McKay Tower: what do users think?
Jennifer Dibble: I love coming here cuz of the party store on 1st floor and Yama sushi down the stairs.❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️
Britnee Hojnacki: Wow, just wow. We worked with Nicole who is by far the best person to work with. She was so flexible and understood the stress we were going through but she made sure that we had the best day possible. She replied to emails at all times to make sure that I was comfortable, she really made sure that I understood all of the bar options and helped with the catering options. Not only is this venue perfect for anyone who is looking for an amazing deal and a beautiful venue to get married in, Plan a class reunion, plan a birthday party, plan an office party, anything. The beauty of this place is indescribable. We also have the opportunity to work with one of the coordinators Mackenzie who made sure that everything was done properly and efficiently and she was so great and she deserves to be recognized as well. They did such an amazing job making sure our guests got to where they need to go, made sure that the bathrooms were clean, that everything was stocked, and everything was perfect for our guests which was what we really wanted. I could not of asked for a better wedding day in my entire life. Thank you to everyone at McKay Tower for making our dreams come true. Hopefully will be able to renew our vows there in a few years because it’s just that amazing. Indescribable even.

The Lofts Apartments: what do users think?
Emily Barry: Showed up for a tour and waited 25 minutes for no one to show up or answer our calls.
Franz Marasigan: Very nice!
Logan M: AVOID AT ALL COSTSAfter passing the application process, they immediately charged my credit card for an additional $100 without consent (this is on top of the app fee which is completely separate). When I alerted them that I did NOT plan to live there or sign a lease with them, I requested they refund the fraudulent billing: I was told it was non-refundable due to the unit being "taken off-market". Do note the fact that a lease was never downloaded, viewed nor signed by me - this did not stop them from immediately billing my credit card anyway, without consent.Be careful - they will bill you for anything they can as soon as they have your information, and they'll fight hard to keep it.
Travis Shannon: Discriminates against students and those who recently were students. Also there has been many heroin OD's here in the past year.
Gagandeep Singh: I'll start with the best part, the management. It is incredible to have Jill, the property manager, here to accommodate any requests I have had. The maintenance is attentive. My roommate and I moved into a newly furnished two bedroom apartment within a week of talking to Jill. Overall a great experience living here and would highly recommend.
Anna Nichols: I signed on to the lofts in July 2019, and from the very beginning this has been the best apartment experience of my life. I live in a 2 bed 2 bath apt with laundry in unit. The building itself is gorgeous and has two really nice lounges and plenty of seating throughout. I live in one of the renovated apartments and have sparkly white countertops and really nice Whirlpool appliances. Whenever I've had an issue with lights or anything, maintenance is really quick to respond and fix the issue. I have never heard my neighbors through the walls; I guess they're pretty thick. They've changed out a lot of our energy requiring devices to energy efficient ones, and our bills are very reasonable.I requested to move in to the building in a pretty short time frame (like within 2 weeks), and Jill (property manager) worked so hard to make sure the application and everything went through in time. She cares a lot about the building and tenants and is a huge reason I've loved living here.Parking isn't available for everyone, but I currently park on the street which is free after 5pm anyway. Otherwise there's a street a block away with free parking all the time. I've never had an issue with finding a spot to park, and I've worked several different shifts in the time I've lived here. The only issue I've run into so far is the windows get chilly in the winter. I think they're the original windows so they're a little dirty too.
Ross Kmet: I love my apartment, the management is incredible.
Rachel: The Lofts is a great option for living downtown, but at a more affordable price. So many restaurants/other venues are easily walkable. The upgraded units are very nice and they always seem to be finding little ways to spruce up the building. The building manager is amazing and has been very accessible and helpful!
Sejla Sefer: Absolutely love living here! Great Management and value for the money. Highly recommended.
Mads: A fantastic choice for downtown living. The management (especially the property manager downstairs, Jill) is incredibly friendly, responsive and personable. They take tenant concerns seriously and treat people here like friends. The lobby is beautiful and up to date, hallways are clean and apartments are roomy and modern.Pros:-Lots of apartment layouts for reasonable prices (considering location)-allows pets!-Very well soundproofed from apartment to apartment-Gym-heating and utilities included in static rent (crank up the heat)-Very fast maintenance responses, typically same day-constantly updating-Frequent tenant appreciation events (free breakfast, holiday parties, etc)Cons:-Parking spaces are expensive-Downtown location means frequent loud construction sounds-Windows are very very old and can leak warmth or stick
Saddie Chiaro: I lived here for many years. The management is so-so. We had issues with the leasing office giving false information and had to prove it to Eenhorn through email and go through some chaos there but ended up fine. This happened a couple times with their old internet and parking. So save all emails with management and you can forgo that headache. The building is beautiful. It feels like you’re in New York and the location is perfect(yes, even so close to Lucky’s). The maintence at The Lofts is top notch. They were quick and always very friendly. The walls are thick so you don’t hear neighbors that often unless their in the hallway. The gym is small but efficient. My biggest complaint was our consumers bill was OUTRAGEOUS for our tiny apt to run air through the night and a little in the evening in the summers. May -August expect to pay a utility bill over $175 and up to $211.
