Suzanne Douglas: Dr Elizabeth Henry is an excellent Opthalmologist. I been her patient for several years, since Dr Dragoo retired. She preformed my Cataract surgeries and placed a stent in one eye for my Glaucoma, thereby eliminating the need to take eye drops for the rest of my life!! Right now she is treating me for vision problems in one eye. I have full faith in her ability and would recommend her to everyone!!

I called the following day to reschedule & was told I owed $50 for a no show appointment. I was angry, talked to office manager & got nowhere. I received a bill for $50, wrote a letter to the professionals (Doctors) about it - received no response. One month later, I’ve received another bill for $50.(In the time of COVID, my office welcomes cancellations if someone doesn’t feel well.)I will not be paying the $50 & cannot recommend this office.

Roberta Lentz: Dr Elizabeth Henry is amazing, caring yet extremely efficient. She diagnosed acute angle glaucoma my first visit after years at another Opthamology facility. I had procedures on both eyes within weeks. Doing so probably saved my eye site and a lot of pain had I had an episode. You just feel confident in her skills and knowledge when you’re with her.

Kelsey Rondeau: We brought our (just-turned) 4 year old here for his first ophthalmology appointment after failing his health department screening, and I couldn't be happier! Robin and Dr. Hansen were patient, creative, and so very flexible. They put him at ease, made him feel special, and helped him have fun. Our 4 year old tends to be anxious in new places and with strangers, and he isn't great with number or letter recognition yet, and they managed to get the information they needed to set him up for later success, all while praising him and encouraging me. I'd recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

Eugene Anon: Doctors Henry and Eavey are positively wonderful. My first eye doctor retired ten years ago and I have been looking for a good one ever since. My search has ended after finding Cascade Opthalmology based on reviews at a medical site. When I met Dr. Henry I silently thanked those reviewers and now I'm passing it on, even though I know the office will likely get even busier. All the staff is magnificent at keeping things running smoothly, though. One really feels that Dr. Henry has gathered together people like herself: with great integrity and a sincere dedication to patient health. When she has to be away we see Dr. Eavey, a likewise brilliant, dedicated professional up on the very latest breakthroughs such as a new, special lens made specifically for computer use. She really listens, and goes out of her way to make sure things are done perfectly.My husband and I actually look forward to our eye exams now, so expert are these doctors and gracious their staff.

Christopher Barnwood: Most of the staff are nice people. But the billing staff (Dr. Wangs wife) was very rude to me. She would cut me off quite a bit. I questioned her about charges on my bill, which she was not helpful with, then she put me on hold mid sentences and transferred me to Dr. Wang; who said my phone call was "crippling the office, and people can't do their jobs". Then he would start talking about his overhead costs to operate. As if he was doing me some sorta favor by seeing me.

It's Just Me: I had cataract surgery that I'm not sure I needed on my right eye. Dr Wang also put in a Stent that would relieve my eye pressure. I wad told by another ophthalmologist that the stent was put in the wrong place so it doesn't work.Get a second opinion before you allow him to operate on your eye(s).

Nathan Soule: Long waits, Doctor is very rude to his staff to the point I am uncomfortable being in the room as my eyes are examined. Likes to add late fees to procedures when they only heard back from the insurance company about coverage after 4 months. If I said know and you just found out how can you justify adding a late fee.

Aslyn Lapham: I scratched my cornea and my ER doctor setup what I thought was an appointment for the morning. My husband brought me 15 minutes early for paperwork and we waited an hour. I asked how much longer it was going to be as my husband still had to go to work, and they moved us to a waiting room in the back that was jam packed. By that point my eye was killing me so I asked my husband to just go home and I would go to a different place. When I asked the receptionist for a refund on my $50 deposit I was called into a side room where I was told Dr. Wang would see me really quick. He didn't see me at all! What he did was yell at me about how he had other patients and how we HAD to be there and how my husband would just have skip work and how I was going to lose my vision. It scared my 5 year old and my husband didn't know what the heck to do as neither of us have ever been yelled at and berated by an office for leaving. I was then told if I wanted to leave I had to sign some "refusal for treatment" paper but from what I could read, it didn't say anywhere on the paper "refusal for treatment". We were then told that since we paid with a debit card, they couldn't refund the card, they would have to mail a check in 10 business days.STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. I have NEVER been yelled at in an office by a doctor for needing to leave early, but I surely will never be yelled at by Wang again.

Camilla Kilts: Dr. Weatherhead is great. She performed a cataract exam. She repeated the exam to verify the result. She told me my vision has decreased by 2 levels. A change in prescription lenses won't help it. She referred me to Dr. Conlon for his evaluation. He will decide if I need cataract surgery. I appreciate how she has monitored the cataracts. I recommended her to my brother. He also thinks she is great.

L C: All employees are friendly. The doctors are fantastic. Our problem is there should be a surgical place closer. The drive is awful unless you live close to East Beltline and we don't.

Dallas Tohan: I do not recommend this place at all. The staff are extremely unprofessional around patients - joking and laughing about buying stuff on Amazon and going out to the bar after work while I wait forever to be seen by a doctor or anyone who knows what they are doing. I felt extremely uncomfortable and uncared for. I have taken work off multiple times to get glasses, something that takes minutes at an eye glasses store. I specifically went to a doctor because I thought I’d be cared for. After waiting 45 minutes after my appointment time, I had my eyes tested and the doctor rushed me in and rushed me out. I was given the wrong prescription where my vision was blurry and the glasses basically unusable. I called to had them corrected and made an apt 2 weeks out. That apt was canceled due to a snow storm - totally understandable. But I got a voicemail saying “we need to reschedule”. No apology. No nothing. I had already taken work off and the next available appointment was two weeks later. Finally see a doctor again after and didn’t get any help I needed. I am going somewhere else. Do not recommend at all.

Esq 007: I was mis-diagnosed and in bad pain in my left eye on Christmas eve. I was seen at er and physician was candid that he did not know what was going on with my eye. Thankfully Dr. A was on call. He opened his closed office and came in on Christmas eve to help me! He performed a thorough examination and diagnosis me in moments. He then performed a procedure to remove five filaments from my eye! It's now three days later and I am doing great. I want to thank him for helping me on Christmas eve!! He is the best.
