Dunham's Sports: what do users think?
Rene Torres: Ok
Amy Gross: So I found what I wanted on their website and it said it was in stock. Unfortunately it was available "in store only" but when I got to the store they didn't have it at all. I hate their website! It is so inaccurate.
Skip Spencer: Clearance racks posted all items $14.95 or less. Not the case, as MOST items were priced above $15. Bought it to the attention of an employee, but just got some lame excuse about to many clothes, blah, blah, blah.
Michele Redden: Was not at all happy, I do see why the mall is practically empty when you enter a store and you're followed from rack to rack. Is this your stores policy for everyone or just people of color.
Jim Burns: I love this place, great employees, helpful, knowledgeable, well stocked store. I thought cabelas was good, I was mistaken. Cabelas is broken in the technology area, web site, app, in store tech and you get to wait alot there. Dunhams is quick and a pleasure to do business with.
Kevin Bradley: Nice store with decent selection. However, did not appreciate the rude security guard or employee in the store (not exactly sure what his role is) who came and stood in the aisle while I attempted to try on jackets. When asking him if he knew the location of a mirror, he seemed to get even more agitated with me. I would encourage Dunhams management to foster a more inviting environment for customers. Understand that theft is a major issue but not all of us are looking to steal merchandise. I actually ended up purchasing the jacket. However, I likely will not return.
Isaac Covarrubias: The place to go for anything sports related
Jay: Went there the other morning and I will NEVER go there again. A bald guy with piercings was so rude to me it was unbelievable!!! Not the kind of employees you should hire
Fertile Ground: Always helpful. Best ammo prices
Sonny Davis: Was looking for hockey ice skates, they only had like 5 pairs total in stock & not 5 different models I mean 1 model 5 diff sizes none of which where my size, I mean it's winter so you would think they would stock up to sell a winter product, disappointed usually Dunham's is great for any sports equipment need, this first time they didn't have something I need.
Josh J: Had an excellent experience with Tad. He was very informative and gave great suggestions regarding firearms and ammunition. Also mentioned price match on firearms if you find it cheaper somewhere else! A+ service
Anthony Hill: Always friendly and helpful they acknowledge you when you walk in the guys at the gun counter are always helpful.
teresa box: Never been in this place until my grandson was out shopping for stuff for family and friends good shopping here
Rosemary Szarowicz: The staff just points to where stuff is instead of taking you there.
Kenneth Lampart: Nice selection. Employees very helpful.
Chris Robinson: The bathrooms have been closed for over 2 years! No a place for shopping for a long period of time!
Gerardo Vargas Lopez: Es bueno y tiene gran variedad de artículos, pero para mí gusto los precios están un poco más elevados a comparación de tiendas en la misma zona...
andrea tremore: Kayak attack successfully handled! Great selection and price.
Jonny D: The best! Immediate, knowledgeable assistance.
PNCSW Mac: Didn't find what I was looking for.
Mike Hite: This store has some great deals on fishing equipment. A guy named "Mark" offered a suggestion that I purchase a particular rod & reel combo for $20.00 bucks and it turned out to be this really sick Diawa that would probably retail in the range of $75.00-$100.00 anywhere else. Good deal, definitely. Thanks Mark!

DICK'S Sporting Goods: what do users think?
Julia Byers: Needless to say, it got busy fast, but Jake was patient and helped us and everyone else find shoes.
Ernes Kopic: Staff can't be bothered to do their job properly ... if you have time and money go somewhere else otherwise you'll waste both here.
Adam: No prices on alot of stuff
PapaBear Joe: Adam was lit af. Def need to see him again
Ali Smith: Please put prices on things. I would have spent a few hundred bucks had I known what actual pricing was. Spent that money elsewhere.
Isaac Covarrubias: As soon as I walked in they ask me what I was after and they got it for me, I was in and out in under 10 minutes
Brick & Porter: Went in for a new pair of running shoes & have never been taken better care of. Joe was the best. He brought me like 8 different pairs, set me up on a treadmill to let me try them, and was incredibly friendly & low pressure. Kinda wish I’d asked if he wanted to be friends
Patricia C “Trish” Volkhardt: So helpful! Best staff ever, and sweet Dr. Martens too!
