Jason Murray: I did a mobile order for work and was hoping to get it somewhat quickly. I’m not sure I understand why Chik-Fil-a doesn’t start making it until I arrive, but that was not the biggest problem. I was directed to pull around to the drive thru pickup area after arriving. I’m not sure if they forgot about me, but it seems as if they weren’t really interested in getting my order done quickly. I watched as at least 10 cars went through the drive thru and received their food while I waited. 25 minutes.

Charli Hale: No dressing came with my salad. I know it’s on me for not looking. But I grew up in the south and this never happened at any Chick-fil-A I went to. I also worked at one. Bob Zomermaand: We decided to go to Chick-fil-A to see what the hype is about. We discovered that the chicken is very tasty, we think it's due to the wonderful spices. We were glad that the cashier taking our order responded to my question as to what was going to be good with a salad suggestion. Way to go! While we went with a couple of sandwiches, we thought a salad was probably a great choice too. I think you would find something to delight your palate as long as you know that you are eating fast food.

Kim Smith: I have been going to Chick-fil-a for years, and have never been talked to in the manor that Issac and Ford a supposed manager spoke to me. Didn’t have a menu for me to look at, my phone was dead—otherwise I would have placed a carry out order, and Issac wouldn’t pull the menu down from a booth for me to order bc it was taped up there 🤦♀️ then didn’t order anything went in to speak with the manager Ford and he informed me I could have looked at the big menu to order. After the way Issac spoke to me there was no way I would give you any of my money. I will not be back, I have NEVER been spoken to or treated this way. I won’t be back!!!
Bryan Rubingh: I think this is first time I was disappointed here. We ordered two meals. They only gave us two sauce packets. Our drinks were 3/4 ice. Very little beverage. Shame on you Chic-Filet. I expect better from you.

Jodie Amshey: My experience at Wendy's tonight at the East beltline location Grand Rapids township was awful. The frosty chocolate was down and cold fries. Asked for straws and rec'd 1 and no frosty spoon. No dipping sauce for nuggets. To top it off the price tag for this lousy meal and experience was a ridiculous $19.61! I do not recommend visiting this store!
Brycin Dehn: Horrible customer service every time I go there. Very rude at the intercom, and I’ve had multiple orders with missing items. Simple things that are done with every customers order should more than likely contain sauces and a straw and they can’t even seem to figure out to not forget those things.