Kaushik Sarkar: Honestly, I am hurt to believe that I was treated unfairly due to my background. Within their office I would certainly say there are some bias practices. As professional in the area I was treated poorly. If you are a person of color looking to move to this building I would definitely suggest having someone who is not to advocate for you. Try to handle everything via phone or e-mail so that you are not unfairly treated.
Tori Clark: I do not suggest to live here. This place is all about taking your money and they do not care about anything else.
Abigail Johnson: I have lived here since July 2015 and my experience so far has been awesome! The property manager is super sweet and helpful, the maintenance is timely and professional, and application/payments/maintenance requests can all be done online. The apartments are clean, large, modern, and well kept. I feel like I got a steal of a deal with this place. I mean, I'm right in the heart of downtown! I can walk or bike almost anywhere I want to go. I never drive anymore.
Mark Tangen: I just signed my fourth lease at The Lofts. I have really enjoyed living here for the past three years. It is close to the fantastic restaraunts and entertainment in Grand Rapids. I am very careful about when and where my wife walks. Fulton Street is a half block to the North. That is the street she takes to get to most destinations, especially after dark, since it is the busiest. Other than the random homeless person, we have had no trouble with walking around the city. The apartment building itself has a lot of character. It used to be the Medical Arts Building. I understand that it is on the Registry of Historic Places. I have had no problem with maintenance or management here. Every time I have needed something fixed, they have done a great job.Having just come from signing next year`s lease, I relearned something important: read your lease! As long as you know and understand the terms of your lease agreement, you won`t have any surprises. I know what is expected of me and what I can expect from The Lofts.I would suggest this apartment building to anyone! I moved from a house out in the country with unending work just to not even keep up. Since I came here I have been able to pick up new hobbies instead of figuring out how to keep the lawnmower working one more season, etc. Life can actually be fun! Who knew?!
Elise Bassi: Living at The Lofts has exposed me to a great urban lifestyle. Located right downtown I enjoy walking to all of the city breweries, restaurants, and shops. The main office staff and maintenance are always there to help when I have a question or maintenance request as well. Also you're paying a much lower rent to live right downtown!
Alyssa Newman: What ever you do, do not live here. The things you need to know before considering moving into this apartment building: The "furnished" housing consists of nothing but broken and worn down furniture that they say they will replace but they end up just giving you more broken furniture. The AC does not go lower than 79 degrees. Not to mention that there is a lack of privacy because the maintenance staff think they can walk into your unit whenever they feel like without even notifying you first. At one point I walked out of my bathroom with nothing but a towel on to find two strange men who said they needed access to my unit to fix the AC. They did not notify me first nor did they even fix the AC. They literally can't even change a light bulb correctly. You think I'm joking but really. One staff member tried to replace one of my light bulbs in my apartment but instead dropped it and it shattered all over the coffee table. And instead of at least cleaning up after themselves, they left the broken glass there all over the table and carpet. Not to mention that there is a reason they have free wifi, it's honestly the slowest wifi ever. Good luck with those research papers without any internet. Lastly, the people that work in the office are the most rude and unhelpful people I have ever encountered. If you have a problem or need something from either the property manager or the secretary their responses tend to be very passive aggressive, demeaning, sarcastic, and they generally treat you as if you are an unintelligent small child. Please save yourselves while you still can.
taha ellithy: I have lived here for quite sometime now the staff is friendly and responds quickly. you can easily submit a payment or a maintenance request right from the website. living downtown is a great experience I can walk everywhere and don't have to worry about getting a cab after having a goodnight out.
Kari Thompson: The management her is incompetent and work orders take weeks to be addressed because of the management not because of maintenance, they always do a great job when notified! Building issues need to be addressed such as elevators and handicap door not working. These are ignored yet Eenhoorn LLC (building owners) are able to afford to throw a party for their wealthy friends on these premises on October 8th 2014 which included them taking away our parking during Art Prize, having a live band on both the 1st and 2nd floor garages with grills that smoke came from that invaded my home! I had to call the fire dept. Sad but true

Eastbrook Apartments: what do users think?