Robert Chapin: 👍
Brian Crawford: The weekday crowd is little. I was there for: trail run shoes, yeti, treadmill. They have a great selection of shoes. Help you fit them and see your best size. The yeti I was after... They have them all... But... The treadmills... They have a lot of rich people treadmills... But I just started running. 200 miles. Anyways... They only had one I would buy. But at 700 bucks and 2.5 hp engine it was a deal. Did not look at clothes. The whole middle of store is jam packed with clothes.
Danielle: Very frustrating experience. Had an online order it pick up… drove from out of town to get it after they confirmed that it was on the shelf still waiting for us. Got there… it’s gone. Nothing was refunded as promised. Basically, lost $25 and driving time/gas money for absolutely nothing. They’re totally disorganized and promises not kept.
Betsy McKinney: They honored a best price guarantee, then forgot to take the ink tag off. Gave me a gift card for my inconvenience in having to return to the store...then they applied the gift card to my purchase. Great customer service!!!
Micaela Ontiveros: I placed an online order and received an email stating the shoes were no longer in stock. I called the Grand Rapids location to double check and I received confirmation that the shoes were in stock. Along with confirming they were in stock, the associate confirmed the size, color, and overall design of the shoes and stated he brought them up to the front desk and Customer Service would be able to assist. Given that I do not live in the area I wanted to double check prior to making the drive and I was given confirmation all would be good to go.Upon arriving to the store the associates that helped stated the shoes were not in stock and I would have to connect with customer service if I would like a refund.I do not need a refund however I’m annoyed that I asked to confirm the shoes were in stock so I did not waste time driving, and that’s exactly what happened. I understand errors happen but do not tell me that you have the shoes in hand and you’re taking them to customer service for when I arrive and then tell me they’re not in stock.
Matt Fisher: Literally every employee asked if they could help me as I worked my way around the store, appreciated
Anthony Lupi: Amari in the shoe department helped fit my foot for a size 10 on a pair of Nike shoes. They didn’t have the color I wanted so we ordered it online in store and it will be delivered to my house. Thank you Amari!
Jim McCann (Jimb0): Got lots of great sports equipment little on the expensive side.
Justin Franks: Great service
Jeannie Lee: Got what I needed quick and easy. Items were in stick as shown they would be online. They even loaded my heavy items into truck for me.
Lance: A little pricey but very clean and organized.
bugboy487: Great service i was helped by 3 different people all were nice. The selection was quite large and diverse.
lewis kline: Good selection. Big store. Good youth hockey selection. Little difficult to find store as it's tucked back from main road but worth it.

Gazelle Sports Grand Rapids: what do users think?
Kathy Hansford: Salesman was very helpful finding the right shoes for my problem feet. Courtesy.
Victor Porraz: Knowledgeable and friendly staff
Ethan Thompson: No football cleats
Mrs Hawley: Great variety
Abby Ripley: Brett was super helpful to me in picking out my next pair of running shoes!
Brittany Johnson: Our family walked in 20 min prior to closing we were greeted with an open door, the gentleman brought us a nice selection and even went back to hunt down one more pair for us. By far above and beyond.
Robin Berry: Very helpful
Amy Rohrbach: The only place to get running/athletic shoes. Their staff personally assists with choice and evaluating proper fit. I own a gymnastics center and coach kids tons of hours every week and get my New Balance coaching shoes from Gazelle every time👍
Jim Couillard: Pricy, but a great collection of pro style foot apparel
Cory Hodgson: Thierry was extremely helpful and his knowledge of running shoes is vast. Great experience.
Barbara Jacques: All Gazelle locations have super helpful, well trained staff
Tami Miller: Staff was easy to talk to and helpful in accommodating our need for a proper fitting shoe. Not pushy to make the sale.
Daniel Botello: Online order received as ordered and with a quick turnaround time. 👍
Dave Kurt: My new favorite running store. They have an amazing selection of everything you can imagine for running and a phenomenal sale rack.
Taylor Morris: Best customer service I’ve had in a store in years. I just popped in an hour before they close to try on some running shoes. I am getting back into running and was extremely overwhelmed on which shoe to get and brand. Lance and the other customer service guy was so educated on the shoes and patient with me. I will be back!
