Emily St Clare: Pretty average, the soup didn't taste any better than what comes out of the Whole Foods deli and was a lot more expensive. The tables were in need of cleaning and there were no cleaning supplies or staff to be found. Staff seemed to find even mundane requests to be an imposition.

JACOB HALAAS: Not only was I ignored when being the only person in the store, but as well given a disgustingly raw piece of chicken on my Cesar salad. Extremely poor customer service as well as quality of food, not only should you expect to be ignored but make sure to check your food before leaving. Susan Rogers: Visiting from out of town and found this gem. The Blue Bonnet salad and Curry Beef and Mushroom soup were the best soup and salad I've had in a long time. If we were local this would definitely become a favorite lunch spot!

Joel Ickes: I tried reaching out to management about a $60+ order for my office in which three of five meals were prepared incorrectly, including paying for upgrades (larger portions that cost extra). Typically, I give managers 72 hours to respond and correct the mistake before going on Google Reviews to post a negative review, as I understand the impact that these reviews can have when there are opportunities to reach a resolution. I have given them 10 days to respond. We are looking for a partial refund to our order for the three that were prepared incorrectly and then I'll gladly take down the review. We will not be returning to Zoup.

David Uitdeflesch: It has been a long time since we have been to Zoup but we were in the mood for soup so we stopped in. In spite of being short staffed the service was quite good and we got our order quite quickly. They were planning to close early that night due to staffing issues but we were greeted and cared for during our visit. The samples helped us decide and we both enjoyed our selections.

Kathi Margo: Don’t use the Zoup app to order delivery. I did, and got the wrong order. Zoup said they couldn’t do anything because their system sends it to a delivery system, in my case DoorDash. So I had to go get my order myself and didn’t get a refund of the delivery fee or tip because they said I had to get it from DoorDash. However there is no way to do that when you don’t use the DoorDash app to order. I won’t use the Zoup app again, nor will I ever use DoorDash. Food was good but customer service was awful.

Deidre Jourden: I ordered a cup of chicken pot pie soup & a full chicken toscana sandwich.The pie crust in the soup was stale. I thought the soup was just extremely watery (it’s supposed to be creamy), it turns out it was mixed with the clam chowder soup. I tasted bits of clam and it had a weird smell.That is a health violation.There wasn’t any sauce on my chicken toscana and it was cold.I ate most of the sandwich because I needed something in between my jobs.I usually get this combo every time I choose to eat at Zoup.Also, while I was waiting for my order, there were people who were waiting to be serviced being ignored.If I had to eat at this place again, I would choose the medical mile location. I always recommend this place to people, but seems their staff aren’t being properly trained. I will stick with a McChicken in the future.
Marc l: The absolute best place to get soup, the thing that is nice about this place is it's good comfort food, or good for when your not feeling the best, and you can just get take out and it's not like with most places where the food isn't as good when you get home. Zoup taste just as good reheated and most the time it is still plenty warm by the time you get home. The lobster bisque and the chicken dumplings are my 2 favorite. They also have a chicken pot pie one where they put pie crumbles on top and it is literally the best thing I've ever had. The bread here is awesome too. Definitely recommend 10/10

Portion sizes are much smaller, food doesn't seem to be made to order anymore, and preparation isn't the greatest. Aubree Mosby: Ordered curbside pickup, food was ready around 7:10ish. Drove across town to pick up , arrived around 8. Pulled up to the curbside spot and indicated I had arrived. Sat for some time, all the while watching through the window staff just hanging around, knowing full well there’s a car parked in the pickup spot.Finally had to get out and go in. Asked about my curbside pickup order, the guy picks one of the 2 bags up that was sitting right on top of the counter and hands it to me….Not pleased at all with the poor customer service. Will not be back.
Sheri Pineault: The staff here is always so friendly and efficient. However, the food has slowly declined over the years. I ordered the penne Rosa, the same meal I’ve been getting for 10+ years. The sauce was basically non-existent and extremely watery. I got the Parmesan crusted chicken as well, which was good…this time. I paid over $15 for basically a bowl full of bland noodles. Very disappointing.

I had the Japanese Pan Noodles and my son had the Alfredo with chicken for his second dish. Both were great. We will definitely be back.
