Nicola Schulten (Impeccable Equerry LLC): I popped into this store to ship a package using my UPS account. I advised them I was going to prepare the label on my phone and email it to them to print. A man who seemed to be the manager showed up and said we charge $5 to print the label. I said "$5 just to print the label?". "Yup, service fee" he replied.No. Absolutely no way. Simply out of principle, and I walked. I am writing this from the car, outside the store.Just because I have an account, it looks like he wants to recoup MY savings for printing a label. Absolutely no way! How can you run a business like this? Customer no service.What a sorry state of a business model.

Mya Fassbender: 50/50 whether you actually get your mail if you have a PO box here. The heartbreaking frustration I go through every month tracking my stuff only for them to lose it is consistently a letdown. But alas I'm used to it and I literally have to have my mail sent somewhere so it's like a never ending cycle of chaos. I'd pay 3 times more to know I'd get my mail every single time I'm supposed too. I think they put it in someone else's box without looking up my name and box number. I truly think they care that little about my federal mail. Brb Crying forever.
Lucy Kirkwood: Every times I tried to drop off an amazon return package without the box, they always tried to make me pay extra for a box ($8 at least per box) in order to finalize the return. This only happened at this specific location, this never happened at other UPS locations (cascade and Grandville). And there is always a long line of customers and only one representative.
Jeremy Sear: Excellent service from the young lady and had Excellent service from the past. I accidentally hung up on her before heading over with questions and she was proactive and had my printed labels ready and shipped my box in a fast time. Would highly recommend this particular ups store.

Kendall Rose: I'm obsessed with this UPS store location. The staff is always above and beyond helpful, efficient, and pleasant. I had a really tedious packing task (bundling over 300 pieces of flatware to return to a rental company in specific quantities, then bubble wrapping it all), and just as I was about to start doing it on a side table, Jacob offered to take care of it the following day and ship out the package in the morning. This location is super business-owner friendly and I have also used them several times for Amazon shipping and returning. Highly recommend using this location if you are looking for customer oriented, friendly service for shipping and post needs!

Rachael Rubio: Drove all the way here, there are 2 employees inside. The lights are on, the sign and website says open until 7pm, I was at the door at 6:54pm and the door is locked and gates pulled down. I knocked on the window and they ignored me.I did this same transaction a few weeks ago and it took the guy 30 seconds. I love to leave great reviews, but this really stinks. Wasted 30 minutes of driving time, & have to come back again.Say you close at 6:45 if that's when you lock the door!!!

Annie lynn-le: I had gone here to print a few ck stubs. The clerk had told me it was a service fee of 3$ for 3 pieces of paper. Any other place is usually cents. I was shocked. I explained I only need 3 sheets, which if they'd helped me I'm sure it could of fit on one. I told the man Martin ? (The name on my receipt as a cashier) that his price must be wrong. He said well it's one to 20 sheets for a flat rate of 3$. I said well you still charge 3$ for one sheet of paper? He said yes. As I was still printing it because I had to have it by yesterday,he walked away and another employee had come over with the paper to ring me up. I didnt catch his name, but I asked why it was a dollar a sheet basically for me ? I said I know it's not free but every other place I've gone is 15 cents usually, like Fed Ex on Alpine Ave, (which I was going to go there first because they have excellent customer service but were closed at 6pm) so he proceeds to tell me well its 3$ I was not only appalled by the price gouge but also he wasnt the friendliest person. With an attitude like that it's no wonder why they dont have a 5 star rating. Since I was hard pressed for it I had to get it or I would of walked out. I paid the man and said your prices are way to high. He didnt seem to care or even make maybe an exception this one time at a cheaper rate. Was just highly disappointed and I will not return to this location. Don't bother to waste your precious time or money here especially for printing a piece of paper. The cost is way to high.

Emma Dawson: I ordered shoes and my jewelry for homecoming and they tried to deliver the package at 1:40 when my family and I was at work and school so no one was able to get it so they brought it back and we tried to pick it up the day of the dance they said we couldn’t until Tuesday. So long story short they ruined my homecoming.

