Killer 6980cmc: Worst gaming store I have ever gone to, the staff member that is male and obviously gay was very unhelpful to me, I simply wanted to check the discs before i was sold the game, they all looked very poorly cared for, he sold me a game that was incorrect, didn't even know the difference between them, army of two, but had 40th day in it but did not have the regular army of two, then proceeded to tell me that the person who sold it to them had the wrong game in there then, they should have checked before buying it. They didn't want to give me a refund only in store credit for a game that was bought within 5 minutes of figuring out that it wasn't the correct one, had to do an even trade. Everything is over priced, I will never return here and I certainly will not let my friends and family waste money here.

Andrew Tuma: Nicely organized with a a large number of games, I made a quick visit in to check it out since I had never been before. You will probably find something you are looking for, but maybe not. Plenty of room to explore with out feeling the cramp. The store looked like it was close when we visited from no car in parking lot and no open sign with the tinted window (good call on the tint you should do the other windows to protect the game from sun damage) but luckily the red car show up and it is clearly open. I did not talk to employee much but they were kind.

Aaron Connell: Probably the best non-online source I've found in the area for pokemon cards. The staff are nice and helpful as well.
Cameron Rivera: Absolutely one of the best stores I have visited 10/10 showed me some world of War craft and sold me a beautiful and prestigious limited addition switch, works almost everyday tirelessly and has a great attitude definitely a place to go and check out.
Lauren Abosamra: Very organized and clean! The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. Saturday's he has video games and a monthly tournament. Highly recommend!

Lots of desirable new and used games and also new accessories for old systems (cables, memory cards, batteries, converters, controllers, etc). He offers battery replacements for Gameboy cartridges as well. Definitely a local shop I'll be supporting.

Gil: I've only seen one person in there and he knows just about anything about video games you could think of. Genuinely nice guy and a very clean and organized store. If you're into older games you can't find at other major retailers, this should and could be your first and only stop.Prices are probably the high point of this review. Some of the prices are incredibly low compared to eBay offerings and you're guaranteed it works or your money back (afaik). I've never had to bring anything back though and I've spent hundreds of dollars there at this point. They even have some consoles that are in excellent condition considering their age.Overall if you're a "retro" gamer and need games or just want to check them out it's worth the drive just to look around. They even sell new copies of new titles (Pokemon etc) and used copies of current generation (PS5 and Xbox) for good deals.10/10 experience and customer service it doesn't get better than this for a game store.

Joshua Marko: We picked up TOTK on release day. It might sound silly to pre-order a digital game for pick-up, but the GameStop experience made it well worth it. The clerk Alexis was a one woman army that handled the crowd of Zelda nerds and non-stop phone calls with grace and kindness.
Don Denison: Conveniently in walking distance to movie theater. 9 times out of 10 has what im looking for. They even have the best store manager in my opinion. She runs 2 of them and does the best job and will go out of her way to help you the best she can. Her stores always look great.
Jordan Vanheulen: Ordered the GOW:Ragnarok Ps5 bundle for next day pick up. I keep calling but no one is answering the phones? According to a lot of reviews, this store is notorious for not being open when they say they are going to be.

I'm just going to say, if you're running only one employee on a Saturday, make sure they know how to handle a crowd of guests.I only needed 2 little things that totaled less than $10, but I got stuck behind 2 people selling back dozens of games at a time. I was probably in there for close to 40min. Like, you know what I needed, because I asked you where it was. It was behind the counter and you grabbed it for me. Maybe if you know one transaction is going to take 30 seconds (even asking all the transactional questions eg phone number, rewards, down payment for future releases etc), ask the people who's transaction is going to take 15+ minutes if they'd mind waiting for the quick one. I don't know, maybe it's a me thing.Either way, they had what I needed, and more stuff than I could shake a stick at. If I made more money, I'd probably be in there a lot more. But as it is, I got what I wanted/needed at on a minor inconvenience.
Gumpster 20: This store can never open on time. Says they open at noon but doors are always locked till 12:30 at least.

I was greeted by an extremely friendly and helpful staff that didn't make fun of me for not knowing what I was talking about. Will absolutely return.

Dj H: I bought a controller with games when I got a new video game system.I got the warranty with everything. When I brought my controller in to be replaced after 6 weeks, they told me they had no controllers available for me. I saw several controllers, but they said they were selling them in bundles, so I would have to go somewhere else, wait a few days or have one shipped.I asked to have it shipped and they wanted to charge me $10 for shipping.It then took longer than expected to deliver.The employees were very kind and seemed to be trying their best, which is why I rated this store 3 stars instead of 2.Update: after getting a controller that was cheaper as a replacement I was informed I would get in-store credit. 4 months later I went to use the in-store credit and they told me they don't do in-store credit and the person that used to work there messed it up. So I paid $80 for a $60 controller.I went to use my points in store considering I didn't have any in-store credit and was told to redeem them on the website. I accidentally redeemed the $10 discount for online only which can't be used in the store. If I want to use the coupon online then I have to buy something over $60 otherwise I am paying $6 for shipping and handling. Even though I am a premium rewards member for the rest of the year with all the complications I do not think I will ever go back. Once again the employees were very nice but the company has practices that make no sense. I changed my rating from 3 stars to two stars.

I can't recommend this place more! Especially if you want good deals on magic cards
