Kyle Bainbridge: Paid over $40 for 2 burgers, share a fry and a drink. The people working forgot one of the patties on my burger. Even though everything was just cooked, the fries were completely soggy appearing to be cooked in old, cooler oil. For fast casual, definitely better options out there. With this particular experience, Burger King would of been better.

JJ L: This specific Five guys location needs to work on their operations. I made a web order for my family dinner. I arrived at the time they said the order would be ready. I responded appropriately when asked if I arrived. I walked up to the pick up area they they didn't have my order. Actually, they completely missed my online order and started working on it as soon as I asked for it. I waited patiently for the order. I received my order in about 15 min. I got home and opened up my bag and they left out 2 burgers. I had to go back and pick up my burgers which they stated was still there in a separate bag. Understand that this was our dinner and the inconvenience of having drive 15 min each way to pick up the 2 burgers was a real pain, but I still needed to get dinner so I called explained the situation. They said to come back for the burgers and a refund. When I arrived they said they threw away the burgers. Unbelievable and completely unprofessional. I would give them 1 star but gave another for the refund of 2 burgers.

J L: They can never get it eight. Always disappointed. Gave them a second chance today and it was just as bad. Took a star away from overall including each category. Yall were not even busy. No cars in line and you still can't pay attention to what the customer is ordering even though it's on the receipt the way it should be. My extras were not on my food, I'm missing a taco, and you gave me hot sauce instead of mild sauce. Shoot. For $15 an hour, I'm going to apply too so I can catch up on my Netflix shows!

Tom: It’s a shame when the lazy workers of a restaurant run the show due to clueless and careless management. Seems to be happening everywhere. Lazy workers here don’t want to work, so they shut down the lobby and will only serve drive thru customers.If they’re feeling extra lazy, they shut down the entire restaurant way too early and sit outside and smoke. What an absolutely pathetic operation. Don’t go here unless you enjoy waiting in a drivethru line a mile long.

I went in late night around 1am after I got off work, small line, My order was taken quickly and appeared on screen correct. 2 fresco tacos and a nacho supreme. No fresco on tacos..just lettuce and meat.. one taco was so poorly wrapped they dropped it in the bag and everything came out and into the bag. Nacho's no tomatoe again either.. WIndow service was half hatched a guy told me the total and I started handing cash and he walked away..another guy came to the window and said heres your food, we are not doing cash only card. You made the food without telling me that first? so sad. I will go out of my to find another location. Dont bother responding, just fix it for the others that come here.

Rodney Johnson: I went to this location and noticed this guy come in and just a grab a bag of food that was one of several, sitting in the online pickup shelf. He just looked around and then grabbed the bag and left while I was waiting on my order. When I told the manager about what happened he said that he just works there and it's none of his business. To me, this is poor managment skills and needs to be addressed! I called corporate and was told that they would look into it. I understand that good help is hard to find these days because of low wages but it also leads to negative reviews and complaints. Hopefully this location will be able to fix this problem.

My order was sloppily thrown together and not the size I ordered, even though I paid for a large size meal. My side was only 1/2 filled. I hadn’t noticed because the kids inside seemed so flustered. My experience was stressful. This isn’t the first time. Won’t be going back for this over priced steak and shake knock off.

Samantha Schabel: This is the closet McDonald’s to me so I only come here for convenience. Every single order I place, I get home and see that it’s wrong. My go-to order is a #7 (two cheeseburgers and a fry) with no onions and pickles. They either don’t mark that it’s no onions and pickles, or they do mark it but add them anyways.The first couple of times it happened I just assumed it was because they were busy (sat in the drive-thru for 15 minutes), but today I was in the drive-thru with one other person. The person taking my order put no onions and pickles on the screen, verbally confirmed that I wanted both burgers with no onions and pickles, and yet I get home with two cheeseburgers that both have onions and pickles.I’m not one to complain about mundane things like this but holy cow this McDonald’s needs to get it together.

Becky Vollink: I waited in this drive-thru tonight (Saturday, May 6, 2023 for an hour. AN HOUR. The ONLY reason I stayed in line that long is because I was stuck there. There were 2 lanes open and both lanes were backed up all the way to the road. The lane that is closest to the building is awful. Once you're in it, you are stuck there.Now I realize that Saturday's are going to be busier than weeknights, BUT that was just ridiculous.
