Donald Leiffer: I never like to give bad reviews, but in this case I’ll make an exception. The lady working the drive through window was the most rude and disrespectful person I’ve ever had encountered in customer service. Not only did she not want to correct the order after giving us the wrong food and missing items, when i asked for a receipt I was told no she will not provide it. I sat in the drive through window for 27 minutes as the restaurant dining area was closed. I asked to speak to a manager and got the window slammed shut. The food was not even close to fresh and was cold by the time I received it. I don’t rget fast food often but I will never go to this location again. Horrible experience. If the manager sees this the date was Sunday April 23 at around 1-130 pm.

Sherica Sutton: Love this location. Had a horrible experience last week at the alpine location so was reluctant to come here. Glad I did. The red head working the front counter was wonderful. Every time I come in she is wonderful. Friendly, energetic seems actually happy to be there. She is made for customer service. Very good at her job. If she's not the manager she should be. Give her a raise.
Danny L: I've been going to this Wendy's for a few months and the staff has always done my order right but my last visit was a negative experience. I attempted to dine-in but the doors were locked at 7:00 pm Tuesday night and there might have been 20 or so patrons already inside dining. I started tapping on the window and got some strange looks from the customers inside but no one opened the doors, including the staff. So I called Wendy's on the phone but got disconnected after 30 seconds. I tried a few more times and get the same result. I finally get in the drive thru line and wait until I get to the area where you order. I asked them why their doors are locked and they say the are understaff. Makes sense, so I suggested they put a sign on the door and get silence....then I asked for their chili special and they said we don't do that anymore. Suggestion: Put a sign on the window when your dine-in is closed during business hours. And some soft skill training would go a long way too. Good luck.

Asked for straws and rec'd 1 and no frosty spoon. No dipping sauce for nuggets. To top it off the price tag for this lousy meal and experience was a ridiculous $19.61! I do not recommend visiting this store!

Simple things that are done with every customers order should more than likely contain sauces and a straw and they can’t even seem to figure out to not forget those things.

Phil Andrews: They left me standing at the counter. When they finally talked to me they said if you're ordering go over to the kiosk and order. I said no thank you and left. I'm not going to learn how to use their text screen for a Frosty They didn't care. If you actually want customer service don't go here or use the drive-thru. I won't be going in again.
Seula Daily: This is a fancy one with kiosks and new facilities. We accidentally ordered spicy chicken nuggets for our 20-month old, but when we realized it one of the workers gave us the regular ones at no charge. Friendly and good customer service, and food was good as well! If it wasn't our road trip stop, this would have been our go-to branch. I recommend it!

Derek Mixon: I want to preface this by stating that the employees were treated harshly by the previous 2 vehicles in line. However this was not a great experience. When handed my order I asked if that was everything before I left. The woman told me that it was my full order before I left. After I got back and opened the bags I found that I did not get any straws, utensils, dipping sauces, or sour cream on the potato. This was a highly disappointing experience.

Brittany: Ordered two salads (combos) and from the looks of it they split one salad into two. I’m shocked that for almost $9 you all gave us side salads. Never have I ever received such a sad salad from any other Wendy’s. If I didn’t live across town in the opposite direction I would’ve brought them right back for a refund considering we spent a total of $27 for two salad combos and could only consume the fries and drinks. Clearly the quality is extremely lacking at this location and I refuse to return even if in the area and it’s the most convenient.

Josh Hall: I love to eat here, but the website and app definitely need to be addressed! When browsing the menu, everything is shows a FAR lower price than it actually is. The items increase significantly as soon as you add them to your bag. The Junior Bacon Cheeseburger for instance shows $1.59, but as soon as you add it to your bag, it goes up to $2.89! That's not what I would call a small discrepancy. That's almost a bait and switch type of situation! I'm sure that's not the intent, but it's broken and needs to be fixed.
