angela harris: I ordered a very specific cake for a coworkers birthday. I placed the order online and when a friend went to get the cake, we found they never made it. I spent over $50.00 on a product and had the embarrassment of telling that coworker their order wasn’t made. I then had to pick a generic cake that was premade and not what we wanted.They refunded my order- and gave us the premade in an effort to smooth things over. I am extremely angry! I will probably never order from this place again. 100% disappointed!

Elizabeth Rumley: Every time we go here I hope the experience will be different and it never is. Tonight the employee gave us a totally melted shake and just said they’re new and don’t know how to make it so this is the best they could do. I wish this was a unique experience but they’ve given us improperly blended smoothies, melted ice cream, and otherwise subpar food and service every visit (the wait times are INSANE no matter when we go!). Do not recommend this location at all.

Eric Potter: Went on a Sunday to get a sundae and picked the only ice cream shop that didn't have ice cream. Waited in line 20 mins to be told 5 of the flavors were out. Who sells ice cream and runs out? Do they milk the cow everyday? She did ask if I wanted her to see if the had more in the back.... uh we shouldn't have to ask. Horrible service there.

Wanda DeLeon: This place was packed to the brim with people, there was no organization and the "online order" line was mixed in with the walkin orders. When trying to ask the staff where the online order pick up area was and where the walk in order area was I was given the answer that he did not know as the order of the line was mixed up, then when the blonde Employee filled my order instead of saying that the the order was filled and everything was there she just tossed the bag on the counter and walked away rudely. the employees were busy conversing about upset customers who were leaving due to the chaos. I had an online order but people were walking in and placing their orders before i could pick up my order. What is the point of having an online ordering system if you're not going to prioritize orders that have already been cashed out. I was suppposed to pick up at 8:05 per doordash and it is now currently 815pm and im almost in celebration cinema the movie theatre because their line is so long. I just wanted two ice creams not to have a meet and greet with everyone at the movie theatre. This location needs some serious work as it is now 820pm and im still half way through the line. Entire staff was rude you guys need to do some house cleaning. I received my ice cream at 8:30 PM. Next time I will just be going to some other location that's not chaotic and rude instead.0/10 do not recommend this location.

Because of their popularity and location, they are a bit pricey compared to others, but the ice cream base is so smooth that it doesn't matter if you get a scoop, folded in add-ins or a shake, they all taste great.It is fun to sample the flavors when you visit, but please don't be rude about it and take too much time if there is a line of people behind you. Otherwise.. find you a new favorite every trip!

He even helped answer any questions I had.Loved the ice cream itself and their special flavors all sounded so good. I ended up landing on the chocolate devotion. The mix-ins were mixed in so well I had one in every bite.I wasn't upset about the pricing either. With how amazing the ice cream was paying roughly $6 for a small was worth it!1010 would recommend, and I am definitely stopping in the next chance I get.

I got the peanut butter dough-light and I couldn’t be happier! The ice cream is creamy, smooth and consistent. The add ones are priced perfectly so every bite is a taste of heaven. On top of all this, it was reasonably priced, especially for how good this ice cream is. I will absolutely be back!

The flavor was just ok if I'm being honest; couldn't really taste the vanilla or chocolate in the twist. And the prices are high, but not outrageous. But it's very good if you're looking for soft serve and have dietary restrictions, and it's worth paying more from time to time to support a small business. I think next time I'll get chocolate or caramel sauce on top to help with the flavor.

R S: My man and I shared the vanilla soft serve ice cream in a cup. Look forward to them finding some ice cream cones. The base is pea protein. There was not an aftertaste and the texture was right. Most definitely will stop by again. My man says it is very good to be vegan as he loves real ice cream. You should definitely give them a try.Update: After visiting my third time the milkshakes are expensive ($10) and very small. My man was unimpressed and said we could get this somewhere better for less money and more in quantity. The texture left an unpleasant film on our tongue. The self serve decreased in size. It would be nice that things that are tailored to people with allergies didn’t cost an arm and a leg… but overall you should still check it out at least once because the soft serve tastes good.

Rob Usakowski: What a fun place to visit. If youre not familiar with Sweet Yos you may not know how it works from price to getting your yogurt. We had to ask staff how it worked. You have several selections of yogurt flavors and then a large variety of toppings. The price is by weight which probably didn't work in our favor since we added as many things as we thought would work. Beautiful view the the skating rink from the stools at the front. Enjoyed it enough that we went twice during our weekend in Grand Rapids. Thought it was a little pricey for what we received.

Two days before the wedding, I received a call letting me know that they were out of root beer and would not be delivering it as promised. I asked them to find another root beer source and they refused. After a few phone calls, my fiancé was able to locate a keg of root beer at a liquor store in town. This is something they easily could have done in order to fulfill their contract and I would have been impressed with the customer service. Instead, I needed to arrange for pickup and drop off of the keg, ice, and an ice bucket less than 48 hours before the big day. The credit I received on my payment was less than the new keg of root beer cost. Horrible customer service.