Jeff Carlson: I see that some of these reviews are from a long time ago, before the current owner. My wife and I have been here a year and have enjoyed our stay. The owner, Dave is improving the property in many ways. His staff respond quickly in maintaining the buildings and appliances and are friendly - even when I saw a resident being rude to them. Most neighbors are friendly and we have felt safe and welcome here. Rent is very reasonable for a large apartment. Noise between units is very low. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment is very nice and saves time and money over going to the laundromat.
A Mosley: I applied for an apartment a year and a half ago and paid the $20 and haven't heard anything. I wish i had pf read this review first cuz I've been calling and calling and getting no where. One time she told me that the waiting list was extended to 2 years but originally she told us when we went to fill out the app that it was a 1 year wait. Shy would I be pushed back when I'm already on the list and why couldn't she be more specific??? I've even gone up there during office hours and no one is ever there. I'm planning to take seek counsel on this issue but I want others to be where that this isn't a creditable place to live. Not too long ago my cousin who was living here had severe water damage while living on the 1st floor while I was visiting. They weren't very helpful and she eventually had to relocate. Just stay clear and pay attention to red flags. It will save you time, money, and a lot of drama.

601 Bond Apartments: what do users think?
Kathryn Bules: The staff is so helpful and I love the building! The apartment, amenities, and location are great.
Rebekah Hartman: I was at 601 Bond for one year and do wish I didn’t have to relocate states for work, because I would have renewed my lease! Like any property management, there were some stressors with management BUT the leasing staff and maintenance were above par.In particular, Erin was a phenomenal leasing agent and was genuine, kind, and relationship-oriented. She was always thoughtful and remembered little things that made giant impressions. She is also creative and made the space fun to live in.Mark was basically my favorite (shh) and addressed maintenance concerns immediately, no matter how unimportant they seemed to me. He always had treats in his pocket for resident dogs and literally got on his knees to pet dogs, which was sweet. He made me feel heard and safe.Yes it’s an expensive property, but the views, amenities, neighbors, and especially the location made it worth it. I made so many great friends, even a new best friend, while at 601. I will miss it!
Austin Gabriel: Absolutely beautiful building, fantastic staff, and great location in downtown Grand Rapids. Very dog friendly area with lots to do! Erin was my leasing consultant and she was so helpful!
David Holmes: Looking to move in the future and decided to look around, came across 601 and Icon on bond. The staff there are very professional and friendly. They were able to answer all my questions and made my apartment search an easy one by being helpful in recommending the perfect apartment for my for my needs.
Kyle Sherwin: I’m now on my second lease at 601 bond and it has been a great living community. Staff goes above and beyond to answer questions and issues promptly. Abigail has been super helpful with any leasing questions and always being a friendly face to the residents here. Best part is how quiet the building is and those views from the rooftop. Would recommend living here
Catherine Hemmer: Beautiful apartment complex with great staff. Bright and airy apartments with stunning views. Fairly quiet building. Nice amenities as well. Walkable to a few shops and restaurants along the river. Highly recommend.
Jorden Simmonds: We just moved into 601 Bond and absolutely love it! The apartment, facilities, location, and views are amazing. Everyone in the complex is very friendly and we already feel so welcomed into the community. Siana was our leasing consultant and she was so helpful throughout the entire process! The application and move in process was extremely easy. We could not be more pleased with our new home!
Noel Tavarez: 601 Bond is an amazing place to live! I love the atmosphere and the leasing process was super easy. The leasing consultant that you work with is super friendly and super helpful. The apartments are super spacious and modern. I love the automatic lights in the bathroom, closet and laundry section in my floor plan. It is energy saving but also cost effective! The coffee shop near by is amazing and has such great options. I love how you don’t hear any foot traffic in the hallways or in your apartment. They provide shopping carts for grocery runs from your car to your unit which I think was a brilliant add on. The other residents are very nice and respectful. I know I made a great decision living at 601 Bond. I know reviews are often challenging because you want accurate information and not just like everything is perfect. The only concern I would have is that the only option for internet access is with AT&T and the view on the lower levels aren’t as great as the higher ones. But that’s really it so I can’t really complain much. If you’re looking to have a downtown apartment with great amenities, great food/bar/coffee options near by as well as loud at all this is the spot!!!!!!
