Lockhart: Life saver! I went as soon as they opened because it’s flu season. I went in to get a “flu shot” drink and they were out… but I ended up trying the master cleanser 20oz. It worked like a charm. I would recommend the Açaí bowls, the flu shot and the master cleanser! Great customer services and fresh squeezed juice.

The guy working (Bailey) explained what the store was about how everything was made and what was customers favorite and his favorite which was Caribbean Breeze and it was amazing. Hailey Cohen: A friend doordashed me a 16 oz The Tropical One and a Yummus Bowl with chicken and apple. The smoothie itself was great— fresh-tasting and very sweet. However, the salad was inedible. The “chicken” ended up being symmetrical, thin squares of chicken lunch meat. I’m shocked that this is the kind of “chicken” you would receive from a health-food establishment. The “apples” were a similar processed garbage. When you order apples from a place which presumably uses fresh fruit for its smoothies, you assume you’ll be getting fresh fruit. The apples on the salad ended up being some type of fruit leather, or a dried and rolled up apple. It was a dark red color and sticky, so these weren’t fresh dried apples, either. If you are thinking of dining or ordering takeout from here, I recommend skipping out on the salad and just sticking to the smoothies.

Morgan Palmer: Came into Clean Juice for a doordash order. I know it was close to closing time but I can’t help that with doordash. Came in at 7:55pm. There was a group of three in front of me and the last person was finishing ordering. Waited a couple more minutes to be addressed. The workers came together and kind of whispered and then looked at me. One of the workers said to me, “I’m sorry, we close at 8 and we have a lot of orders”. I then told her I was there for a doordash and she perked up and said “oh okay!”. I know I was there for a doordash, but if I was a regular paying customer I would be extra turned off by the service. I am in before close, so you should serve me. It’s not like I came into a restaurant close to closing and was ordering an entree. It’s a juice store! I was embarrassed and won’t be returning as a customer. Unless it’s after close, I should be served! Do better!
Gabriel Horgan: I paid for 2 addons in my acai bowl and recieved neither.. Also tried their wrap.. needs to improve, was dripping oil.. I bought that thinking it would be healthy at a restaurant called clean juice. The only reason I give this 3 star is because they seem to source organic and there acai bowls and smoothies are good... I just want what I pay for though.

Not only does it have high quality food and drinks, but every member of the staff team provide excellent service. Mary (store owner) is a really great person and it is easy to see that her energy radiates through everyone else making for a great atmosphere. If you're looking for a quick bite to eat without feeling guilty about what you're putting in your body, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Brianna Garrett: The new store manager Justin I believe went out of his way to ensure the lunch that I purchased from the Cafe was prepared correctly. The cashier Nick I believe was super kind, gave a great recommendation on candy and even helped me carry my bags. People can make or break any business and these employees definitely helped create a much better experience to keep me as a customer!

Was later told that it was the wrong slot and price should have been located a few spots down. But there wasn't any open slots or double placement of the product. But the manager grabbed the tag to remove the current labled product and price location. And wanted me to pay double the price marked. I Won't purchase a item thats overpriced but is the regular price of a top brand on Amazon.

Jeffrey W: Better Health??!! I went there at my son's request as he had to return a powdered drink enhancement he bought the day before that was 8 months past the expiration date ($40 bucket). So I grabbed a coupon out of booklet I had and decided to try the salad bar a 1pm. The cold "salad bar" looked ok but the "warm food bar" looked awful. Many trays were empty or food was dried out. I still was dumb enough to grab a few items off both sides as I was hoping it was better than part of it looked (and regretted my choice later as it was awful QUALITY). My son who is a customer there was wiser than me (or knew something from past experiences) as he declined any food. The kicker was when I went to check out, they cashier told me I could not use the 15% off coupon on food. Whaaat? Petty BS, I did not see that disclaimer anywhere on the coupon and will try to double check when I get another one. However, I will not go back there again no matter what the coupon says for their over priced, under quality food bar. Nor their expired vitamins.

A M: Called ahead of time to place an order for the cafe and we ended up getting there before we actually got connected. We decided to do the grab and go and the food was so old and disgusting we couldn't eat it. The grapes were covered in mold, the tortilla wrap was so soggy you couldn't pick it up, the salad was soft and old. I don't know if they change their date on their stickers or just use really awful produce to begin with, but we will never again be going here.The customer service was also terrible. First of all the phone service, then when we get in there are 3 people at the check out leaning on the counters, on their phones, and gabbing. Greeted by no one even though the place was dead. Another customer was having a hard time flagging down someone to order food at the cafe.Also the hot food bar looked like it had been sitting there for days. So grossed out by this location.
Yahoo: Bottom of the barrel place. Better off going to any other vitamin/supplement place or ordering from a discount place online. 15+ yrs and customer service is still bad. Used to be 70ish lady (possibly owner) and now it's guys (1 with extremely bad b.o.) that talk amongst themselves about the gimmicks of the supplements being sold. Employees unhelpful as they have no clue about supplements but offered to help find things. The items they actually had available I found myself after employee offered something different and said they didn't carry it. Shelf prices are lower than what it rings up and cashier was annoyed and ignored it while wanting to proceed with a phone #. Avoid this place.

Mind you I asked this employee for help prior to the whole incident taking place. I was leaving, they could've left it alone.

They are usually out of most ingredients and the display cases for deli items are very sad. Decent packaged goods section for a quick stop of your usual health food.

Yes, the supplier is an MLM company, but the shakes are cheap, delicious, and if they have even 10% of the nutrition they claim they do, I'd still buy them.I mean, you're buying a protein shake. I went in there and it's not like they were trying to recruit me or oversell me. The single staff member was polite and my shake was tasty. I'll be back for sure.

Looks up "herbalife pyramid scheme scam" These drinks do not help you loose weight, have no nutritional value, and do NOT disclose allergens/ingredients. This place is ran by a bunch of huns wanting to scam you into thinking their nasty drinks are good for you.

Sarah M.: Super disappointed to see this business refusing to answer any questions on social media, as well as deleting comments about concerns regarding MLM company (herbalife) products. So I decided to take my opinion to a place they can't delete it! These products have been found to be dangerous, and I'm concerned for this community and every community where these shops are opening up and making so many false claims about health. No nutritional information available to the public, not to mention a menu. Any place that won't provide consumers with that information is a big red flag.

Rocky: Bought 2 drinks, put in my credit card. Couple minutes after I left, I got a receipt and it said I tipped $2 which I never did. They never asked me to give a tip, and took a $2 tip from me without permission. Not a big deal $2, I would have tipped anyways if they asked. But They never asked and I got charged for a tip I never gave permission for. Make sure you ask for a receipt.
Alia: Another Herbalife shop. not healthy - do not be fooled
Karisa Rodeghiero: Shakes are decent compared to other local shake/tea places. Make sure you get a receipt! I didn’t ask for a receipt but saw the price on my bank account pending at $8.96. Later when the charge cleared, it went through at $9.96. I called and asked if there was some other fee that added the $1, and the owner didn’t know why and said he would look into it but never did. It seems like a tip was written in without my knowledge. I would’ve absolutely tipped if prompted/asked, and it is only $1 which is no big deal, but having it added without my knowledge doesn’t sit well with me.

The Okemos location is 1000x worth the drive if you're truly craving a smoothie.

Kylee Taylor: Worst experience I’ve had this far at any tropical smoother. I ordered two peanut butter cups and they both came with NO peanut butter, they taste like straight cocoa powder. We also ordered two chicken quesadillas and they both came WITHOUT the salsa. We waited around 15 minutes and other people’s orders were completed before ours even though we got there minutes before them. Not going back to this location.
