Hope Marhofer: I joined compass insurance through Dan 4 years ago. Have been happy with their service until I decided to switch. I reach out and cancelled my policy over a month ago. They said they would send me a cancellation form instead they sent me a release which does not state the same. When I reach out again I spoke to Jen, she was very nasty and short. Told me James explained everything - I never once spoke to James. Then Jen was nasty telling me to sign the form or they would not cancel my policy until the form is signed. I asked that they change the form to cancellation and not release and Jen lost it. I will never use compass again. Jen is the only person that has every ben so nasty. And this isn't the first time she did this. However; last time I decided to ignore it and keep it moving. Its to bad that one employee can ruin it for the company.

He said he’d get everything taken care of and call me in a week…a week came and went I called and he said he’d call me in a couple of days, never did, I called every week for a month and was blown off with one excuse or another! It’s quite disappointing, and to think one person can really make the whole company look bad…I definitely share with everyone I know through my business as well as my personal life, and will continue to!

Walter Blankenship: Received unsolicited sales pitch telephone call from Compass today as they join the many of these most intrusive car insurance companies that consume billions of dollars of business productivity and invade the personal privacy rights of individuals with these calls. The FCC and Congress has been trying to eliminate such behavior without success. I would not do business with any of these Companies, Compass now included.

Jason Davis: Started a homeowners policy and a couple months after I had the policy it almost doubled! Second year with the policy made a change to a landlord policy resulting in a refund and the check was sent to the wrong address after specifically being given the correct address. Check arrived 3 weeks later and it was voided out not still waiting on a new check. Meanwhile being told multiple times I would get a call and and there’s been absolutely no responses. Stay clear from this place they are horrible.Revised was taken care of and very satisfied
