Whitney Heinen: I've been trying to order a backup for my daughter's very well loved Jellycat bunny and it's been out of stock through Jellycat's direct site. Once it restocked, shipping was expensive and would have taken 2 weeks. None of our local toy stores had it, but Hopscotch had the exact bunny I needed and had it shipped to Kansas in just a few days! Happy to still support a small business! packaging was also cute! : )

I've made two online orders from Hopscotch of different jellycats and I'm beyond satisfied with their shipping and customer service. Both orders shipped extremely fast (I'm talking same day or next day, depending on if I ordered before 5pm or not), and arrived within 1 day after shipping.I've never had to reach out to their customer service because I haven't had any problems, however I feel confident that if I did have any issues they would take care of it. I will continue to look for any Jellycat I want from this website first! You guys have a loyal Wisconsin customer :))

You come here to purchase a toy a child will never forget. But if you are like me that easily loses concentration you can buy a Tegu block travel set (magnetic blocks) and keep it on your desk.. to take a break from your thoughts. I need to go back again!

When clearly there are two sides for self check outs and only one was open and even that line was supper long!! We will not be shopping at this one!!!!

R: I walked into the most unorganized place ever, then when I asked one of your associates where a particular item was and then followed the WHOLE time. Your employees went as far as running down each aisle to watch me. I made my way to the self check out to have some manager approach us as if we were going to make a run for it with the $30 worth of stuff at target…only to find me using the self check out. I suggest you open more lanes up and quit discriminating against us brown people. This store is so uninviting and you wonder why you’re loosing so much money.

Ann Biafore: Made on online order for pick up. At the designated time I went to pick up my order only to be told when I arrived that it would be 4 more hours. I went back home only to receive a notification that my order was ready. We went back and were told that only 1/2 the order would be available because 2 items were out of stock. However we went on the floor and found both items. This "quick & easy" pick up system absolutely blows. This has happened to us twice now. The target staff didnt seemed surprised or necessarily interested in helping us.

B Lange: The reset happening at this location has been going on for months. It’s been a mess in that store every time I visit which is during slow hours when it should look put together. They are severely lacking in inventory. Went today for bedding blankets and the few items they have are disheveled. If you don’t want a cheap microfiber or weighted blanket there is no point in shopping here. Now I understand why I shop online. When I by household items at target, I can’t even leave without spending $300 and today I spent $0. Also there were two beautiful ivory chenille ottomans in the Studio McGee section all marked up by dirt and black marks like no care was put into them and inconsiderate guests letting kids climb on them. Hey target, lemme know when you have your store together because not coming back until you do.

You have five minutes to get your act together.” Not only was this pretty unprofessional, the irritation in the staff member’s voice was unmistakable.This just seems a bit off-brand for Barnes & Noble.

It's a struggle to find good books with their set up. I love to read though and Barnes and Nobles has a lot of books. Got 8 books. The start of my future library.