Matt David: I moved into 601 Bond at the end of the summer (2020) and even amidst the craziness, I absolutely love it here! Christy has always been great from the start getting everything situated for me and feeling welcome to the new area. Love the rooftop and workout center and living walking distance from downtown is a huge plus.
Rayanda Jones: Great location for GRCC students and amazing staff!
Carly Jacobs: Living at 601 Bond was incredible! The views are to die for, the amenities are amazing (the rooftop and sky lounge are my personal favorite), and having Sweetwaters right downstairs is such a convenience! Christy was always such a huge help whenever we needed her, and continuously went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Highly recommend 601 Bond to anyone who is looking for that downtown living atmosphere!
Samuel Collier: I've been living at 601 Bond for about 10 months now. Great views, facilities, and staff. Christy in the Leasing Office is always super helpful. She's addressed any questions or issues I've had promptly and effectively. Her kindness/positive attitude is contagious.
Candace Nixon: I have been living at 601 Bond for a little over 3 months, and I absolutely love it! I searched for weeks for the perfect place to live, and I would’ve shorted myself if I had not chosen here. The amenities are amazing, and the views are actually unparalleled. I cannot thank Christy enough for all of her help in my move-in process and always being a smiling face to chat with. She truly went above and beyond, and I know she will for you too. You cannot go wrong living here!
Travis TenBrock: Living here is great! Christy, Carly, and Abigail are all incredibly fun and friendly. They've been so helpful in the moving process and helping whenever needed along with Mike in maintenance. You guys are the best, thank you!!
Hansika Narayan: I live here with my partner and dog and we have loved this apartment. Our unit is beautiful with all new appliances. There’s a great roof for grilling and gym. And most importantly it’s walking distance of the Spectrum hospitals which is very convenient for work. Carly was especially helpful in us finding this place, and the entire staff is very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this building for anyone looking for an apartment in Grad Rapids!
Rob Burr: 601 Bond is an awesome place to live and I would recommend it to any one looking to move here. I recently moved out due to relocating but I lived here for a full year and have no complaints. The finishes are top notch and the units have a full size VENTED washer and dryer which is super hard to find in any apartment. I never had any noise issues with people above or next to me either it was always super quite. Also as far as the rooftop area goes there is just nothing like it in the Grand Rapids area. It is the perfect to place to hang with friends or host a party with amazing views of the city. When I moved out Christy and Carley were very helpful and accommodating to my needs...I have no complaints they are awesome!
Wendy Jacobs: My daughter recently moved to this location. When visiting, I was very impressed with the look of the property and the amenities that are offered. The apartment has a nice layout, with very pleasing aesthetics! If I were to relocate to Grand Rapids, this property/location would definitely be a top consideration! Very convenient, quick and easy highway access, too!
Celia Sang: Friendly staff that are willing to help and beautiful apartments!
Monica Thibodeau: I recently moved into 601 Bond and cannot say enough about the staff and community here. Christy, Carly and Abigail made my leasing and move-in process effortless and enjoyable--plus they always have a treat ready to give to my dog. Would highly recommend!
Sydney Spellis: My husband and I have lived here for a little over a month, and we love it! Great location, modern style apartments, and very dog friendly!!
Kevin Peterson: I am excited to finally move in to my new apartment. Lindsey from Hayman Co. has been extremely helpful in the process!!

The Lofts at 5 Lyon: what do users think?
Tetsugiu X: This has to be the worst possible office manager in history, He will enter your apartment without notice, move roommates in your room without notice, and enter your home without telling you. He will throw away anything he considers trash when it's not while entering your apartment without notice and tell you too bad. This office manager is driving this building into the ground. As a current resident Michael is harassing and constantly violating the my lease, in the short time he's worked here, he has entered my apartment 4 times either without proper 24 hour notice or no notice at all and it has never been an emergency. Edit: Email me directly please, so we may talk because who ever is writing these notes is lying, I have proof I've not given concent to enter my home the bottles were said could be taken away before April when the apartment was being fixed and no one took them so I changed my mind and was looking for a fruend to help turn them in. I'm owed bottle deposited , and unless you have in writing you could take those bottles they are my property by law and if you look at the emails I refused the no notice move in yet they still entered my apartment.