Kim Smith: Amazing shoe-buying experience! The employees are very well-trained and help you choose the shoes that are right for you. Other stores bring you boxes and you're on your own. Thank you, John, for your help and expertise!
Rebecca Carrier: Great service for those who are seeking information about walking/running and training
Renee Vanheck: The employees were fantastic! Knew exactly what I needed and were quick to help!
Rachel E: Don’t bother going anywhere else for athletic shoes! They’ll get you fitted quickly and have lots of options in all sizes.
V Coleman: I stopped in to speak with their sports medicine team who was holding a free clinic on sports injury. Apparently they do this Injury Wise clinic every Wednesday 5:45 to 6:45p on a first come, first serve basis - - for free! I had Michelle, physical therapist from Mary Free bed and she was amazingly adept at answering my numerous questions regarding the pain I felt during and after the marathon I had recently completed. She had excellent advice and helpful handouts for exercises to try. She didn't try to sell me anything or say I needed an appointment 😸! Thanks so much, Michelle!!
Margie Jaeger: Went there yesterday my husband wanted to try different shoes and I wanted new Hoka shoes. The customer service of this store is amazing! They bring you many different types to try on and have patience while you decide, would definitely come back here when I need new shoes!

Holwerda-Snoap Sporting Goods: what do users think?
Anthony Thomas: I did not have a great experience when trying to buy a fox 40 whistle very rude and unprofessional
Annette Harris: A couple of my husband's trophies got broken and they fixed it good as new. Very reasonable too.
Kevin Syswerda: Loved the personal experience with lots of great ideas. I would highly recommend them!
S-P Townsend: They haven't responded to my request via their website. Now I'm here in person on a Saturday morning and they are closed, despite the hours posted on their door claiming that they are open until 1.
Craig Newhouse: They consistently provide top-notch trophies for our church youth groups' annual pinewood derby car races! Super helpful & friendly staff :)
Kyla Joy: It’s been great working with BJ Holwerda on our printmaking needs over the years. He is great to work with & very professional. We make team shirts every year & design them on our own, then he takes a look & makes a mock-up on his program to see how we like it. We’ve met a few of the staff there & really like them as well. Every one of our projects has turned out great! Very grateful for this local business!
Ron vance: Nice place, helpful people. allways have what I need or will try to get it
Justin VanDenHeuvel: Great company. Why print cheap shirts online when you can get a competitive price in town? Even more important, BJ makes a better product.
Tom And Alisha Bruggema: My school always got our sport shirts from them. They are still in great shape today! I also order all my company shirts from holwerda snoap! Great quality, awesome colors and prices, an amazing staff!
Megan Slagter: Great service, very friendly. Couldn't ask for better service.
Justin Keeley-Jonker: I worked with Holwerda Snoap to make t-shirts for groups and teams all through high school and college, the prices are good, the quality is excellent and the staff is friendly. Couldn't ask for better.

Bill & Paul's Sporthaus: what do users think?
Matthew Sisson: I love this store. Great selection and helpful staff. I recently have an issue the my board in for a tune and management took care of the issue like professionals!
Sarah Couturier: Helpful and friendly staff. Great selection year round.
Andrew Jipping: Great staff and selection!
Remer J: A great place for all your adventure equipment needs! Helpful staff and a friendly environment
H Rhett Pinsky: Hunter was first rate.
Mark Jackson: Great store
Brian S: Quality products, great service.
Wendi Sneden: I purchased over 300.00 worth of rollerblades and asked them to hold it for me. Then I was in and out of the hospital. By the time I was able to pick them up, they had put them back on the shelf. So basically they took the money I paid them.
HC Peter Sexton: Helpful staff good selection good location and ample parking
James White: Knowledgeable friendly staff, great product range and some good deals.
Eli Dewey: My family and I stopped into Bill and Paul's today. Marsh helped us explore canoe options for the family as we are looking to move from our Kayaks into a larger vessel that can accommodate the whole crew. What was originally going to be a quick stop (our first time in the store) turned into an hour conversation with Marsh. He provided us with a wealth of knowledge and personal experiences not only regarding canoes, but several other camping/backpacking tips, tricks, and gear recommendations. We love the store, and Marsh was fantastic. He made us feel at home, which says a lot as we had our overtired 1 year old, and supercharged 3 year old with us. I can tell you, I'll drive right past REI to come see Marsh next time I need hiking shoes, Darn-tough socks, or anything else.
