As expected, I had a bunch of questions; many of which I felt were stupid. I swallowed my pride, and emailed my ‘stupid’ questions to Summit.Not only did Summit respond, but the response was composed directly by Tom. He proceeded to address each of my questions in detail, using very understandable wording.I felt privileged for his time. I also felt empowered in my ability to interpret the Summit reporting templates.

Ashley Hickman: Lab tech was very professional and considerate, couldn't even feel the needle!
Jolanda Howe: I went to this lab today and the bathroom for patients to use for urine samples was disgusting. The toilet had a black ring around the water line as though it hadn't been washed in months. the phlebotomist were nice and did a good job, but I expect a medical facility to be very clean. It should feel safe and sterile. It did not and I will not go back there again.

Toni Bal: Furious that the sign at the building reads CLOSED but the lab is open. Someone needs to fix that stupidity. How would anyone know the lab is open if the sign for the entire bldg is reading CLOSED?
Jennifer Novak: I appreciate the convenience of parking here, but unfortunately had a very poor experience with one of the phlebotomists. She was unprofessional all around and was very rough with me trying to get blood in a rush. Never has a blood draw been so painful. It was like she was trying to shove the largest needle she could locate into my arm as quickly and forcefully as possible. Just seemed like there was serious lack of skill w this employee. Ultimately she did not get blood and I now have multiple bruises but have to go back to a lab to try again. I have PTSD from this experience though, I can’t get myself to go back to this location.
Kara Komarek: Stopped by today for lab work. My tech was super talkative and nice. There was also no wait during lunchtime. I walked in and was seen right away.

Breanna Jones: Not a fan of this location. I was there for lab work and gave a urine sample on 5/22. Only one week later to receive an urgent voicemail stating there was an error and that I’d have to come back in. Turns out the “error” was that staff failed to check the specimen box for my sample, which meant it expired before they could do their job. So I show back up (inconveniently so) to do it again- but they can’t find the new order (even though in the voicemail they said they had already received the new order). This caused additional confusion on staff’s end and had it not been for me keeping the voicemail they wouldn’t have allowed me to fix the error that they made.

Mindy Hunsinger: Made an appointment for 2pm and showed up on time. I had recieved both an email and a text message encouraging me to check in from my car as part of a "wait where you're comfortable" service that also stated I'd recieve a text message when it was my turn. I used this service and double then triple checked that I was checked in. After 20 minutes I went in and watched 3 people come in after me and be helped, but no one was at the front desk for me to ask for help. Finally caught someone about 30 minutes after my appointment time and it turns out they called my name but never sent me a text. Took 45 minutes for me to be seen. Here's the thing, in anticipation for a drug screen I made sure I was hydrated and by the time I got back to take the test I was miserable. Also, why offer services if they don't work? Very frustrating.

Irving DM: Based off the previous reviews I was a bit worried, but wow they had me out in less than 10 minutes. I came in then checked in on the tablet, sat down, they asked for my driver's license, then they called me in the back and I finished my drug screen. All the workers present were definitely efficient and had great customer service!

DT: If you are able to avoid this place and go somewhere else, I highly recommend it. If you aren't able to avoid it, I pray you don't have to deal with Amber S. My experience with her was pretty terrible and I could tell how it was going to go, from the moment I walked in the door and was blatantly ignored when I spoke. The entire time I was there, I dealt only with Amber, who made me feel very unwelcome and as though my presence as a paying customer was the biggest annoyance she has ever had to deal with.The severe lack of communication made me feel in the dark about the whole drug screening process, so much so that I went home and wondered if I would even pass, or if I had done something wrong in the process that would disqualify me. My visit to Labcorp left me feeling very stressed, upset and frustrated and I hope I don't ever have to deal with the same lab tech again.(For those wondering: yes, I passed.)
Amalie Woods: If I could sign zero points that's exactly what I would give! My visit at the East Paris location in Cascade was maddening! Amber Sanchez was supposed to assist me in getting my preemployment drug test but was rude and very impolite! She doesn't deserve to work with people!

Paula: Went here for a pre-employment drug test. The process was super easy. I was in and out within 20 minutes. I took away one star because I called to verify my appointment (5 days before) and no one answered/called me back.

Michael Haberlein: Absolutely PHENOMENAL experience form start to finish. Easy check in (especially with their mobile app) and expert phlebotomist(s). I am not a fan of needles and the blood-draw at LabCorp has been the most painless and fastest I have ever had. I now ensure that this specific lab is the one I use for any necessary lab work (I have to have monthly draws on three consecutive mornings for insurance purposes ) as the overall experience and speed with which I am served is second-to-none.
Jon Blackwell: Friendly and quick service! My blood work and sign in took 10 minutes, I was the 1st person there, and if you are too, you could expect the same.
Dee Webb: Amber was my phlebotomist this morning at 7:45. She was friendly, professional, understanding and efficient. Generally getting a blood draw is a minor ordeal for me.Happy to report 4.5hrs later I can barely see the needle prick in my arm.The facility was clean and quiet.AMBER did a wonderful job.
