Jay Miller: Absolutely the worse tire experience ever.Did not do the work , took 3 hours to put on 4 tires , n lost my lug nuts, and would not replace them .I left with 4 rims and tires not installed and only took $60 off bill.Then they said it was my fault that I came in.The worse day .

brandon bailey: Called to ask about some used tires. Was told yes, we have that size in used. I said perfect! What's your schedule like. Responded with, if you get here right away we can get you in and out. We got there at 1:30 and left their shop at 5:10. They did have a couple of mechanics not show up but it was never communicated to me on the phone. They took off $20 for the wait as if that was their way of apologizing. If this is their standard of customer service I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.On the way home my truck had a low tire light come on as well. Maybe they don't check tire pressure after getting the new tire on? Not good if they are a Goodyear certified shop. I also live an hour away so if I have to go back I'm gonna be livid.

Google User: Highly recommend NOT USING this shop.They overcompensated my tire angle to fix my alignment after unpaid for an alignment and it ruined my front tires which are new.Also the appointment I had and showed up for on time was pushed over an hour without informing me. The last time I was here they also didn't keep me informed and had my car 3 days longer than expected, again without keeping me in the loop.
Æ Elve: Before this place changed ownership I highly recommended this shop with five stars.This shop performed work on my vehicle while the shop was changing ownership, they did so without my knowledge. I trusted the previous mechanics, as they have worked on my vehicle for a couple years, very satisfied with their work.After the new ownership "fixed" my vehicle and it being in and out of the shop over a span of 4 weeks; they never kept me updated or had correspondence about work or finish times. I began to notice problem after problem. Most noticable the alignment, which I paid for. Have video proof and work order proof that it was done.After $2400 of work over the 30 day time period my vehicle is still not running properly.Did I mention I went in for a heat shield fix and that never got done.They kept saying you just need this part and it'll be fine. Then when I insisted on using name brand parts they wanted to decline doing the work, so I went with their parts dealer and also ordered and shipped them some brand name, new parts. I asked that the paperwork from those orders be saved bc it had my warranty info on it, that didn't happen. Shocks, struts, UCA & LCA, tie rods...etc.After all that work it's still not driving properly and now my turn radius is affected worse than ever before.This was all preventive maintenance for winter, when I brought them my vehicle it was driving fine.The garage that now has my vehicle for inspection only, who readily agreed to filming inspection and documenting everything has advised me that I may need to take legal action against them.Again I never authorized the new ownership and new employees to do any of the work they did to my vehicle.

I stopped at discount tire and belle tire both of whom couldnt be bothered to just simply put my spare on wthout waiting an hour and a half plus. I went to first choice auto and tire, and even though their parking lot and shop were just as busy as the other places they took the few moments to help and had me back on the road in no time.

Andrew Hennessey: I took a long time trying to find new tires for my suburban. I also needed to get an alignment done as well. I called them up and got an appointment the very next day sharp and early in the morning. I called back and asked about tires, and they told me about some very nice Wrangler Fortitude's that fit exactly what I needed. They said that they could get them from the warehouse and put them on and do the alignment the very same day. When I got there, I received awesome customer service and a great deal on my alignment and tires. I will definitely be going there for anymore needs for my suburban!

Dennis Rasmussen: I couldn't believe how much I was charged yesterday to dismount 2 fairly new tires and mount 2 different new tires I didn't purchase from Belle Tire. One of the tires they dismounted the Salesperson noticed a screw in the tire and circled it with chalk so I assumed, which is an unwise thing to do, they would check for an air leak and remove the screw. I was told it could be an hour and a half to two-hour wait, so I returned home approximately 18 miles away. My granddaughter unknowingly had driven my wife to the Belle tire store I was at and phoned me just after I left the store and told me they were at Belle tire. I told them I had just left, and they decided to get coffee at McDonald's. When I got home and just sat down, the Belle tire representative called and said my tires were done. I called my wife and asked if they could get the tires and they were still in the area, so they did. When they got home, my wife informed me that Belle tire charged us $80.00. I checked the tires and noticed there were no wheel weights on the rims and couldn't believe Belle tire had actually charged that much for such bad service. The receipt listed a $30.00 charge for mounting and balancing 2 tires. Also, I checked the tire that had the screw in it, and low and behold, it was still there. A couple turns with my jacknife, and out it came, unbelievable. Unfortunately, Belle tire is closed on Sundays, so I'll be returning on Monday to file a complaint in person to the store manager. I'll post another review to update the outcome. Update: returned today (4/17/2023) and informed service permission tires weren't balanced on Saturday even though I was charged $10.00 each for balancing 2 tires. Service person was very friendly and said new tires don't always need balancing. I told him that I have never seen a tire that didn't need balancing. He said he would have them checked and had me park by the overhead door where he would meet me. When he came out and saw my tires were trailer tires he said trailer tires don't need balancing. I told him I paid for balancing and want them balanced, which he agreed to do. I told him I was unhappy that they charged me $20.00 each to mount 2 tires and he said "that's the going rate" and i said "maybe here but not anywhere else, lesson learned". In less than 15 minutes he informed me they were done. He rolled the tires out to the pickup and told me one tire was balanced and the other didn't need it. The one balanced had 2 weights on one side. Again he was very friendly and apologized for the inconvenience. Needless to say I won't be returning to a Belle tire any day soon when Walmart charges $11.00 a tire to dismount and mount a tire.