Steve Johnson: They prepped my skis as requested and on time.
John H: Great selection. Helpful staff. We always buy our gear here but have also rented. There was a little snafu with sizing discovered after we rented but they made it right. Again great customer service, great helpful staff, not overpriced.
Jeremy Gurumendi: Great selection, pricing is a bit on the higher side. But, you get what you pay for. Will be going here for any of my mid to higher range winter sport needs.
Nevada Basile: The atmosphere at Bill and Paul's feels like being in a cozy chalet, it's welcoming, nicely layed out and the staff have a great no pressure but available attitude..their selections are on point and prices comparable with other big name outdoor stores..the experience there is what makes be want to go to Bill and Paul's every time instead.
Noah Carson: I had a free tuning here, and they did a great job. They were able to sneak me in before my trip out West and did a great job filling and waxing my skis. I really appreciate it and will be going back again.
Rachel Paris: Wonderful service! Went for skis and boots and had a great experience. JJ is the best, helped me find a great fit for me and also helped me with running insoles. Highly recommend!
Joanna Rose: Nick was the bomb 💣Got the ski boots of my dreams thanks to him. What a nice fella very knowledgeable… which is essential to buying the right gear.I highly suggest a ski boot with an instep buckle to lock heel in for stability and control.
Andy Boddy: Best selection of quality gear. Super knowledgeable staff. Hands down the best outdoor store in West Michigan
Amy T: JJ was very helpful! Great customer service
Amy Cashen: Went for a ski boot fitting, they were super helpful in teaching me how to properly adjust and fit my boots, even though I didn’t buy them there!

Piyush Patel: Great 👍
Brian Hirt: Great selection, and good sales.
Ellie Wierenga: I like this store they have a lot of great women's athletic wear, nice shoes, cute clothes, pretty reasonably priced. They have great fishing and hunting gear.Went in to buy a new winter coat ..found one&I'm happy with the price & winter coat. I would definitely recommend this store for everyone.❤👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Summer Bevan: The asked if I needed help when I got in there. Its clean in there.
Patrick mooney (Pmoon): Ok sports store for usually inexpensive stuff on clearance but what I don't need is a super helpful chatty kid on the checkout line sharing his political meme that he's been sharing with his buddies on Facebook. Just want to check out and leave the store Chad!
Adam Gray: Love to get fishing gear here and also their shoes and boot selection is awesome. They normally have a lot of HeyDudes styles too
John Sredersas: Good deals
Will Katerberg: Better displays. Bright lighting. Full inventory. Lack of informed employees.
Deborah Fawcett: They have great sales surrounding Thanksgiving. They need smaller carts. The aisles are very narrow. It is a very congested setup.
David Lovell: Very helpful with an exchange that was past the 60 day policy. Had original receipt so the let me exchange trail cameras with an upgrade and paid the difference
Iggy P06: My favorite go to place for firearm needs. Prices are reasonable and staff for the most part is knowledgeable.
Justin: Prices are usually a tad higher than other stores, but with coupons it often makes up for it. They usually have very friendly staff and have a lot of other things that even larger stores may not have in stock. Nice little spot that I have shopped at for many years!
Mike Trujillo: Horrible store and service. They have clowns running the store that don't even know gun laws in their own state. Very disappointed because they had a rifle that I wanted to buy, but they are too stupid to make a sale. So their loss. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Kevin Bemman: Here for hunting stuff and they did not disappoint
Jeanne Durnell: I like the location and prices.
Terry Dobbs: Great prices
Bob Bond -00: they did an excellent job helping me find the shoes I wanted ! ---00
Ron Woods: Went looking for a new Driver ( golf club) had a nice selection, found one I liked I hope it works for me lol
Mitch Adam: Nice, clean well stocked Dunham's.😊
Kamden Vanderlaan: Awesome
Lacy Herington: My mother went in to get a hoodie and they had no more stock out she asked if they had anymore and the rude woman that was helping her said we got a large shipment in today but I am not going through them to find the size you need. On that note we will be buying from somwhere else.