Alex Wooning: The community I would need to give 3/5 stars, because of the frequent fire alarms that we had to deal with in the beginning of the year and how loud some of my neighbors can be once in a while, but that's something you're always going to need to deal with while living in an apartment complex like that in the middle of the city. When I had Michael, Lonni, and Chris as the main management at The Lofts Apartments, my roommates and I never really had any issues to deal with. We had our normal common stuff, but we just usually call or text one of the staff and it would be solved the next day. I also dealt with having Epilepsy for a while and had a stretch of time where I would just fall to the ground and started having seizures. Luckily, this usually happened in my sleep, but if it didn't, I would need help back to my bed. People like that around me in this community and around the world today is why I still give this place 5/5 stars. I am moving to a different location in the summer, but that's just because I'm still a country boy and can't stand the noise of the city. It's a little too much for me (:
John BallZoo: This place is relatively decent but the community is in need of some change. Everyone on staff is helpful but the property manager is unhelpful and off putting.
Advent_ of_Hope: I have lived here for a couple years now and I love this building. Morgan and Chris are amazing people and they really gave us a sense of community. The new property manager Mike however, does not. He acts very fake. I used to come down every morning to grab a cup of coffee and chit chat woth Morgan and Chris and some other people from around the building. I no longer do that with Mike here. He has been rude and is not making our community feel like a, well a community. I love this building. A lot. Please do something about this
Emily Beeman: Lived here for a few years during undergrad. It’s ok. Watched a non-fatal stabbing in the street from my apartment one night. Rent is too expensive fs but generally I had an ok timeP.S. we miss Morgan😢
Skyler Boeve: Personally I don't know why there are negative reviews for this place. It's cheap considering the location, the staff are extremely understanding, kind and considerate doesn't even begin to explain how good thier customer service is. If you are looking for a cheap place to live in the center of the city, you want to move here. You'll be walking distance to GRCC, as well as you are basically in the center of the downtown area. Most apartments in Downtown GR I looked at before moving here don't even compare in hospitality AND affordability. 100% Recommend this place to first time renters on a strict budget.Did I mention they are also LGBT friendly?! (This was a major plus for me)
Damion Fritz: No one responds to inquiries. Tried on three different occasions.
Timothy Sinawi: I’d highly recommend the Lofts at 5 Lyon to anyone looking for an apartment. Obviously the location is great right in downtown. But Michael and Craig were AMAZING to work with. For my first rental experience, I have nothing but good things to say, which I hear is a rare experience. Thank you to the staff!
Makenzie Theisen: Beautiful loft style apartments in downtown setting. Walking distance to local stores/restaurants and schools if you’re a student!
brittney thompson: I am a current resident. I’ve only been here for a month & I haven’t really had any issues. Morgan was here & awesome, she was so helpful & understanding of everything & the maintenance guy is so nice as well he gets stuff done quickly & accurately. I like that we have our own little gym here & it’s clean. I love my apartment I have no issues with it, it’s comfortable I love the flooring, the matching appliances, laundry isn’t super expensive. We have a new community director Michael he seems pretty cool, he’s been super helpful & knowledgeable, he has been trying to do everything he can already so far trying to get this place where it needs to be but he has answered any questions I have had. Craig is awesome as well he’s nice & helpful (There doors are always open to help). The fact that I come from owning my own home & knowing how expensive it is to have so many different amount of bills living here I CANNOT complain I love that everything is included with my rent it makes everything so much easier for me & my finances & my move could not have been easier going through the situation I was in so for that I want to say thank you to the lofts @ 5 Lyon!
Alan Warner: Ever since Morgan left, it is not the same.
Justin L: Avoid at all costs! You will regret moving in here very quick. Even more if you have roommates.Longer Update will be added
Alex Wood: Where to start. First off I am a current resident. Yes there have been problems but I would like to look at it from a realistic standpoint. Companies like this things take time to fix and improve it’s not a snap of a finger and it’s done right then and there. The fire alarms being one of them that was about a 2 month long problem that building management was working to get fixed but only certain company’s can touch the fire suppression system. The fire alarm situation has been resolved and fixed. The next valid concern was building maintenance. The last maintenance guy would close out orders and not complete them or start a project and not finish it. Building management was slowly catching on to what was going on and they fired him. Since then building management has gotten new maintenance staff and things have been improving rapidly. At every turn steps have been taken to improve the quality of living for everyone in the building. Keep in mind big companies like this things take time there’s budgeting etc. a lot of reviews are people wanting things done at the snap of a finger and not looking at the bigger overall picture. I would recommend anyone that is going to school downtown or is looking for a well priced room to rent to live here. For the entire duration of my lease so far myself and my 3 roommates have not had any problems. In regards to office hours. You have the property manager, and the assistant property manager/leasing agent overlooking this property The lofts at 5 Lyon. At same time there is a second sister property Off Broadway Apartments that has just a leasing agent. During turnover season office hours may vary due to the fact that the leasing agent at off-Broadway is relatively new so property managers may need to go and assist. Response time for emails is typically relatively fast.
