Very lazy field staff. Not very smart. I've witnessed them talking about black people . They don't like you . if you're not white.
Justice Harper: A white Chevy Tahoe the the Rockford Construction log on the door was picking up his family curb side. He was yelling at the staff that work on the curband yelling at other guests. Very aggressive behavior that reflects badly on the company. Here is a picture of the vehicle license plate.
Juanita Andres: Critical:Quality,ResponsivenessConstantly calling back and forth leaving voicemail and having to repeat myself over and over again just so they can come fix my back door and sink saying they will have someone within a week. I called last Thursday and most the times they make 50/50 efforts in fixing anything. 🙃

Joe Vitale: While I Appreciate the Continued Apologies from The Site Manager for the lack of communication, follow through and consistent issues created on the construction site around our home,I do not appreciate:Glaring Lights in our yard from the worksite after hours.Cutting Down Trees around our home that were committed to stay and shield the lot from the new 4 Story Buildings going into our historic neighborhood.Spreading dirt all over the areas that were marked to be undisturbed and creating water shed onto our property.Grass as high as my waist around our home on the other side of their construction fence.Blocking our driveway with delivery vehicles, piles of sand, trucks, etc.Closing off the street with no notice to owners.Its very convenient to blame it on the developer, but where is Rockford's responsibility as the construction firm? Is it because they are not a local outfit to Lansing? Do they feel the neighborhood surrounding has no importance/relevance to their project?If you are a developer who has any concern for the community surrounding your development, I would think very hard before hiring this firm.
Dave Sny: Absolutely the worst. The never keep their word, and don't warranty anything. My parking lot is falling apart, the septic was installed wrong. Can't even get them to return a phone call. Absolutely pathetic company.

Blake Maczinski: Another large company that puts zero interest in their lower rent areas. Renovated old houses with horrible fix ups and very irresponsible parking for some rentals featuring "park at your own risk" in your very own driveway at the place you pay to live at.

lisa Crawford: No experience on their workmanship but Ram is doing a driveway in our neighborhood this week. I was in our front yard with dog and kids and one of their trucks with a trailer took the corner fast and went barreling down our street. I walked down and confronted the owner. He was less than apologetic. Saying he thought the speed limit was 35mph and that his truck is loud and sounds like it’s going faster. It’s a shame because our entire neighborhood needs new aprons due to some utility work and I had planned on asking for a quote.

Tiff CMar: Everything seems Great from the outside looking in! However, some of these foremans aren't giving their crews any type of breaks on these wicked hot days!! I understand Michigan federal law doesn't require employers to give breaks, but if you've got 20 guys per crew, working outside in the heat and sun ALL DAY, don't you think they need some type of hydration/cool down!? Not Impressed!!!!
