Jasmine Norton: My son’s glasses were supposed to be delivered to his optician within two weeks is what I was told, we are now on week five and being told this lab is telling his eye doctor it won’t be until at least next week. So this will now be a whole six weeks and that is if they actually come. Extremely dissatisfied with their extremely poor service. I will never recommend this place to anybody as a matter of fact, I will make sure none of our glasses ever get made at this facility again! No one ever answers their calls, I’m assuming bc most of their calls would come from upset customers. My sun has very bad vision and would just like to be in class and see… this place is terrible!

Jurnee Tipton: Terrible. I never post reviews but they won’t answer the phone sooooo here it is.My glasses were supposed to be delivered to my eye doctor within a week. It’s now going on a month and I still don’t have my glasses. They have not even been shipped yet, bc they say they are having trouble with the mirror. I’ve continuously called their number. No answer. My vision is very bad, and I’d like to (quite simply) Be able to see! But I can’t because I don’t have my glasses (which I paid almost $1,000 for btw), and they won’t even pick up the phone to give me any answers.

Vision Optic: I was working with this company for years. Tow weeks ago I called them to check my balance, the accounting department told me you have over do and you need to pay finance charges. I told her I never received a notice or a call from you. she said we sent a fax telling you the balance. but the fax number they had on file it was wrong.I told her you had my phone number why you didn't give me a call at least to see why I am not responding. I asked her if she can remove the extra charges for the late payment. she refused and Said you need to learn your lesson. I asked to talk to a manager because of the way she talks. but she said there is no one except me and you have to deal with me and she hung up, and in couple of days I receive a letter from a collection compny.I tried to call many times to be able to find a manager but they keep saying no one is available.

Kara VerMeulen: Fantastic customer service and impressive selection of frames to choose from! Shanda was very helpful in giving us suggestions and made the process of choosing frames for my nine and ten year olds both easy and enjoyable!
Jennifer Kamps: They are excellent at making glasses fit my son’s specific fit and needs. They are very personable and get to know and recognize the kids who come in. Great customer service and selection! She also has a lot of experience working with kids with medical concerns or special needs.
Eve Forevar: Shanda has given us outstanding optical help. She takes the time to make sure glasses fit and are also functional for our 3rd grader. She is patient with every request. We are truly grateful for her attention to detail with fantastic customer service.

The Batmom: First off This company sends you a box with sample size/colored glasses, GENIUS!!! the samples shipping was completely free & even included the return box. Jonas Paul is A little on the expensive side, but well worth it when your child goes through glasses from cheaper Eyewear sellers . Jonas Paul glasses lasted the longest of any glasses my kids ever had. Customer service was fast at responding, I wouldn't take my business anywhere else, I refer Jonas Paul to everyone I meet .

wilma d: Our glasses lasted two weeks, and then I was told we needed to wait 5 months for them to be back in stock to replace them. It’s almost impossible to get in contact with anyone.

Laura Gronna: My six year old has had glasses for four years and over those years we have purchased 8+ pairs of glasses, due to changing prescriptions and a couple of accidents, from a total of four different companies. Jonas Paul is not the least expensive we have used however they have been one of the best. The JPE customer service member that emailed to follow up on our order was kind, concise and clear in her communication and about what they needed from me in order to proceed with our order. She gave honest feedback and options for our specific situation. I would highly recommend ordering a "try on kit" to ensure of style and fit. We will be returning JPE customers!

mahwish shah: Absolutely disappointed in their brand. Within 2 weeks of my son receiving his first pair the metal part unglued and was hanging out. At no fault of my son because he’s been very careful with the glasses. It’s the quality of the frame. I did not want to purchase the same ones again but I had to because otherwise I would have to pay again for the lenses too so they agreed to ship out a new wear under 90 day warranty free of charge. Ten days later I sent an email to find out where the glasses were, it turns out they never mailed it out. So just now they mailed it to me and said they’ll over night for the inconvenience. For sure I won’t ever recommend or buy glasses from them agai .

I dealt with delays in communication from the company and in the preparation of my daughter’s glasses which left her without glasses for over three weeks. Next time, I will go to Costco who can have my glasses prepared for me and ready to pick up in 5 days.
