Christina King: I will not be coming back to this place. I bought a car from them about 7 months ago. They told me that everything checked out and the mechanics gave the okay to sell it. Well I was told nothing was wrong with the car at all. Took it to the shop today and I was told I have 5000 dollars worth of stuff that needed to be fixed on it in which 2500 of it is my whole frame of my car that is rotted out. How is it that if it passed the inspection to be put up for sale but my whole frame is rotted out and I’ve only had the car not even 7 months yet. Something needs to be done but nobody will do anything for me at all. They are trying to say I bought the car as is but I had a warranty on the vehicle so how did I buy the car as is and then if I’m making payments on the car it’s not buying the car as is period. I contacted the warranty place and they said that they do not cover anything that is rusted or rotted but the main thing rotted is my sub frame and that’s the main part of the car to keep it together. I need a whole new car now

Alex Anguiano: I thought this was a nice place to get a car, I purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee last month, ever since then I’ve had nothing but problems with it, the car was cleared of codes the first day I bought it, 2 days after the purchase, engine light came on, tire pressure came in blinking, my car starting shaking very roughly and the electric throttle control light came on and stopped the car while accelerating…On top of that they give you a no warranty for 30 after purchasing the vehicle for i don’t know what reason if every dealership gives you the first 30 days to bring back the car if anything happens to it. They said that whatever happens to the car before 30 days then it’s on me to pay for repairs, and I’m not gonna let my car sit here any longer and let more parts of it go to waste. Service was nice and all but I’d rather them be more honest professionals, this is my only car and now I can’t even drive it without it stopping me in the middle of the road

After spending two nights and a tank of gas going there they put me in a vehicle to test drive and my mechanic found that the vehicle was already falling apart and needed work. The car was purchased on a Friday and I chose an interior protection package that needed to be applied and it was ready the next morning. I had also chosen another package that required and install. The car was dropped off first thing in the morning, my girlfriend was brought to work, and Joel dropped the car back off to her at her work. Jay McGee: So in November of 2021 I started looking for a car to purchase and I had a few on my list. One of which was a 2016 Chevy Malibu. I contacted Berger in regards to a car that they had in stock via email, and received a reply very quickly saying that they had two in stock and one that was being shipped to the dealership very soon. Each of the cars were supposed to be a midnight blue color, and I was excited. I tried to set up a time to do a test drive and was paired with a rep named Martin Rudolph. Martin told me that the other two Malibu's weren't ready despite the previous rep telling me they were and that I could test drive them. And he repeatedly came up with excuses. Now my full first name is of a particular background from Africa, and at a certain point I had to ask myself if it was due to that despite the Martin guy never having meet me. The only other possible issue it could have been was the fact that I was pre-approved for a loan through a company he didn't want to use. In either case the experience was horrible, a repeated waste of my time as I tried to work this out with the guy for weeks. And to this day it still leaves me sour.In the end I went to Harvey Automotive and found the car that I wanted. The dealers at Harvey were very happy to work with me. I got a Hyundai Sonata for the same price with under half the mileage that was on the Malibu. Great team over there and Joel Ezinga was awesome to work with. They made everything so easy. I got my vehicle with in a day or two of contacting them. It was a light and day difference and probably one of the best car buying experiences that I have had.

I got a call an hour later, approved at a great rate and they found 5 different trucks for me to look at. I picked one, they weren’t happy with the tires as it was a 2016 but still low miles so they called and explained the situation. I was waiting for them to tell me I needed to buy new tires, instead they told me they ordered a new set at no extra charge. It went through a complete inspection, they detailed it and I am extremely happy with my new truck. I call it Babe the Blue Ox ala Paul Bunyan. It’s big, bad and a rockin’ blue! A great experience start to finish from Harvey Automotive!

Upon arrival found the vehicle to have significant rust on all 4 doors so bad that you could stick your whole hand through the holes. They had spray painted it with black Matte spray paint to cover it up. Also had a rather large oil leak. They were asking for well above kbb’s price for it and seemed surprised when I said I was no longer interested in the vehicle. Definitely not a place to go to.

I was a young single mom who put myself into debt to buy the truck of my dreams at the time. It was green and I was in love. I was nervous to say the least but I remember John telling me he was a good Christian man, he told me about the church he went to. The day I drove my truck home the transmission and heater core went out before I even made it home. I called him up and he said sorry no warranty. He wouldn't take it back nor would he pay for any of the repairs it needed. That truck put me into so much more debt because I had to trade it in for another truck. What should have been a exciting experience turned into one of my biggest mistakes financially. For a person to use religion to take advantage of a young woman is despicable. It was wrong then and it's still wrong 17 years later.