Zachariah Heiss: Package was delivered to my home today. The driver decided instead of backing down my 100 foot driveway that he would just pull forward into my lawn on the left side then back up into the right side of my lawn. There are no blinds spots anywhere near my home to hinder his visibility backing out of the driveway. Customer service stated to me that "there's no guarantee that they won't drive thru your lawn"
MITHILESH KADAM: The people here are polite and helpful at their best. Their was a woman named Crystal and she tried her 100% to find my parcel and that is why I just wanted to appreciate her by reviewing on Google map!

Christi Bourgeau: Yes, there is a blizzard out there, but my mail lady is able to deliver my mail and yet UPS refuses to deliver a much needed medication to my dad with cancer in the hospital 2.7 miles away from the distribution center in Clyde Park. Because of you, now he won’t be able to start on the medication he so desperately needed.
Katie Loew: My account manager got there tonight to drop off an overnight package and was told he was to late. The cut off time was 7:40 PM when the website clearly says 7:45 PM. This was an incredibly important box that needed to ship out. Apparently the lady at the counter decided to joke about it being signs and it not being that big of a deal. Not the customer service or comments that should be made when you're trying to take care of a huge client.

I arrived just before the close, and they refused to take my next-day package (label purchased and printed at home), "because they could not deliver it next day and taking it will make they on-time reports look bad". They told me to drive to some obscure drop box a mile from there.So to sum it up: UPS. Refused to take package. Because they could not deliver it in time. And didn't want they reports to reflect that. Even in postcovid times it's a new low for UPS.And I want my money back.

Caleb Clark: This is the only UPS store I now go to, simply for the fact of its convenient location. I stop and drop off my Amazon returns (which is simply the only reason I use UPS) and go to nearby shops. Well, you may ask, "why is one writing a review upon such a thing with a poor rating?" Simply, the staff and associates at the store are woeful. Simply woeful. Unfriendly, unpleasant, and quite rude and sometimes even repulsive-I often leave the store feeling like I had done something wrong.
Christian Valoe Hannesschlaeger: Just had to send something back to Amazone and could not print my return ticket. I found two things. Not only was the service not friendly and the staff appeared somewhat enjoyed. The cost of printing one page for a return label was $2 and $4 for two. The explanation for the charge was that Amazon makes UPS charge that fee if you don't print the label. After asking again if Amazon would make UPS charge that fee I was told yes this is for Amazon. A mistake I made was not carefully selecting a different option but rather the self-print return label. This article does not spell out exactly in detail the $2 charge but is a starting point. I think UPS sees this practice as a revenue generator nationwide. Food for thought.

Gini Hosford: UPS lies and say they attempted delivery when they haven't. I follow the truck on the map and see it pull over for over an hour down a dead end road nearby. Now they have a message on my account to leave my packages with the neighbor. I have NEVER agreed to this. This is a Hippa violation as many are medical supplies. I can not talk to a live person, only their phone bot, and there is not correct number to press to fix this at the 1-800 number. When the drivers have delivered to my house I have video of drivers tossing packages out the door at my barn out in the elements because they are to lazy to drive to the house, just blabbing away on their cell phones. If they do they drop packages at the house it will be outside of my garage in the elements instead of walking 12 feet to a covered porch. UPS used to be the best, now they are trash and could care less about their customers. Watch me get the standard private message them bot response, and there is no number to private message them. There is only a chat Bot on their site who is programed to be unhelpful.

It's not the money to me it's the principle . Just to give it a test and see if this is a UPS policy I went to a different UPS store to send another item back to Amazon and sure enough they didn't charge me for a shipping label.This business does not cater to its customers it just makes them never want to go there again. And that's exactly what i'm going to do. And that is never go back.

Mike Fisk: This is the best UPS store I have ever been to. Always very helpful. Always help me tape up my boxes where other stores charge money. The bald gentleman deserves a 100 dollar raise he was very kind and gave me a receipt and made sure all my boxes were secure. Will never go to any other shipping store!
Sherri Rounds: We have a mailbox here and so we can get in after hours, however, this morning October 1 2022, my husband went in to check our mail before open hours and got locked in the store with no way of reaching the owners to come get him out. He has called the police. This is definitely a huge safety issue. What if a fire broke out in there. My husband would be dead. This place needs to make sure they have their doors and locks up to date, and all the people with keys to get to mail, has their emergency # unacceptable
