Jay Jay: Worst place. My wife's assistant ended and she tried to call several times along with text messages. She couldn't get the respect of a phone call back. She inquired on a new assignment and was told Gio would look into one for her there wasn't any. Looking on indeed their are plenty in our area. Seems to me and from thos who we have talked to they don't care about you once your assignments ends.

I had to wait 3 weeks to get paid when a check was taken out of my mailbox. I was also verbally assolted and nothing was done about it. They don't really care about you at all.

Kye Julch: If you’re looking for a job steer clear of this place, horrible communication and they lie about hours and make you wait two weeks thinking you’ll have a full time job only to arrive at your assignment to find out it barely even part time, big thumbs down to HR and “Jacob Schlaud” for gaslighting me. Alex Wood: So my experience started off pretty amazing I was working a contract and my contract was canceled just due to business was slowing down. So they quickly found another position and so far I have been waiting 3+ weeks now for a background check. With no end in sight. My recruiter has been in contact with me and literally the only piece we are waiting for is background check. This seems to be one of the longest Process where there should be a better system put in place, Especially when people want to work but they have to wait weeks on end for a background check that should literally take 5 to 7 business days at most. Now my recruiters have been extremely amazing easy to talk with and have always gotten back to me reasonably fast. I am just disappointed in the background check system or whoever they use for background checks

Everything Luxury LLC: I am also reaching out to let you know that the company Roskam is highly unprofessional and has greatly impacted the way I now view, WSI. I have a very good amount of experience in factory and I can confidently tell you that, that is no way a factory should be ran. I am extremely disappointed in the facility, the way the recruiter described the company, and the fact that this has been going on so long, and you're company is okay with having them as a client. With my time there, I can count the amount of times the supervisor Tessa came onto the floor, on hand. She did not once come and ask how things were going, not once check to see if the lines were running properly, and not once check to see if anyone needed anything. Now, the Line Lead. The Line Lead never actually introduced himself, was super rude, never checked to see if his lines were running okay, never asked how things were going, threw me onto lines I wasn't trained on, threw me onto lines I wasn't trained on, when I told him "I was never trained to do that" he replied "it's not that hard" and did not care, I never even had an actual trainer, even after the supervisor told I should be training around 2 weeks. My first day I was trained for 4 hours, my trainer left and I was on my OWN. So, because this has been going on for so long, their company is completely okay with it, YOUR company is completely okay with it, I just want to let anyone and everyone know how unprofessional my experience was with your company and theirs. Anyone that does not NEED to work through you or at Roskam, needs to stay far away as possible or they will be wasting their time. Not to mention, WSI Sam also only came by once the first day to "check" on me, I told him about not being trained and I actually received less training after that. I hope you guys get the help you need because that was super sad, especially for people that might really need that job.

Jeremy Jenkins: This is the worst job placement company in the city of Grand Rapids. I tried this place last year. Not good at all and this year was even worse. They do not help the employees. They send you to jobs that are not even expecting you. If you are treated unfairly at a job, WSI will not have your back in any shape, form or fashion. Also, the jobs you're sent to will have specific rules WSI has no idea about. The employees must follow or swift termination. Even though noone from WSI told them. The recruiters are trash. They do not call and check on their employees but they do want you to leave a good review so they can get a paid incentive. They're very unprofessional and definitely do not support southern black Americans at the company. I would not advise any black person to go and work for this company. I'm pretty sure alotta people will agree with me on this. I will be posting on Google how many do agree. Thanks for listening to anyone who reads this. Have a great day.

Tim McArdle: These people refused me an assignment because it's a mile away from the bus line after they offered it. They decided that I couldn't make it and rescinded the offer. Johnathon Kasul: Matt McGregor who works for this company is the one I worked with who placed me at their client Intertek that ended up not a good fit as there were work related issues resulting in me providing notice and leaving. Arerotek has not even offered me any other positions and have ghosted me for choosing to end an assignment. Matt will not even respond to my emails or phone calls. That's terrible customer service. Very disrespectful on their end. If they treat me like this they will do that to anyone. Keep this in mind if you are planning on applying to this company. If an assignment ends up not being a good fit for you they will not want to help you in the future and make it look like it was your fault.

