Josselyn Taylor: Do not ever use this service. The CEO of this business is a thief and a fraud. I used this service to pick up my autistic son from school and drop him at home. On several occasions, my son was left at school and I had to rush from work to pick him up. I really should have discontinued service the first time, but it is really difficult to find transportation for my son. I finally cut off services though at the beginning of Feb when Tom Gott fraudulently removed over $2,200 from my banking account. Tom has told me for weeks that I would be receiving a refund. Almost a full month later, I have gotten nothing. Do not trust Tom. He is a liar, a thief, and his transportation service is unreliable.

Sent them a quick text with the information and they text back right away with cost and availability. Cost was reasonable and I paid a small amount extra for them to greet inside the airport, ensuring our parents were taken care of without worry or concern. Mary Mary: If I could give zero stars I would. It took 2.5 hours for them to come pick me and grandson up. The driver yelled at me to sit behind the passenger seat instead of driver seat. I am disabled and left leg I can not raise it. Then the home was a nightmare there was something wrong with the car transmission because all sudden we would be going down the street and car would stop. Then driver passed my street when I told him he wanted to argue about where I live. When he finally turned around I told him to get in center lane he stopped in driving lane to make left turn when I finally got in front of my house I would not let him pull in my driveway

Chandler Barger: Our Business offers vouchers for patients that are in need of a ride home with this "business" and yesterday may of been the last, an elderly patient of ours was waiting patiently for a ride and is not always aware of her surroundings. When the cab driver arrived he proceeded to be BEYOND DISRESPECTFUL to this elderly individual, physically grabbed her and tried to remove her from the vehicle when we were bringing out her voucher because she didn't immediately show her money to him. We had to have an off the clock employee and another employee stay and watch to make sure this driver did not continue to assault this patient physically as well as verbally. Reports will be filed.

O: I took a cab to the vet. The driver didn't have a mask on and was smoking in the car. I reported it and the company didn't care. I told them it was not safe. I felt uncomfortable and my cat and I smell like smoke. it was hard to breathe in the car. They say they will hire anybody that's breathing and who have the virus .
