Brookelyn Hahl: They were so quick and friendly! Usually it’s a little nerve racking to go into places like this but they were so kind and professional!
Jess Bitting: I had 22 vials drawn in one session and the staff member took exceptional care and consideration to make sure it was as smooth as possible for me, which I was very grateful for!

Mindy Hunsinger: Made an appointment for 2pm and showed up on time. I had recieved both an email and a text message encouraging me to check in from my car as part of a "wait where you're comfortable" service that also stated I'd recieve a text message when it was my turn. I used this service and double then triple checked that I was checked in. After 20 minutes I went in and watched 3 people come in after me and be helped, but no one was at the front desk for me to ask for help. Finally caught someone about 30 minutes after my appointment time and it turns out they called my name but never sent me a text. Took 45 minutes for me to be seen. Here's the thing, in anticipation for a drug screen I made sure I was hydrated and by the time I got back to take the test I was miserable. Also, why offer services if they don't work? Very frustrating.

Irving DM: Based off the previous reviews I was a bit worried, but wow they had me out in less than 10 minutes. I came in then checked in on the tablet, sat down, they asked for my driver's license, then they called me in the back and I finished my drug screen. All the workers present were definitely efficient and had great customer service!

DT: If you are able to avoid this place and go somewhere else, I highly recommend it. If you aren't able to avoid it, I pray you don't have to deal with Amber S. My experience with her was pretty terrible and I could tell how it was going to go, from the moment I walked in the door and was blatantly ignored when I spoke. The entire time I was there, I dealt only with Amber, who made me feel very unwelcome and as though my presence as a paying customer was the biggest annoyance she has ever had to deal with.The severe lack of communication made me feel in the dark about the whole drug screening process, so much so that I went home and wondered if I would even pass, or if I had done something wrong in the process that would disqualify me. My visit to Labcorp left me feeling very stressed, upset and frustrated and I hope I don't ever have to deal with the same lab tech again.(For those wondering: yes, I passed.)
Amalie Woods: If I could sign zero points that's exactly what I would give! My visit at the East Paris location in Cascade was maddening! Amber Sanchez was supposed to assist me in getting my preemployment drug test but was rude and very impolite! She doesn't deserve to work with people!

Michael Haberlein: Absolutely PHENOMENAL experience form start to finish. Easy check in (especially with their mobile app) and expert phlebotomist(s). I am not a fan of needles and the blood-draw at LabCorp has been the most painless and fastest I have ever had. I now ensure that this specific lab is the one I use for any necessary lab work (I have to have monthly draws on three consecutive mornings for insurance purposes ) as the overall experience and speed with which I am served is second-to-none.
Jon Blackwell: Friendly and quick service! My blood work and sign in took 10 minutes, I was the 1st person there, and if you are too, you could expect the same.
Dee Webb: Amber was my phlebotomist this morning at 7:45. She was friendly, professional, understanding and efficient. Generally getting a blood draw is a minor ordeal for me.Happy to report 4.5hrs later I can barely see the needle prick in my arm.The facility was clean and quiet.AMBER did a wonderful job.

They are only doing rapid testing, but still can't seem to get people in and out in a timely fashion. Went back again the next day at open and wait 20 mins with no line movement. Absolutely ridiculous. Never again. Set an appointment somewhere and stop this insanity.

The one lady running the whole show has a great attitude even though the line of people is super long! She needs an assistant! Everyone in line also had a great attitude about waiting, so I had a pretty decent experience while waiting in line :)

