It was horribly rude and we just got back in the car and went to different store for supplies.

Connor Rademaker: I got terribly lost in the 6th grade trying to walk home from school for the first time. When I finally accepted this fact I wandered into the first public building I saw with an adult that might help me and it was a Repcolite paint store. An associate found this crying kid holding a clarinet and a backpack far from any school, and figured out how to get me home. Many years later I needed to paint a bathroom and where else could I go to pick up that gallon of sage green paint but here.The associates were helpful, but not as comforting as they were last time. While they did sell me paint and paint supplies, they did not give me any snacks this time and while they did tell me what kind of primer to buy, nobody told me it would all be okay and that I would be home soon. I did get home without incident that day, but I did had to do it all by myself.

Brenda Johnson: I went to the Fulton location for the first time last week with a problem with a paint color. Myra patiently listened and then totally corrected the problem. I was there for maybe 25 minutes while she got the color perfect. Bryan Crater: Have been going here for a long time now (repcolite in general) but this is my store because it's close to my apartment.Justin (the store owner/manager) is one of the most helpful employees I know. ALL of them are great employees but Justin is just one step ahead. Always doing the best he can to take care of us "little guys" in the painting business. He always greets me with a hello and smile and an offering of freshly made coffee every time I go in the store. It's hard to find good quality customer service but you will get that with Justin and his staff.

The people at Repco are always ready to find the best fix for whatever your project requires and offer a very personal and caring service. Walking in to get primer for a last second project that no one else had, they provided the primer, more options just in case I wanted something different, a hot cup of coffee and a smile. This place is the pinnacle of customer service.

n s: Their color was so far off I have to spend $2500 to have the painters redo the job. Sherwin WIlliam's response is that "We would be able to get the color close but not exact." My wife and I are in disbelief that bright yellow and lite olive green are that close and acceptable. Our contractor called Sherwin Williams to get it corrected and there was no resolution by Sherwin Williams.

Shannon Waller: I would not recommend this location, especially if you are a woman and/or do not know a whole lot about paint and the painting process. I, not knowing much about paint, had questions regarding the different lines of paint, color families, costs, etc. After thinking I had left the store, the two employees proceeded to stand behind the counter and make fun of me and the questions I had asked.I stepped around the corner to let the employee making most of the insensitive comments (Steve I think his name was) know that I was still in the store and that his behavior was inappropriate. He proceeded to apologize to me, but who does that? Belittling and making fun of customers to make yourself feel better? Think you look cool in front of the other employees? Something against women? Or just pure ignorance? Likely all of the above. I will be sure to ask Steve all about the medical field next time he’s in my hospital for a procedure and then turn around to my colleagues and make fun of his ignorance. Be better.
