David Bouwkamp: We were looking for a small remnant for a project and stopped in. They don't have those, but they do have an amazing display of gorgeous stone. We spent about 20 minutes drooling. It was like walking through an art gallery.Our questions were answered professionally even though it was clear we wouldn't be buying. If I were buying for a bigger project, I would definitely consider this place.

Aside from great customer service, Andrew was very knowledgeable. We had 3 choices in GR and I’m glad we started at Mont. Picked slabs that day.

Veronica in Grand Rapids went above and beyond in working with me on choices for various surfaces. Because of her efforts, I will have the kitchen that I envisioned. Andi was also very helpful in describing color and pattern mixes.

Emily: 2016 - We had a wonderful experience working with West Michigan Granite & Tile during our kitchen/dining room remodel. They were very responsive, to both e-mails & calls. The install went smooth & they were able to answer any & all questions we had. Thank you for making our kitchen the most beautiful room in our house :)Update as of 6/2021 - Very disappointed. Took over two weeks to get a quote, which required multiple phone calls and emails to get any kind of response. Had to repeat information multiple times, send the same information multiple times, etc. We did have to go with another vendor for our project.
L. Niemiec: I was recently searching for a granite vanity top. I checked with several other local granite providers in Grand Rapids. Not only was WMG the best priced, but they were the most responsive. I also happened to catch them at a good time, and they were able to get the vanity top completed in less than a week (others told me at least a month or longer)! A Raeoflite: I have lots to say about this company. This is short version. Very unorganized. Someone put getting money off on someone else. Sent the "someone" else. And they couldn't take the money. Company unwilling to take payment over phone. Made us drive 45 min to pay. (Although we didnt pay because the job was unfinished. They forgot our bathroom sink. Sent someone end of week. Told us to give money to THAT person. ) When the whole situation was not our fault. Kitchen Sink was not sealed after counters. We were getting water ALL under our sink only to find out they hadn't sealed it. Someone came to fix a chip we had in our new counter tops. And they sealed it for us. Today as I sit on the floor playing with the kids. I see numbers under the overhang of our island. I've seen it before but not BOTH SIDES! I think this is ridiculous. And tacky. Thousands of dollars we spent we should NOT see the imprint of manufacturing serial numbers or whatever on the over hang. If this is how they do business this is tacky tacky tacky.Love my counters., but horrible experience. And not liking these numbers EVERYONE CAN SEE IF SITTING ON THE FLOOR!!Check out pictures. How tacky is that!

Walter Keith: We had them install quartz in our home and we notice about 8 months in the living in the home a few very small chips were flaking off. We called customer service and they said they will not warranty the product, in fact they relayed that it would be a charge to even come out and look at it.Another couple months go by and we get back being in our southern home and we noticed a bunch more quarter size chips and the pieces on the floor. This all happened while no one was home. We called warranty again asking if we have a defective product or what they would do. They said the only solution would be for us (the homeowners) to purchase a whole new set and that they do not stand by the product produced and replace it, even though it clearly is defective and was made incorrectly.Now the company gives us the run around when trying to call or keeps passing us to other people to handle, but overall nothing is being resolved, nor are they willing to.
Andrea Kunkel: Premier installed quartz backsplash and counter tops in my primary bathroom. Dalton and his team arrived within the quoted time window and efficiently installed everything in about an hour. They explained how best to care for the quartz and answered all the questions I had. The team was very friendly and efficient. I would definitely use them for any future stone projects.

Daniel Marshall: Premier is very easy to work with. Our kitchen remodel took a couple of turns with late changes on a sink, and they accommodated this very well. Ryan and his crew knocked out the installation in no time, and the fit is nearly perfect. They cleaned up the site, and were very helpful with information about our newcountertops.
Kim Rangel: I cannot say enough positive things about this company. We had all sorts of set backs that were mostly out of their control (supply chain) and they treated everything with professionalism and care for the customer. Their install team was so nice and answered any question I had. Mostly, I never would have received this level of service had I gone to a box store. Kristen is amazing!! Their focus on happy clients is clear and appreciated.
Jeff Ferris: Terrible customer service. Owner hangs up on you. Refused to replace defective granite. Ended up getting a refund and made them get their garbage. Suggest you run away.

I picked the placements with JR who was patient and also very helpful. Would definitely recommend Premier to anyone looking for solid surface fabrication and install.