Liz: This is one of the worst places I have ever seen to date. If I could give it 0 stars I would have. The staff are rude and inconsiderate, and they will lie out their rear ends to try to scam you out of money. They are hogs, liars, and they never listen to any complaints or issues. If you care about yourself or anyone else you know DO NOT let them move in here, they will regret it forever!
Mahsa Alafar: They charged me yesterday at 12 pm $160 for holding fee + application fee and I completed the application before 1 pm on the same day, and today they call me at 4 pm and say we gave it to someone else because they finished their application yesterday! while I finished mine the day before as well. They say they are equal opportunity housing company but I believe this was an act of discrimination since I am a person of color with a non-American accent who is going to teach at GVSU as a faculty. This is unacceptable.
Kayla Hatfield: Don’t live here by any means! No one cares of something in you apt is broken they take weeks to fix it. No one answers the emergency line no one picks up ever in the office. Literally worst place you could live. THEY DIDNT EVEN CLEAN MY APT BEFORE I MOVED IN!
Avashe: Do not live here. The only positive to living at 5 Lyon is that it’s located in the center of Downtown Grand Rapids. Apart from staff changing often, the maintenance and staff are extremely unprofessional and unreliable, the office closes at random times during scheduled business hours, and currently the whole building is essentially ran by two people who seem to have no idea what they’re doing. Aside from that, the fire alarms go off 2-3 times a week, sometimes after midnight because the building is poorly maintained and the elevators break often, have missing buttons, stink, and are always dirty. There is a parking lot where the building’s dumpster is located, but there is no parking for residents because the lot is owned by Ellis Parking. I’m a college student and I have only heard bad things about 5 Lyon from my peers. My experience along with my peers‘ experiences have been terrible. Save your money and live somewhere else.
Amy Snider: They advertise $985 for a 2 bedroom unit, but it’s actually PER ROOM.
Julia Cooke: One maintenance guy just walked into our apartment at 2am last night. We were still awake thankfully and he said there was a leak in the apartment below us. No one had taken a shower and the only water that was run recently was from the bathroom sink so it clearly wasn’t us. He stayed in the apartment “checking things out” but told us to go about our business so we went to bed. No idea how long he was in there and if there was even a leak in the first place. Super strange and unsettling. He didn’t even knock. Makes you wonder how many times he’s been in there while we were sleeping.
Johaun Hassen: Where to begin? The stolen mail/packages? People being stabbed here. This place is horrendous. Can't keep management or even maintenance bc the ownership is so atrocious. Also, despite having posted office hours, it seems the staff opens and closes at their convenience. No parking. Will definitely NOT be renewing lease
Kaitlyn Spellicy: For the love of all that is Holy do not live here. There is a huge lack of communication. I had transferred my lease to someone else and was STILL SUED BY THEM FOR NOT PAYING RENT. and without telling me I waiting in court for HOURS when I had work that day just to be told my case was dismissed?? This place is unprofessional and can’t file their paper work correctly.

Homes at River's Edge: what do users think?
Margaux Drake: Investing in a condo and moving to Homes At River's Edge over two years ago was one of the BEST decisions we've ever made. The Team at Pure is excellent, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. We love the view, neighborhood, and city-vibe of the North Monroe area. It's a great place to call HOME.
Steve Drake: We have lived in the Homes at River's Edge for a little over 2 years. We purchased our top floor unit soon after they went on the market. Our time has been great. PERFECT location and it is only getting better. The space is ample for us (3 bedroom+2.5 Bath). It is a smaller building by number of units so it is a quiet and private place. Indoor parking is a huge plus. PURE management has been very helpful and welcoming. When units go on the market again JUMP on one of them.
Julia Fiore: Just recently moved in here. The apartment location, size, and style are a perfect combination. Dog friendly which is a plus and friendly staff - would recommend living here!

Kingsley: what do users think?
Rick and Brenda Becker: My daughter, son-in-law and grandson just moved into the building! There were a few things not quite ready for the move-in date! However, we had a conversation with The apartment manager, Kate and she made it right! Scotty, the maintenance person is professional, friendly and accommodating, as is Kate! Everyone seems nice! It’s quiet!
