Samantha Schabel: This is the closet McDonald’s to me so I only come here for convenience. Every single order I place, I get home and see that it’s wrong. My go-to order is a #7 (two cheeseburgers and a fry) with no onions and pickles. They either don’t mark that it’s no onions and pickles, or they do mark it but add them anyways.The first couple of times it happened I just assumed it was because they were busy (sat in the drive-thru for 15 minutes), but today I was in the drive-thru with one other person. The person taking my order put no onions and pickles on the screen, verbally confirmed that I wanted both burgers with no onions and pickles, and yet I get home with two cheeseburgers that both have onions and pickles.I’m not one to complain about mundane things like this but holy cow this McDonald’s needs to get it together.

She left and came back and told me they didn't have my order...was she visually challenged in not being able to read my order screen? In the end they found the order and got me going. Takes a while to get to the next window. Sat at that window for a while. Finally get the fries 🍟 they are hard, dry, and old. In total I was in line at least 20 minutes, but they have a driveway line in a way that prevents you from leaving. I tried to eat the fries I waited so long for, but I couldn't, because they made my stomach hurt, and they were gross.Avoid this one. So not worth it.

Erik Nylen: It's Mc Donald's.. It's dulled out regular outdated fast food rushed out the door. It's not that anything went wrong to get a 1 star other then my experience. Smiling faces at the counter, an understanding employee, quick with the food and affordable I sit down and eat and it feels off and unwelcoming, the food feels terrible as I hold the awkward size burger in my hands and I decide not to finish my food and throw it away. Pop Top: The girl at the P/U window is always spot on, everything is in the bag that is supposed to be and she tells you, sauce is in the bag, straw is in the bag, and she actually gives you napkins unlike so many other locations. The problem is with the two driveup speaker lanes, they just can't figure out how to alternate orders. Often times 2 orders are taken at one speaker before anybody ever asks for your order at the other speaker.

They gave us a half full order of fries that they were too busy dealing with a disgruntled employee to fix.They ended up calling the police on the employee who kept asking for her check and not receiving it. And the police came and got her check from the manager who refused to give it to the employee when she asked repeatedly before the police were called, and the disgruntled employee took her check and left as promised.Why did the manager not just give her the check? I saw no reason the police needed to waste their time on this when she was there at the appropriate time on the appropriate day to get her check.Anyway, it could have been a better experience all the way around. But the frappe was wonderful as usual!

Ann Biafore: The last 3 times I have been to this location they did not have the "mix" for shakes or ice cream. The very LAST time I went here, they completely messed up our order leaving out items. After we paid at window #1 and drove up to window #2 they said we didn't order the missing items even though they were part of a meal deal package - 2 med. cokes and a med. fry. There was no receipt to double check the order and we ended up driving away so ridiculously mad it didn't make sense to sit there and argue any more with the clerk who obviously wasn't going to give us a refund or the items we orders. I will not return to this location.
Starr Lester: One of the slowest McDonald’s in Grand Rapids. Currently in drive-thru line writing this review. The line is wrapped around the building. It seems like this location has operational and staffing issues for this line to be ridiculously slow. Callista: The girl at the window shoved the drink carrier in the window and because the cup lids were ALL FULL of liquid drinks spilled all over my husband and his car door. She shut the window and walked away. She then handed us our food in the same manner and got annoyed. When we asked her for napkins, she walked away from the window until we drove off. I went today and got the rest of my order, which was also very fresh. I'm pretty impressed, I've worked a lot of QSRs and this one is efficient, had great customer service, and the best part was definitely the food, I haven't had fries this good in a while, you can tell they actually maintenance their fryers.