Angelica Jackson: Is the place I can count on when in need. I had to replace a tire, it's late in the day and I had to have my car towed. Because no other tire place stays open as late as or because it was the staff's decision to finish my car. So Belle Tire fixed me up with a brand new tire and they got my car done and I got back home in my car. Thank you Belle Tire because your shop stays open later than others and for fitting me in. I fully recommend to family and friends when in need and it's late call Belle Tire.
Morgan K: I went to this location earlier this month to get my tires aligned. About 30 mins later a guy comes out and tells me he had some bad news and said my shocks have a severe leak. He even went to lengths of taking me under my car and showing me what was happening. In my eyes nothing seemed wrong. It was a new used car and the shocks were just replaced last month which I told them. I flat out asked if they were trying to just find problems and they said no. I am not super knowledgeable with cars so I just listened but it didn’t seem right. I said I am not getting them replaced and going to have my dad look at them who is mechanic. Now just recently I had my dad look at my car and there is no “severe leak” as I figured, my shocks are fine. Keep in mind that I am a young female college student. Do not be fooled by these men here as they take advantage of customers being a young woman and not knowing much about cars. Always get a second opinion, do not go here if you are a woman.
Dan Upton: Made an appointment for an alignment. Showed up gave them my keys and waited a bit. Realized they never asked what color my car was. Saw the tech try my key in multiple other Impalas. After an hour of waiting I was told they could not do the alignment due to a laundry list of issues. Apparently my cars just a death trap 🤣. I just took my keys and left. The waiting room is clean so if you want to go to a place and watch TV this is the place. Overall it seemed like they wanted to push services down your throat.
Edwin Carpenter: I bought my tires over a year ago at Belle Tire. You are supposed to get free tire rotations. I take it in today and the guy said it would be about an hour. After sitting there waiting for an hour, he comes out and tells me they did NOT rotate them, and the tread isn't good enough. In other words, he wanted me to buy new tires. I was upset to say the least. I am 63 years old and I know when there is still fairly good tread on a tire. The last time I went here they wanted to sell me some repair too. They were a bit slow and wanted to make some money off me. I will not be back to see them again.

James Van Voorst: I went in for a tire patch and the broke my exhaust pipe. They tried charging me $400 to fix there mistake. I don't think it was intentional, likely just an employee breaking it and not wanting to get wrote up. Stay far away. I'm already struggling to pay rent and now need to pay for another costly auto repair. Avoid at any and all costs.
Me: Be careful of this place. They will try to find fake problems with your vehicle to make you pay more.

I believe they took advantage of me since I am a woman and clearly had my hands full. They came out and said they could not do an alignment without the listed work that needed to be done first. Glad I took it for a second opinion. NOT ONE THING ON THEIR LIST OF 5 FIXES NEEDED TO BE DONE. They also are charging for premium parts and give no option for a less luxury car part. My bill would have been 1100.Absolutely would never recommend BelleTire!!

Michaela Francisco: Not a great experience at this location. Had to cancel our new winter tire appointment a few days beforehand due to our household catching covid. Could not reach the store to cancel (no one answered the phone) so cancelled online. Received a call from the store later to reschedule and did so for a week later. Fast forward to the night before that rescheduled appointment, I called to confirm the time as I could not find the confirmation and they have no record of the appointment. The customer service agent could not contact anyone at the store directly, so I had her schedule me for next week supposedly - though I’ve yet to receive a confirmation email. I dont know when I will get my tires. This is the third time that I’ve experienced trouble with a scheduled appointment. The last I had a rotation scheduled and they didn’t have record of it. I think I can spend the $600+ elsewhere where I will receive better service.Edit: 40 mins in the waiting room after my appointment started and they are just now taking my car back.

Showed up and they tell me that the tires are on backorder with no eta.They said they called multiple times. "No, I never got a call." They then say they called once and left a message. "No, I received no message."I gave them the number for my work phone. I always answer and always check my voicemails. They never contacted me, they just sat on my money for 3 weeks and offered to install a lower quality tire. I asked for a refund instead.The people working were polite and friendly, but I took a day off of work for this. What a waste of my time.

Chantice LaGrone: This review is looong overdue. Came here to fix my broken window (it was shattered and the regulator broke) and get all new tires at the same time back in 2019/2020. They did not fix the regulator. It broke the next couple days. We brought it back and they said something new was broken and were really rude to me and my companion about it. The lack of professionalism was ridiculous. Do not go to a tire place for window work. Learned my lesson. Stopped going to them completely after that.

Then I said I would like to call other belle tires and see if someone could get me in sooner then all of a sudden they could get me in same day. I did appreciate that. But the reason it's 3 star is they called me and said they did an alignment check on the car and it was out of alignment and would I like them to allign it and I said yes. Little did I know that would cost me another 100$ on the final bill. I was never told that was going to cost more. I thought it came with purchasing new tires..... I felt scammed for another 100$ on that. Very disappointing in that. But other then that they did a great job.
