
Matthew Thielke: Super cozy ice cream parlor with delicious flavors. The only thing I would recommend is if they used bigger cups for the ice cream so that the ice cream doesn't spill over the top and make a mess as it melts.
Geoffrey Lamberts: Great owners and great ice cream options. What a really cool location and style of building also.
Kevin Snyder: The Best
Lynds Fraser: DEEEEEEELICIOUS ice cream! WOW!
Brian Charron: Da bomb
K Phillips: Excellent! Loved the watermelon sorbet!
Kelsey Bartlett: Cute little ice cream shop with a variety of older candy for the kiddos. Definitely had a wide variety of ice cream to choose from.
C. Morgan: Wonderful place to grab some ice cream! Or a chocolate malt. The employees are nice, the atmosphere is fantastic! Check them out for a sweet treat in Grand Rapids!

Frosty Boy Grand Rapids: what do users think?
Stephen Huggins: Great place to go for Ice cream!! Way better than Dairy Queen and it's a local business which we should be supporting instead of DQ anyways.
Caleb Clark: Good ice cream, dealt with quickly, and the shop held their own with a long line. Prices were high here however, knocking a star off my review
Alfons Müller: A Sweet Delight with Frosty Boy: The Ultimate Ice Cream Experience in North East Grand Rapids!I recently had the pleasure of visiting Frosty Boy, the go-to ice cream spot in North East Grand Rapids, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The long line outside is a testament to its immense popularity, and after experiencing their exceptional service and mouthwatering treats, I completely understand why!Upon reaching the front of the line, I was greeted by the friendly and efficient staff who swiftly took my order from their extensive menu. What impressed me most was the variety of options available, especially for those with dietary restrictions. With an abundance of dairy-free choices and consideration for different dietary needs, Frosty Boy truly caters to everyone. As I waited to pick up my order, I couldn't help but soak in the lively and fun atmosphere. Interacting with fellow ice cream enthusiasts in the waiting area added to the excitement. The staff's communication with the customers was exceptional, creating a sense of camaraderie among us all. Now, let's talk about the star of the show—the ice cream! I highly recommend trying their flurries with fresh ingredients. Each bite is an explosion of flavors, and the combination of creamy ice cream and delectable mix-ins is simply divine. The portion sizes are impressively generous, and even a small or medium size will leave you feeling delightfully satisfied. As a local, I am proud to see Frosty Boy thriving with its devoted following of our neighbours. But for those visiting Grand Rapids or Michigan from other regions, this is your chance to discover the best ice cream in town! Don't miss out on the Frosty Boy experience—it's an absolute must-visit.Local Tip: Arrive early to beat the crowd, especially on warm sunny days. Grab a spot in line and prepare to embark on a sweet adventure. And don't forget to engage with fellow ice cream enthusiasts while waiting—it's all part of the fun!#FrostyBoyReview #IceCreamDelight #GrandRapidsEats
Pam: Delicious ice cream. But usually pretty busy.
Don Rebel: Good little ice cream place.
Bill Hordyk: Great neighborhood ice cream shop. Walk-up window service if you are not familiar with the place. All the typical soft serve concoctions, limited hard serve. Usually great service.
Paige Brazier: I LOVE this place!!! So many different kinds for different tummy safe needs.
Michele Geldersma: Great ice cream! Busy but they moved everyone through quickly!
PunkRock101: Paid almost $6 for a small "mudslide" flurry, I received vanilla ice-cream with like 5 chunks of oreo in top and nothing mixed in. Skimping is a deal breaker for me. I'll stick to Twisters on alpine.
Gary Kuyper: This an awesome ice cream stop, you can tell by how long the line usually is!
Caroline Whyte: vegan options
Allyson Carlton: lots of great vegan ice cream options including the amazing kind crumbs!
Jason Jones: There’s always a long line, but it’s worth the wait
Karl Muller: Gluten-free and vegan choices, the one on Plainfield has dedicated area for gluten-free.
Erica Carder: Frosty Boy is our favorite place to go for ice cream and soft serve.
Plotz: Frosty boy was a good experience, especially the flurries.
Susan E: Frosty Boy has a large selection of flurries, sundaes, shakes, etc. They have a couple of flavors of vegan ice cream every week, and a few vegan and gluten free toppings/mix-ins.
Gabrielle Hensch: During peak times, expect to wait in a pretty good sized line but it’s worth it. They have vegan and gluten free options as well!
Mike O'Sullivan: Amazing Ice Cream! I love the inclusion of vegan and gluten free options! Can customize everything and get it all exactly how you want it! So delicious!
Bryon Burnett: Great place for ice cream
Kevin Elzinga: Great place!