Boyne Country Sports: what do users think?
Melissa Powell: Our family loves Boyne Country Sports for all of our ski/snowboard needs. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We were especially impressed with the support we received from Austin and Peter when resolving a payment issue. Their assistance throughout the process exemplified great customer service that is second to none.
Kinga W: Great selection, little slower service with not that many customers. Each customer did require longer help time, so having 2 staff members in the store was just not enough.
Shaun Skibinski: Found biodegradable ski wax and a neat book, "The Man Behind the Maps: Legendary Ski Artist James Niehues." The lady working in the store was quite knowledgeable about skis, too!
Samantha Hope: Simeon and Austin are the absolute best. If you want people that want the best for their customers, are crazy knowledgeable and go the extra mile, then these are your people. We were blown away!
Chris Scholten: Stopped in to the Brenton village Boyne store for the 1st time to shop for a new pair of snowboard boots for my college aged son. I was absolutely blown by how helpful and knowledgeable Nate was. He really knew the product & inventory, and went above & beyond to get my son a good fit My son even remarked on the way out the door "that was the best customer service I've ever experienced".
CJ: Staff was friendly but beware of pricing. I brought in a pair of skis to have bindings mounted and they tried to charge me about $140. Thank God I offered to pay beforehand. I'll be finding another shop.
Bryan Stewart: Awesome store
Jake Brunette: Great customer service, very friendly, informative, and personable. They know there products!
Brad Gramlin: Great brands! Can’t wait to come back and get my winter ski gear next season.
Brian Davis: Came in looking for an odd length screw for binding straps... they did not have what I needed (neither did the other 10 shops I tried) but they looked around their supply for 15 minutes before eventually fabricating something else that could work. Stellar service. Thanks, dudes!!!
Karl Frederlksen: Great store and staff! They helped us find exactly what were looking for.
Katie Doyle: They carry infant Burton & Patagonia gear that’s seriously the cutest sh!t ever! 🧡
Jeremy Rogers: Very helpful and knowledgeable. When I was there it was very busy (start of the season) but Hunter was great and a big help! Thanks
R. B.: I brought two snowboards in for full tuneups for the first time. Never been before and was excited to check this place out! Great price for a full tune up and was told it would only take 5 days to get them back to me. After 9 days of waiting for a call from them, I called the store and asked if they were ready. They said they were and when I picked them up, there was a note on the boards saying they were done 5 days prior. Not sure why I never got a call saying they were done. It was very disappointing. I wish it was communicated when I dropped them off that they would not call when they are ready for pickup. Also when I picked them up, I spent at least 15 minutes wandering the store. It was very hard to be acknowledged by an employee. When I finally was, the guy was very nice and helped put my snowboards into the bags, which is the only good experience I had here. Overall a disappointing experience and will take my snowboards for a tuneup somewhere else in the future.
Travis Kempton: Busy or not busy it is very hard to get help. They should have someone checking people in, or any system at all.
Brenton Reichenbach: I called and asked about the burton boa snowboard boots and was told they only had 1 left in my size I said I was on my way from Kalamazoo and suggested to pay over the phone after looking everywhere I couldn't find them anywhere they seemed too busy to talk and asked for my last name stating that they'd pulled them off the shelf and would be waiting for me when I got there, however, needless to say when I showed up they told me because of the high demand they sold them just minutes prior to me being there! Really snotty staff and shady experience for me would not recommend to anyone!
Jerry Eastman: Wow what a cool store! Really needed this addition to grand rapids!
DR “Reavis Racing” Motorheadz: Went in for boots and was immediately helped! She fitted me quick and I was on my way! Thanks Boyne Country Sports!
Mark Farage: Aidan was great! He was very knowledgeable with getting my kids fitted with JHAF and was very speedy and respectful of our specific requests. Will defiantly be returning!!
Nancy Wanty: I walked in the store for the first time today to check it out , it wasn’t that busy , there were clerks chatting with each other, plenty of time to approach me, I was trying to find some ski socks in XL , a clerk saw me and not once did anyone ever asked me if I needed help, I wandered all around the store and not one clerk even said hello let alone can I help you! Earlier I had gone into Orvis where I was asked several times if I needed help and also was greeted when I entered. I ended up buying several things there and even got my gift wrapped! Customer service is huge, I will never shop Boyle Country again!