Kyle Sutton: TOTAL SCAM, DON'T RISK A FALSE NEGATIVE!They are using the Indicaid Rapid Antigen Test, which on its own FDA emergency-approval brochure, states you must wait 20 minutes after putting the swab drops on the testing kit. They showed us that it was negative after just 3 minutes, which no test currently in circulation can show accurately. They threw the test out, so there is no way to identify if the strip turns positive over the next 17 minutes. When I asked the person administering the test about this, she just brushed me off and mumbled incoherently until I left.I realize that rapid tests are not as accurate (estimated at approximately 70% accuracy), and they even disclaim that a negative test does not necessarily accurate, but with the method of quick testing that I experienced here, I cannot envision they have any positive tests at all.It would be interesting to see their positive rates compared to other rapid test locations in the area, which would determine if they're doing this all the time and cranking out negative tests, or if this was a bad day for the test administrators. They had a line out the door and churned through as many people as they could quickly, which I can only imagine is to bill as much as they can.If you, as a consumer, are getting tested just to comply with work or travel requirements, and don't actually care about possibly spreading it to others, this is a great place to go. It is more-likely-than-not that you will have a negative result, no matter what your actual status is, because of their testing procedures. If you, as a consumer, are going because you're legitimately concerned that you have COVID and do not want to spread it, do not go here. They are providing tests without following proper procedure that result in a high likelihood of false negatives.And for what it's worth, I got a PCR test approximately one hour later at a reputable location (Spectrum). It was also negative, so this isn't a gripe of me being incorrectly diagnosed. It is a concern about the inappropriate procedures being performed, in direct contradiction with the FDA and testing kit company procedures, that result in recklessly telling people they're negative when they really have no way to know.Save your time and get a test from a reputable place, as you'll just need to retest after this one anyways to know for sure.Edit: Just saw 4 people posted the same thing today. I wrote this yesterday but sat on it to make sure I wasn't just writing something angrily. Sad to see others had the same experience, but glad this company is being called out on it.
Brody Terry: Never got the results sent to my email. the lady did the drops on the test and then I’d say 1-2 minutes later told us we were negative. Even the at home tests say to wait ~10 minutes.
Samantha Bower: I would give it a zero if I could. The woman doing the rapid tests is not administering the test properly. She indicates to put it up one nostril instead of two. She gives you your result after waiting 30 seconds. You’re supposed to put it in both nostrils and you’re supposed to wait 15-20 minutes. I even looked up the brand to make sure I wasn’t wrong. She’s telling people they’re negative way before the results are ready.Update: I tested positive at home and with pcr. She told me I was negative. Please reconsider retesting if you are sick and she told you that you were negative.
Rachel Miller: This place is so sketchy and I do not feel confident in the results they are giving people. The woman in the testing room has you insert a swab yourself into one nostril (I had to ask what to do, she didn't give me any instructions, even though I am the only person sitting in front of her) and then told me within 30 seconds that I was negative. I've never heard of or been anywhere where they can tell you in 30 seconds your results, thought it was supposed to be 15 minutes. Cant believe I waited over an hour and half for this. I'm going somewhere else to be tested again.
Maria L.: Do not get tested here. This place is very unprofessional and should not be allowed to conduct tests. My husband and I went to be tested. You perform the test on yourself may I add in. Only one nostril and not much of a sample is required. The tests are very cheap looking and the results were given to us within seconds which I highly doubt are correct. I had one positive test before and we have all the symptoms. I went home and tested using pharmacy tests that I bought over the counter. They were positive! I feel this place needs to be shut down! While taking the test, the tester had a form with everyone's name, DOB and test results. I just happened to notice everyone before us tested negative, which I highly doubt. Nothing is kept confidential, so be warned! Get tested at a lab by someone who knows what they are doing! Avoid spreading it!

Tamekia Young: I’ve been calling for over a month trying to reach someone about a $13,000 bill I received. I’ve called my insurance and they have received nothing regarding billing. I’ve left voicemails and no one has called back. Now I have received a final notice saying they will send my bill to collections but I have yet to reach anyone!
Joshua Betz: Me and my wife had received an estimate for some lab services for $200, where the estimate stated that they have reviewed our insurance and deductible information. However, when we received our bill it was for over $800. I have been calling the billing department who has thus far been very unwilling to help. It seems predatory to me to bill out for over 400% of the estimated costs. Very disappointed in the company and the response that we have been getting thus far.

Yesica Delsid: I received a text with an estimate of $475.00 for some tests and replied "do not proceed with test" as indicated on the text within minutes of receiving it. Months later I receive lab results and a bill in the mail for $1,980.13. I have been calling and leaving daily voicemails since 02/27/23 for a return call because they do not answer phone calls no matter what time you call. When you speak to customer service, they state it is a 24 hour time frame for them to return your call. They do not give let you speak to a manager stating they do not have access to that department and only take messages. I have reached out the my medical provider who uses this lab to inform them they are referring to a poor business and to highly recommend searching for a different laboratory to avoid this type of incident.
Ally Hartman: Used this company before and was easy to work with. Used this year and they were unethical. Said conversations happened that didn't, quoted me on thing and charged me double the amount. When asked questions to clarify, I was given the run around and lied to. I would never use them again.

Matt Whiting: One of the worst companies I've had to deal with. Was told at the time of testing the self pay price was $249. We paid it. A year later I receive a bill in the mail for $1200, saying that If I don't pay within 30 days it will be sent to collections. We called the billing department every day for the last week and go to voicemail every time. Left a message every time. Have not received a call back. We've also sent emails and opened chats. No response.Today, I received another letter saying my bill has been sent to collections. A week after receiving the first bill and 9 days after the date on the original letter.I'm not sure how a company can get away with operating like this. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

No we didn’t call you, and no we didn’t mention that when you called us about your account information, you should have called us from the email specifically for that, no there is nothing we will do about it, you can pay it or go to collections.”Update: I requested to speak to a manager/escalation team to see if there was a solution, I was told they would call me back when they were back in office. I never heard back and instead they just sent my bill to collections. Amazing.
Maayan Cohen: Stay away from this company!This is the most inhumane company I have ever come across. Nobody should use their services.They are unprofessional and I'm surprised their workers are able to operate computers and phones. They don't act like they would be capable of much, either than hanging off trees.They sent us our genetic results, stating that our baby had a 89% chance of being born with Down Syndrome by email, without so much as a heads up! It was a shock to say the least and there was no one to talk to about it as they sent it at the end of the business day. No one should get this kind of news like this!
