Lilia B: This place is unreliable and makes up their own rules it seems. They said tonight that they are only doing DoorDash. They should have a sign up stating that they are only doing door dash. I've had many good experiences here, but this is the second time they are only doing DoorDash. Maybe they're just short staffed, but something needs to be done in my opinion. Management seems to be lacking and when I looked in briefly as I drove past because I couldn't order, I only saw one worker. If you only have one or two workers, shame on you for making your employees work when they're short staffed. Working while short staffed causes problems for both the employees and also the customers. Do better management.

J L: They can never get it eight. Always disappointed. Gave them a second chance today and it was just as bad. Took a star away from overall including each category. Yall were not even busy. No cars in line and you still can't pay attention to what the customer is ordering even though it's on the receipt the way it should be. My extras were not on my food, I'm missing a taco, and you gave me hot sauce instead of mild sauce. Shoot. For $15 an hour, I'm going to apply too so I can catch up on my Netflix shows!

Lazy workers here don’t want to work, so they shut down the lobby and will only serve drive thru customers.If they’re feeling extra lazy, they shut down the entire restaurant way too early and sit outside and smoke. What an absolutely pathetic operation. Don’t go here unless you enjoy waiting in a drivethru line a mile long.

Earl Lemrick: Just dont go, your gonna find something wrong or the lack of decency. I went in late night around 1am after I got off work, small line, My order was taken quickly and appeared on screen correct. 2 fresco tacos and a nacho supreme. No fresco on tacos..just lettuce and meat.. one taco was so poorly wrapped they dropped it in the bag and everything came out and into the bag. Nacho's no tomatoe again either.. WIndow service was half hatched a guy told me the total and I started handing cash and he walked away..another guy came to the window and said heres your food, we are not doing cash only card. You made the food without telling me that first? so sad. I will go out of my to find another location. Dont bother responding, just fix it for the others that come here.

Rodney Johnson: I went to this location and noticed this guy come in and just a grab a bag of food that was one of several, sitting in the online pickup shelf. He just looked around and then grabbed the bag and left while I was waiting on my order. When I told the manager about what happened he said that he just works there and it's none of his business. To me, this is poor managment skills and needs to be addressed! I called corporate and was told that they would look into it. Haliegh: This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to in a long time, will not be back. I already ordered breakfast on the app at 10:30 and then got told to cancel it because they would not do breakfast even though it was well before 11. Then I went through and ordered lunch. I ordered two nacho fries. They came half full and unseasoned, I’ve never received nacho fries from Taco Bell with no seasoning on them. I should have been told there was no seasoning for the fries when I ordered them, not after I come back with the problem and told there is no resolution.

I won't bother coming back to this location, lots of places to be able to order food from!

Another employee refused to take an order at the counter, saying that they were understaffed and to use the kiosk. I counted at least five employees. When I finally got my food an item was missing.

I went after work, was the only person in the drive through, and was told that due to short staff they were only taking mobile and delivery orders. Nobody else came through that drive through in the 3 or so minutes it took me to pull out and be on my way.I think these places have lost touch with the fact that they get money if they do what works for the customer, not make the customer do what works for them. Destiny Lazzari-Morgan: Ordered through the app, which has been giving us issues with substitutions. We originally ordered for grab and go but the lobby was closed for unexplained reasons so we had to go through the drive thru. I ordered my typical families order of 2 build your own boxes and a veggie burrito for my daughter. One of these build your own boxes was a chalupa, a beefy 5 layer burrito, fiesta potatoes and a drink. This box is in my favorites and I order it every time. The beef in both the chalupa and beefy 5 layer are substituted for chicken, I cannot eat taco bell beef. It's been this way in my favorites since I downloaded the app months ago. The past 3 times I've ordered, the app changes these substitutions back to beef, even when I've double checked my checkout order. This time, it allowed the chalupa to be substituted for chicken, but changed the beefy 5 layer back to beef. When trying to explain the situation to who I would assume to be the manager, we showed her my favorites box that I clicked, explained that I had double checked to make sure everything was substituted in my cart since we had been having this issue with the app, and that every time we checkout, it changes items that have been substituted. This manager accused us of lying and that we had just created the favorites box and refused to even listen to the issue because it "wasn't what was on her screen". We were also missing our fiesta potatoes and they refused a remake of our incorrect item. We received our potatoes after this rude encounter. I've contacted Taco Bell, but customer service for the app is non existent. Our order was number 904855 made on May 26th 2023 at 7:21pm. The employee who originally took our order was very nice though and gave us a water when we asked since the app no longer allows you to order a cup of water.

Jim Laarman: I ordered online from here today. Went and picked up my food. Was ready when I showed up there. Got back to work, no nachos that were supposed to be in there. Figured eh!! Still have plenty other delicious items to cure my aching hunger. Reached for that delicious beefy 5 layer burrito only to realize it was a beefy 6 layer burrito, 6th layer being made of hair from an employee that had sabotaged my burrito. After tugging for what seemed like miles I gave up, my stomach turned from the thought of some of this rolling in my intestines. I lost my lunch, literally. Made me sick instantly. I didn't call, whats the sense, things like this unfortunately happen. Long story short, they forgot my nachos, hence the bad review.

A “The Administrator” H: This taco bell isn't that much different than any other taco bell. Customer service is average. The inside of this taco bell is a little nicer than most. The food here is no better or worse than your average taco bell. Taco bell is great for vegan and vegetarian fast good options. I definitely recommend for that. It's also still the cheapest fast food you can get!Vegetarian options: You can make anything vegetarian here. Just substitute meat for potatoes. You can make a lot of things vegan as well if you additionally ask for no cheese or sour cream.
