Jolanda Howe: I went to this lab today and the bathroom for patients to use for urine samples was disgusting. The toilet had a black ring around the water line as though it hadn't been washed in months. the phlebotomist were nice and did a good job, but I expect a medical facility to be very clean. It should feel safe and sterile. It did not and I will not go back there again.

Samantha Klokkert: Incredibly negative experience. This lab does not exist anymore and the website is out of date. I scheduled my week around dropping a sample off at this lab that has. 24 hour expiry date. Upon arrival, there was a sign taped to the door stating the lab is no longer open. I couldn’t get my parking validated since the lab wasn’t open. I now will have my sample expiring and have to recollect it because this office can’t be bothered to update their hours and location.
Rebecca Martin: Wanted to note that this lab is currently open until the end of 2022. Then it is moving to 426 Michigan street. M-Th Hours are 8:30-5:00, Fridays are 8:30-3. Their website and phone message both have incorrect info.
Jen M: Always friendly and professional. I drove out of my way to come here instead of south pavilion labs because I knew my experience would be much better, especially when sitting for hours for some lab work I needed done. I hate getting poked but these guys made it easy to leave with a smile on my face.
Yell: Really wanted to love this place! The doctors there prescribed me the same exact medication 3 different times, after telling them each time it wasn't working. With 40 copays, I'm not a doctor, but seems to be a little of "not giving a fu@%" going on. Also the first time I went there the front desk said I was in the wrong place and that I didn't have an appointment, that they ended up charging me for a "no show" the next time. A whole lot of not giving a dam. If you have money to blow and time to waste, this is your place:)
Melissa Woolfe: I have had to get blood drawn about 10 times in the past 3 weeks for an unfortunate situation and the staff here has definitely made an unejoyable experience not so bad. The front office lady and both phlebotomists I've had had been terrific. All incredibly friendly, very gentle with the blood draw and if you go in the morning then you are in and out extremely timely. There are a couple closer labs to my work, but it's worth a couple more minute drive to be treated well. With all of the lab options in GR, I would definitely reccomnd spectrum in the women's health biulding.

Kelly Finnegan: A total joke. Recent change making lab draw appointment only. Walked in because I didn’t know I needed appointment (wasn’t on their website)1 person in waiting room @ 3:40, they close & 5pm was told they were booked. Lab draw takes about 3 minutes. What do they only do 1 an hour????
Cody Mitchell: This lab is now requiring scheduled appointments for blood work. Labs do not make sense to be on a schedule ahead basis, you see a doctor- they order a lab - you go get it- having to schedule an appointment is the craziest thing I’ve ever heard of! Please remove the scheduling requirement, it could be an option with the option to be seen if there is availability but to make it a requirement is senseless for this style of business and the way patients and doctors need to use it.
Shasta H-I: The receptionist checked us in quickly, but staff were a smidge unprofessional discussing loudly current affairs (e.g. peeing), lunch breaks, coworkers, and using the work phone for personal biz (talking to family). Shayna in the lab was amazing! Very sweet and explained the delay in bringing me back.

Mindy Hunsinger: Made an appointment for 2pm and showed up on time. I had recieved both an email and a text message encouraging me to check in from my car as part of a "wait where you're comfortable" service that also stated I'd recieve a text message when it was my turn. I used this service and double then triple checked that I was checked in. After 20 minutes I went in and watched 3 people come in after me and be helped, but no one was at the front desk for me to ask for help. Finally caught someone about 30 minutes after my appointment time and it turns out they called my name but never sent me a text. Took 45 minutes for me to be seen. Here's the thing, in anticipation for a drug screen I made sure I was hydrated and by the time I got back to take the test I was miserable. Also, why offer services if they don't work? Very frustrating.

Irving DM: Based off the previous reviews I was a bit worried, but wow they had me out in less than 10 minutes. I came in then checked in on the tablet, sat down, they asked for my driver's license, then they called me in the back and I finished my drug screen. All the workers present were definitely efficient and had great customer service!
Justin Ansell: Who ever the lady is working the front counter should not be able to deal with the public... has no clue of what's going on and repeats questions she already asked... not professional what so ever...
DT: If you are able to avoid this place and go somewhere else, I highly recommend it. If you aren't able to avoid it, I pray you don't have to deal with Amber S. My experience with her was pretty terrible and I could tell how it was going to go, from the moment I walked in the door and was blatantly ignored when I spoke. The entire time I was there, I dealt only with Amber, who made me feel very unwelcome and as though my presence as a paying customer was the biggest annoyance she has ever had to deal with.The severe lack of communication made me feel in the dark about the whole drug screening process, so much so that I went home and wondered if I would even pass, or if I had done something wrong in the process that would disqualify me. My visit to Labcorp left me feeling very stressed, upset and frustrated and I hope I don't ever have to deal with the same lab tech again.(For those wondering: yes, I passed.)
Amalie Woods: If I could sign zero points that's exactly what I would give! My visit at the East Paris location in Cascade was maddening! Amber Sanchez was supposed to assist me in getting my preemployment drug test but was rude and very impolite! She doesn't deserve to work with people!
Suraj Silwal: Everything was fine but the receptionist was not polite at all and looks like she don't know how to engage with patient.
Paula: Went here for a pre-employment drug test. The process was super easy. I was in and out within 20 minutes. I took away one star because I called to verify my appointment (5 days before) and no one answered/called me back.
Mark Gordon: No one to answer questions or talk to when you call. Completely automated
Michael Haberlein: Absolutely PHENOMENAL experience form start to finish. Easy check in (especially with their mobile app) and expert phlebotomist(s). I am not a fan of needles and the blood-draw at LabCorp has been the most painless and fastest I have ever had. I now ensure that this specific lab is the one I use for any necessary lab work (I have to have monthly draws on three consecutive mornings for insurance purposes ) as the overall experience and speed with which I am served is second-to-none.
Jon Blackwell: Friendly and quick service! My blood work and sign in took 10 minutes, I was the 1st person there, and if you are too, you could expect the same.
Dee Webb: Amber was my phlebotomist this morning at 7:45. She was friendly, professional, understanding and efficient. Generally getting a blood draw is a minor ordeal for me.Happy to report 4.5hrs later I can barely see the needle prick in my arm.The facility was clean and quiet.AMBER did a wonderful job.
