Lydia Lambert: If I could give them zero stars I would. Called for a tow at 8pm was told he’d be arriving in 45 minutes , he was then called to a 911 call was told he’d be here in an additional hour which was fine called at 11:28 pm. Told he would be here within the hour. He called back at 12:17am to tell me he was having something repaired on the truck and wasn’t able to get here until 2am. I placed the keys in the car and went to bed for work I woke up at 630 am and my vehicle is still parked no communication nothing so I call and he says “ I didn’t know that car had a flat tire”. Dissatisfied is and under statement.

Evan Post: I got many of the parts I needed from Lucky’s Self-Serve Auto, their prices are good, and they have a 30 day return policy. But some of the staff were unprofessional and they don’t have an inventory of where specific models are located.

Shawn McGrath: This place is great if your not against doing some work to get your part for a fraction of the cost. The only issue is if you work to get your part and they tell you as is no returns. They have competition that does allow returns on parts you get from self service.

Terri Hanson: Luis put a used transmission on my car. When I went to pick the car up, there was a dent in it. Luis was rude, threw a fit and accused me of not wanting to pay my bill. But what was worse, unknown to me, my car frame was severely rusted . He had to take it apart to replace the transmission. Within a month, the bottom of the car rusted through and was not drivable. I had wasted my money. I have had many mechanics tellMe he should never have agreed to replace the transmission. It was totally unethical. I would never trust this man.

ADELHAJDA SEJDINOVIC: TERRIBLE customer service!! DO NOT GO HERE. They purchased my broken down van for parts for $200 and the check they wrote bounced twice. I called multiple times and never heard anything back from anyone. I ended up showing up in person and then was told to come back the next day because they didn't have enough cash in the store to cover it. When I told them I live 20+ minutes away and that this was a huge inconvenience, I was basically pushed out the door and told that was all they could do.
Vova: Call them about Front Bumper Cover for 2013 Porsche Cayenne. Representative was VERY RUDE!!! He told me that they do not ship to Detroit because they got scammed many times and he hang up on me.!!!Do not waste you time, DO NOT BUY from this Company!!!!

Tiffany williams: I called for brakes parts, they had the parts and cheap. That first phone call I was not told the part had to be pulled from the vehicle only that they had all the parts. So the next day I go in to purchase the part only to be told it had to be pulled and it couldn’t be done til Monday this was Saturday so I called on Monday to let him know I was coming in to purchase he took my number and advised he would call when ready this was 10am after getting the kids off to school. All day goes by and no call so around 2pm I called and the same guy advised he had a couple people in front of me and he would call. So around 4:30 I had my husband call thinking maybe he would here a man and have a lil more information. I listened on speaker while this man lied to my husband and told him he let me know it would probably not be til the next day because I called too late in the morning and he has several orders in front of me this was never said to me he told me a couple, now I failed to mention he knew Saturday I wanted the parts I was just calling to really confirm. It is now Wednesday and I have not heard a word from them I lost the mechanic that was waiting and I haven’t even been given the courtesy of a phone call.

Charles Peterson II: Called ahead told them i was coming, they had the engine ready when i got there. Easy and fast! Even had the engine on a crate metal strapped and loaded it for me.
Josh LaRose: This place is horrible, I showed up on a Saturday morning right when they were supposed to open at 9 am, to pick up parts I ordered on Monday, no one showed up to open the gate until 9:45! What a waste of my time. This place is a mess, there is seriously junk everywhere, and the whole lot is a muddy, oily puddle. You can barely fit a car through to load your parts, which I had to do as well. I've been to a lot of salvage yards, and this is absolutely the worst, with no organization, and down right filth everywhere. The parts I got were in horrible condition as well, the complete rocker on my side cut was completely dented front to back, both doors I got were previously painted and whoever did it got paint all over the trims, bolts, and seals, not to mention the orange peel and dirt. They destroyed all the inside trim pieces I requested, while they were dismantling the car. My mistake was I already paid for all these parts since I was making a 2 hour trip each way to get them, and wanted them ready to go for me. I don't like wasting time. I will absolutely never get parts from here again and would avoid this "junkyard" at all costs.

imon myrise: Needed a new car battery for a few months now I would keep a charger to start it every time. So instead of buying a brand new one for a couple hundred bucks, I found one for $40 ($30 if you bring the core back). You’d have to match your old one with theirs. Not all sizes will be there but I got lucky that day. It works jus as fine as a new one so no complaints at all. Really great timing.
Evan Post: Weller Self-Serve staff are helpful and professional, they have an inventory of their cars and where they’re located, and I found what I needed. Would definitely recommend Weller!

David Smith: They will charge you for every nut and bolt you talk out of that yard. They will also argue with you about what the part is even if you just pulled it yourself. For example, they tried to argue with me and charge me for a bucket seat with an airbag. The seat was out of a 1992 car. They didn't put airbags in seats for those years. Kid wanted to argue, so I left it. Another time, they wouldn't return an item. I tried to walk in at 4:23 p.m., and they already had the door shut and locked. Female on the other side of the locked door yelled, "Sorry, doors already locked, I can't unlock it once it's been locked for the day." The sign on the door says they close the yard at 4:30, not 4:23. The last example is I pulled a dash radio bezel, and they charged me for the vents and clock that are built into the bezel. So I got hit with 3 charges for one plastic item. It's not worth going back to that yard.

I think I was ripped off I did not see a 30 day core return clause on my paper work.I gave them the core and left I will not go back and I would suggest if you are thinking about purchasing something from them you move on and find a trusty seller. .I HATE BEING RIPPED OFF!

I went to Weller and got a used one for less money and no rust problem.I also wanted a spare tire for a new car because it was an " option" . Kc Dann: I went there and bought 4 tires. (I was told that they were 22$ each, but I ended up paying 137.80$ for them, don't know what happened there) I dropped them off at the auto shop for a vehicle the I had there. Sizes were right, but the auto shop said they can't use them, they are not 10ply. I went back, I knew that they have a no return policy with the first 4, but I still needed the right ones. I got to the register with the next 4 and I asked up front, before paying, if these new ones are 10ply, I was assured by the staff that they were 10ply. Took the new ones to the auto shop and the auto shop told me that the new 4 were not 10ply, they were standard 4ply and the auto shop showed me what to look for on the tire to read the ply. I went back to Weller and told them how they assured me that i had the right tires and that the staff was wrong. They told me that sales are final. So either they intentionally ripped me off or the staff doesn't know how to read tires. 231.80$ in tires from them that I can't use and they won't take back.
Jeffrey Phillips: I called on April 13th to order a motor for a 2010 charger for a shop I run. They told me 4 days, after 2 weeks I called to check status, they told me they never putthe order through bit that they would order it and put a rush on it. After another 2 weeks I called to cancel. Do yourself a favor, call premier auto parts, or mutual auto. Premier will have me down a 57k mile motor by Wednesday. All thanks to weller now I have to install it for free because my customer needs to be made happy for them not doing their jobs.
