Nichole Doyle: The manager whose name was Craig had terrible customer service he was rude sold me the wrong part even though I told him I didn’t believe that was the correct part I’ve always shopped at your store but this particular location the manager wanted to argue back-and-forth. I just let them know I bring the part back. even when I brought it back, he did not apologize for his rudeness you guys lost my business and Word of mouth spread quickly

Sarah Burns: Horrible horrible customer service...not all but the one lady I had yesterday. She wouldn't let me buy a bulb for my truck. She also said they couldn't put it in bcuz they would have to take off the bumper, when I asked could I JUST buy the bulb she said she had to look first...took 2 seconds and said they couldn't do it. I went NEXT DOOR to O'Reilly's and had it done in 2 minutes....SHE was too lazy to help...will never go here again

A very nice woman approached me and asked if she could help. She instantly went to her computer and looked up my model. In a quick minute, she was at the wiper blade rack giving me 3 alternatives based on cost and quality. Once selected, she immediately offered to install them as well.Awesome customer service with the feeling she really enjoyed her job and helping customers

I feel myself fortunate to get connected with AutoZone. The staff there was very helpful and I would like make a special mention of one of the staff member "Caroline". She guided me through the repair process and provided some great insights. What stood out in her case after purchasing a part and taking some repair-tips, when I went back to my car in the parking lot of Autozone, she came rushing, leaving her counter in the shop just to inform me of oneof the things which she missed to tell me about the repair job I was undertaking. Me and my friend were impressed by her dedication and sincerity. This long review is just a reflection of the dedication shown by Caroline at Autozone. Thanks once again. The service of the staff at Autozone just made me their new loyal customer!

I’ve never had issues until now I even gave them my number to pull up my receipt but they can’t do that either. This is my go to place but idk about that anymore sadly.

Brad Duncan: I’ve been to this location twice and both times have been great experiences. I went in this past Sunday to get a tail light for my 2017 Honda Civic and was helped at the counter by Max. The computer said it was unserviceable but he grabbed the mini bulb and came out to change it himself. He was quick and had a good conversation. I went in again today to get a tail light for my 2011 Jetta after getting the incorrect ones from another location. I believe his name is Dev and he made the swap for the correct ones painless. He also complimented my Pizza Planet tank and we talked about Star Wars. I’ve worked in customer service for 16 years and I truly appreciate the help these two provided me.

Jim Brock: Not the best hospitality. I walked in, asked if I could drop off a jug of used oil, then the Justin Bieber looking kid behind the counter simply pointed at the counter, never said a word, never welcomed me to the store or said hi or anything. I went to get a couple items to purchase, walked up to the counter and set them there. At this point there were 2 other people behind the counter, one just walked in from outside and he was sitting in a chair kinda staring into space, the other was picking her fingernails. Bieber got up from his chair, rung up my items, said the price, I gave him the money and he gave back change, didnt say how much the change was, just a wad of money, then quickly went back to sit down. Never said thanks for shopping at autozone or anything. As I counted it to make sure it was correct change and put it back into my wallet I kinda looked around at all 3 and they just kinda looked spaced out and didn't want to be there at all. I said "have a nice day" and walked out. This was Saturday April 15 around 330p. Usually people behind the counter say hi or goodbye or something, but not here, complete silence and awkwardness.
Susan Eaton: All of the auto zone stores have been great to work with. If the part you need is not in stock, they will have it within a couple of days. They put my windshield wipers on the car for me and can read error codes on the car to diagnose any problems.

They have a really good return policy's and I have never run into a staff member that doesn't really seem to know their stuff. I did have one time that we ordered a part from them and when it came that part was bad, when we told them they didn't believe us. They took the part back and we got a new one but had we taken their advice it would have cost us a lot more money. I don't blame them but it is a good reminder to trust your gut. Over all if you need auto parts AutoZone is a great choice.

I was unbelievably short on funds and super budgeted but Kevin, Shirley and Bruce at the Autozone in Grand Ledge,MI were absolutely outstanding and beyond helpful and patient with my bad after bad after bad experienced day! Dan S: The staff was very friendly and courteous. I was greeted upon entry and asked if there was anything that they could help me find. I gave them the information that was needed to find the part for my vehicle.... To make sure that you get the most accurate and correct part that you are looking for, I urge everyone coming here to please bring your vehicle registration from the Secretary of State, or the VIN number. With so many different types of vehicles and parts out there that little tip helps everyone involved. The parking lot and building were very clean and both were all wheelchair/handicap accessible.

Scott Cheeseman: AutoZone was awesome. They had everything I needed. My battery died right across the street from advanced auto maybe 60 yards away . I asked advance auto employee if they had a battery charger that I could maybe borrow and was told they don't do that before I could even finish my question. I got the battery out and returned to advanced auto and asked them if they had the type battery I needed and was relieved to hear they had the battery. I didn't have enough money and told them that my brother was going to pay with his credit card over the phone . And was told we don't do that anymore. So I called a friend to take me to AutoZone down the street and they had everything I needed and were able to take my brother's card information over the phone . . Thanks AutoZone for everything . You guys are awesome

Clarence Cromwell: I lease cars so I don't need much, but I recently assembled a solar backup power system at home and needed some 12 volt connecting cables and 250 amp fuses. AutoZone had them, of course. I would have given them 5 stars but they only stocked one fuse per store, meaning I had to drive to multiple stores to get the quantity I needed. Otherwise highly recommended.

Josh: Out of all the options for auto parts in mason, auto zone is by far the best. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they price match. I've used them for modern car parts all the down to ignition parts for antique tractors. They've always found what I needed or had good ideas.
