Nickolas Kasten: The cost of the paint was atrocious, $73.49 for a gallon and $30.09 per quart. I was stuck with buying this because the previous occupant had this on the walls and some touch ups were needed. I can safely say that I will try my hardest to keep away from this price gouging place.UPDATE**After paying out the nose for the paint the gallon color match well but the sheen that was suppose to be eggshell had more of a gloss to it so when light hits it you can clearly see where the touch ups are. The quart matched great, like it should for $30 per quart.

n s: Their color was so far off I have to spend $2500 to have the painters redo the job. Sherwin WIlliam's response is that "We would be able to get the color close but not exact." My wife and I are in disbelief that bright yellow and lite olive green are that close and acceptable. Our contractor called Sherwin Williams to get it corrected and there was no resolution by Sherwin Williams.

Shannon Waller: I would not recommend this location, especially if you are a woman and/or do not know a whole lot about paint and the painting process. I, not knowing much about paint, had questions regarding the different lines of paint, color families, costs, etc. After thinking I had left the store, the two employees proceeded to stand behind the counter and make fun of me and the questions I had asked.I stepped around the corner to let the employee making most of the insensitive comments (Steve I think his name was) know that I was still in the store and that his behavior was inappropriate. He proceeded to apologize to me, but who does that? Belittling and making fun of customers to make yourself feel better? Think you look cool in front of the other employees? Something against women? Or just pure ignorance? Likely all of the above. I will be sure to ask Steve all about the medical field next time he’s in my hospital for a procedure and then turn around to my colleagues and make fun of his ignorance. Be better.

Jeff Burns: With rare exceptions I love to paint. Today I went for my first time to the Sherwin Williams store in Grandville. I was greeted at the door and I believe his name to be David. As I said I love to paint and do a bunch of it but David was explaining other techniques and brushes that I was unaware of. He was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. If you are a seasoned painter or a novice painter I highly recommend this store for when you are looking for the best.

Talk about going above and beyond!!Not only did they go above and beyond with my sons bracelet ordeal, but while we were shopping we were welcomed and assisted with an excellent level of service and knowledge. In addition, they offered to carry the supplies out to my car for me which was greatly appreciated! You guys rock!!

Dan Maly: Bought a fair amount of paint and supplies here for a couple of work-related projects over the last 4-5 weeks. Their selection and quality are excellent. When/if I needed assistance with selecting a paint or stain, they had the answers and made recommendations. They stock a variety of items to get the job done from foam-brushes to Graco sprayers. Sherwin-Williams Paint stores are convenient and competitive.
