Mike Mehler: We have always had very good service and products from Painters Supply, until a recent job developed problems with the enamel paint that we purchased from them. The final product faded and changed color at the customer plant after installation. Our customer is not happy and has asked for a solution. I have tried to get help from Painter Supply, with no success. Standing behind the product you sell is a fundamental core of customer service, and so far the customer service has failed like the paint.UPDATE: We have been provide a paint solution, which we have applied. Time will tell if the paint will hold up, but good to know The people have done their part - Thank You
Mark French: I was very disappointed in the policy of your show room being closed. I called yesterday to inquire about paint for furniture. Got some questions answered, made a few decisions on what I wanted and to come up the store to review the product and supplies. I asked the person on the phone how long they were open and he stated five. Drove up from out of town today, spotted several people (customers) standing outside the rain. I was told that the show room was closed and sales were pick up only. A young man came out and put product into what looked like an old dog crate and went back inside. I then reviewed the sign othe door and it stated the showroom was closed. I left empty handed and drove back out of town. I did call back, talked to a man and he stated yes the showroom was closed due to company policy and that he was sorry. Yesterday when I called to inquire about paint and asked how long they were open, maybe that could be a clue to inform customers (if Painter's Supply still thinks if us that way) that their show room was closed or list it on their website? So, at the end of the day I left, never to return and made a decision on other product with someone who was very willing to assist their new customer. Good luck guys, as I think you may need it going forward.

David Wnuk: They have the building closed to customers. Really? Everyone in the automotive sector is wide open for walk in. I drove there to grab a few quick things and was told I could order for pick up. What if I need to compare a few things or ask a question? Come on. You are the only company that I am aware of that still has closed doors. I will go somewhere else from now on and let everyone I know that obviously you don't care about customer service.

Nickolas Kasten: The cost of the paint was atrocious, $73.49 for a gallon and $30.09 per quart. I was stuck with buying this because the previous occupant had this on the walls and some touch ups were needed. I can safely say that I will try my hardest to keep away from this price gouging place.UPDATE**After paying out the nose for the paint the gallon color match well but the sheen that was suppose to be eggshell had more of a gloss to it so when light hits it you can clearly see where the touch ups are. The quart matched great, like it should for $30 per quart.

It was horribly rude and we just got back in the car and went to different store for supplies.
Connor Rademaker: I got terribly lost in the 6th grade trying to walk home from school for the first time. When I finally accepted this fact I wandered into the first public building I saw with an adult that might help me and it was a Repcolite paint store. An associate found this crying kid holding a clarinet and a backpack far from any school, and figured out how to get me home. Many years later I needed to paint a bathroom and where else could I go to pick up that gallon of sage green paint but here.The associates were helpful, but not as comforting as they were last time. While they did sell me paint and paint supplies, they did not give me any snacks this time and while they did tell me what kind of primer to buy, nobody told me it would all be okay and that I would be home soon. I did get home without incident that day, but I did had to do it all by myself.
Brenda Johnson: I went to the Fulton location for the first time last week with a problem with a paint color. Myra patiently listened and then totally corrected the problem. I was there for maybe 25 minutes while she got the color perfect. Bryan Crater: Have been going here for a long time now (repcolite in general) but this is my store because it's close to my apartment.Justin (the store owner/manager) is one of the most helpful employees I know. ALL of them are great employees but Justin is just one step ahead. Always doing the best he can to take care of us "little guys" in the painting business. He always greets me with a hello and smile and an offering of freshly made coffee every time I go in the store. It's hard to find good quality customer service but you will get that with Justin and his staff.

Caleb Dyke: There are so many reasons I, as a professional painter choose repcolite over any other paint supplier, but one of the main reasons is for the incredible service they provide. The people at Repco are always ready to find the best fix for whatever your project requires and offer a very personal and caring service. Walking in to get primer for a last second project that no one else had, they provided the primer, more options just in case I wanted something different, a hot cup of coffee and a smile. This place is the pinnacle of customer service.