This employment agency is very unprofessional, I called 3 times for 3 days before I could get connected to someone about my pay through the branch. Don't let them steal your hours like they did to me.

Lisa Hirt: I received a call from Anthony Smith in early 2019 about finding my resume online and having a potential contract job for me. I work in the tech field and I often get calls like this asking for permission to submit me for something. Most of the time, nothing comes of it. This time though, everything worked out great. He was very helpful through the whole process. I had an in person interview within a couple days and was hired. Anthony continued to reach out to me regularly while I was under contract and was happy for me when the company eventually hired me directly. That would have been the end of it, but then COVID-19 happened and I was laid off. I reached out to Anthony again and he was able to get me an interview that same week with another company that didn't even have the role fully defined yet. The interview went great, but they ultimately decided to first hire someone with managerial experience for the new department. Nothing else has come up yet, but I know Anthony will call if Aerotek is recruiting for a position that I would be qualified for.

Jodi Dyer: I recently worked for aerotek at magna glass, I recently quit the assignment because I didnt like it, that was almost 2 weeks ago and I still have not gotten my paycheck which was supposed to be a paper check because they said your first check is paper and they will mail it to you. Well as of July 31, 2019 I have the email of the pay stub but no damn check. I have called repeatedly and I get the run around also found out my recruiter is no longer with aerotek. Was told they would get back to me yesterday about my check and still nothing and when I call it's an automated voice system that hangs up on you. I do not recommend this agency at all.
George VanderLaan: Shady place, scammy recruiters with only their commission in mind. Like many other reviewers, I dealt with Dylan too. Went in and gave a resume, filled out all the paperwork, was offered a job. I told them I needed two weeks to quit my job and move forward. They made it sound like it was no problem at all, and I asked them to tell me when I was clear to put my two weeks in. I called several times over the next week for a follow up, and these people NEVER answer the phone or return calls. When they called me ONCE, and I didn't answer, I got chewed out for it the next time we spoke.They eventually gave me the go ahead and I put my two weeks in at my job. Two weeks come and go, and when I call them to finalize details, they tell me they "overstaffed" the position and it's no longer available. It's not worth it.All temp places are junk to work for, but if you must, go with a different one. Aerotek is not in the recruiting business. They're in the "shut up and give me your money" business.

I would to say dylan ball one their Recruiters bold face lie to me more then once about getting my very last paycheck and on top of all they guy demanded that i send him a picture of my flate tire because called him and told him i couldnt make the interview cause i hit popped my car tire on a pothole. It took me almost a month to get my last paycheck and They claimed were working on it. I will never ever ever go there for anything again. Beware people.

Jim H: I worked for them for one day. They placed me at a terrible job, where it has been a revolving door for temps. After that one day, I realized this was not the place for me. As its the employers right to fire you at any time, it is also my choice to stay somewhere that I do not enjoy working. Long story short, that was over a month ago, and they still havent paid me my 9 hours of pay. Kind of ridiculous that I might have to contact the labor board and an attorney over 9 hours of pay. Boeroc Ragnos: Pride Staffing what can I say about them except what a breath of fresh air. I got to meet with Erik who took care of everything from the moment I walked in, I gave them a resume and we talked about what kind of work I was looking to get into and why and what other kind of work I might be willing to do if there wasn't any in that field or if that wasn't available. Sitting down and talking with Erik was like having a chit chat with a friend honestly. A little background I've had some bad experiences with staffing agencies where it seems like they're only real goal was the pad their numbers, or to toss people at short-term work, or was nothing but a bait and switch. I feel confident that this is a place that will put you in front of the people but you need to interview with in order to get the kind of job you are looking for especially if you're looking for full-time work. I'm sure they have some part-time or seasonal as well but that's not what I went in for.The only difficulty I had was finding the place since my gps didn't seem to know its side street, so if your looking for the place you can see GoodWill from the road, they are in the connected strip mall.
Johnathon Kasul: I am very displeased with this agency. They offered me a position and then later told me that the company closed the order. I asked what other opportunities are available and I was told they would check on a few things and call me back. They still have yet to call me back after I have left voice messages and sent emails for a response. Ghosting people looking for work is terrible customer service. The personnel responsible are Eric and Lindsey from the Grand Rapids location.