Dalton: The guys here are a big help when picking out a new board for the season. Just got a burton setup and they had it for me and out the door in no time🙌

Hussein Jaweed: Scammers! We ordered from the website a mini hoop xtreme and wall pad, the hoop came damaged and they didn’t send a full refund. They took off $67 because of some mistake they or ups made. Although the hoop might be good, they are scammers!
hemisr2nv: Very happy with the product. There are definitely cheaper options out there BUT not sure they are of this quality. If you are looking for an awesome indoor net for your garage or house then you HAVE to consider one of these.
A Essig: Have ordered from these guys several times and I've been impressed with the product quality and the follow-ups! Highly recommended if you're in the market for a fun small/mid-size basketball hoop.

Play It Again Sports: what do users think?
T JB: Over priced, look on marketplace!
bobby wolfe: Great customer service. Super nice owner, and great selection of hockey equipment
Ryleigh Galbreath: Their employees are very nice and helpful. They have a great selection and have great prices. Definitely recommend!!
Tomas Postal: Very great selection of Hockey equipment. Prices are much better than going to a typical hockey store. Skate sharpening was very quick and I love the edge and feel of my skates! Owner and staff are extremely helpful.
Austin Meicher: Had an excellent experience being there the other day! Was able to get a great baseball glove for a great price! The staff are very friendly. Highly recommend this place.
Robert Elmer: They went above and beyond to assist!
Patricia C “Trish” Volkhardt: Every time I go to find a sport equipment piece for ANY sport, I SCORE BIG at a low price, so today it was a pair of BAUR hockey skates and a BAUR helmet yes! SCORE! And the staff is so helpful, the sharpening was only 3dollars...me-1!!! Big box sports store prices -ZIP!!!! 😆
Sage Strehl: Great staff and owner! Prices are very reasonable! Will be back soon!
Cooper Roberts: Great place for buying cheap equipment, awesome customer service.
Mitch Adam: Really liked this store, had a lot of equipment. Bought a bunch of Hockey gear. Chest bad, pants, socks, helmet, shin pads, elbow pads, gloves an tape for $140. kinda cluttered though think they could use a larger location. Still great if your looking for cheap sporting equipment. Would be awesome if they started getting into hunting gear, like camo, archery, tree stands ect. I think it would do really well. Friendly staff as well.
Dan Jones: Great used youth hockey selection
Brian Epperly: Went in for golf clubs and received little to no help finding what I needed. I looked around myself just to find outrageous pricing on everything they offered. Better off shopping on eBay or at golf stores
Monica: Good experience last week when I stopped in with a baseball bat and mentioned I also had a batting tee to sell. Was told to come back with it so I did. Someone else was working and she tried to turn me away without even checking it out. She wasn't making an effort and wasn't even nice about it.She also had to ask me if it was a tee. She didn't know. Then, didn't even look it up in the computer. I had to ask her to do her job.Asked for an extra dollar due to the bad customer sevice but she refused. Rude twenty something with shoulder length brown hair and glasses. She told me she was a manager. I left and won't be back. So tired of rude and lazy customer service. The other guy I talked to last week was great. Still,I can't do business with disrespectful people.
Royalty_Rabbits Fangirl: Have a variety of things to choose from.
Joel Thomas: Great prices on gently used sports equipment and gear. Bought two pairs of roller blades for my children. Highly recommend checking these guys out!
Rose IN USA 16: Thanks for give me discount.
Daniel Williams: Are you kidding me i drive here and they charge full prices for used items. What a waste of time. You are better off going to your local sporting good store.
Kent Spencer: Poor selection, terrible return policy, high prices. Buyer beware. Went to buy a chest pad for lacrosse and they were selling uncertified equipment. Found one with certification that we discovered was broken and missing a piece.
teri hildebrant: found the wrestling head gear in the smaller sizes. yeah. but no wrestling shoes
Karl Cuncannan: Excellent selection on skates and sharpening was only $3, half as much of most places. Service was also great
West Michigan Wild Boys: Great place, prices a little steep but good people
