Mohammed Mansour: I was thinking they are N professional shop because as a dealer they supposedly should.... but the reality is something else ....i went there to fix a small problem which the Apu heater is not blowing hot air which is weird in a less than 2 years old unit to act like that it still too early for that but it's ok i went there spending 600+ dollars and went on the road a week later it still not working i went back they said u need to change the board which more weird in less than 2 years i almost changed half of the unit but it is ok so i paid another 1100 dollars went back on the road and still not working .... and instead of apologizing to the customer they referred me to a different shop saying we are no longer working in ur unit because u swear on them in the shop ..... LOL ....really ?? Is that how it work ? Even though they supposed to fix it first then say we cant fix it here anymore but to run away from fixing what they really know nothing about instead of that they play the fox game to avoid another failure .So for anyone wanna go there u can take my advice which ............RUN AWAY ......or waste ur money to them .This unit was supposed to save me money but in 2 years i dont think that unit saved me that 2000 dollars i spent to them between oil change and 1700+ in maintenance.So if u have an APU . Dont fix it there .... look for a pro shop ..... i wish if i can put no star or minuses but it is ok .So take my advice again buddies and........ RUN AWAY ........... away with ur money from that place .Or try a different product .And believe me folks a friend of mine told me to not fix it there but i didnt believe it .Now i apologize to my friend for that .

Brenden: I worked there for about 2 months, the pay was on the low end. But the company is really nice the owner there is very in touch with the daily activities of the company and he really cares which is awesome. He has his daughter and son working there too which is awesome… Sandy the Ops manager was freaking awesome. The reason I only gave 4 stars is the gentleman who runs the safety department was a condescending POS…. He was extremely rude about everything and he constantly had a chip on his shoulder. But overall Sunset Logistics is a great place.

If any one has a problem with sunset it’s because they are not use to having a personal relationship with their job because when you work for sunset you will know everyone and everyone will know you plus the pay is actually great even for an average week I make 40 percent more than my previous trucking job. I think I’m gonna retire from here in the end I love it hereOk update . They fired me today. But I still think it’s a great company to work for

I felt like everything they were telling me was too good to be true but boy was I wrong! Great pay, great miles, great people period! Best company I’ve ever worked for! They definitely will take care of you! They’re not perfect but no company is; the good outweighs the bad. I don’t regret my decision and would recommend anybody to this company! Justin moore: I never got the opportunity to start. I got covid went home came back and had issues breathing still so I went home. I was told they had to wash their hands with me and I replied thank you. I never did receive my gas reimbursement or orientation pay. I really did wanna get started, but my health and safety come 1st.

John W.: Be careful when leaving this company. If you have disagreements with them and decide to properly put in a two week notice, they will be unprofessional with you up to the point you leave. Then they will proceed to make DEFAMATORY remarks to any future employers. And although not everyone is terrible there, watch out for a particular dispatcher named Kristy. She will treat you with such disrespect, as if you are 5 years old and you never get to see her in person. Very disconnected. And when bringing it up with the Operations Manager, you are told, "Oh that's just how she is." So again beware. And if you're still interested, ask for another dispatcher. One bad apple spoils the bunch. This is coming from someone who's had plenty of experience on the road.

Joshua Parker: Only been here 2 weeks, but so far this place has far exceeded my expectations. They have ran me hard so far, and I love it. You will run recaps instead of resets, which is new to me, but I’m starting to actually like it. Alex, my recruiter, has followed through on everything he told me, Craig our safety guy has been straight up with me, the dispatchers Chase and Jeremy have been fantastic and friendly( and have been very patient with me learning how to operate the step deck trailers), Denise the receptionist is an absolute sweetheart, Sheila the payroll lady has been patient with me and a sweetheart( I’m having to relearn Transflo after 5 years not using it) and the woman in charge of booking your loads Kristi is on point! Everyone here is just so dang friendly and patient. Myself I am not used to it at a trucking company, having only worked for large carriers. It definitely feels like a family environment here and I was nervous about leaving GP Transco for a smaller carrier. Oh yeah, and the owner puts Direct TV in the trucks with NFL package! Are you kidding me! There has been a learning curve for me so far but they have been extremely patient with me. And you will get miles! If you aren’t a hustler, then don’t come here. If you WANT to work hard, you’ll love it here. I’ll do another review in 6 months. I couldn’t be happier. Best choice I ever made coming here. Answer to my prayers.
