Miguel Kelley: Worst place to buy your equipment,most are cheap Chinese knock off,and they don't work right out of the box and the company knows it but won't exchange or even refund you money

Laura Kien: If you aren’t open until 8pm. Don’t set your hours to say open until 8pm. This is literally the most frustrating thing when you drive from over 40mins away. Apparently you only are open until 6pm and look at people funny when they walk up to open your locked door at 6:15. Amazon it is, and don’t complain when they put you out of business.

Michaela Goldenbogen: They should probably update their hours on google. It says they close at 8, but I pulled up with my extremely excited daughter at 6:45 to find out they actually close at 6.

D S: Not sure of the employees name, but she typically has colorful hair with colorful make up she is always super helpful and friendly. I like how organized and clean the store is as well.

Lisa Geibig: The staff kicked me out..because she thought I gave her fake money, shes not a bank teller , to assume was wrong on her part ,called the police and the manager..very unprofessional, but went to the one on Saginaw was treated really good and was helped compared to be looked at as a criminal.. thanks to Pamela, I advise that the holt store gets a pen or a machine .. instead of pointing fingers unless they have facts...

And for anyone that isn't familiar with this area, Google takes you away from sallys to a bunch of houses, so just type in target edgewood lansing, and its connected to target and it will take you to the right destination. 🙂 thank you guys!

Erika: If I could give this location zero stars I would. Tried to call before driving 20 minutes to this location to make sure they had the product I was looking for and was left on hold hearing the employee stand around and gossip. Tried hanging up and calling back and they left the phone off the hook so the line was busy. Wasted entire lunch break driving to the location to find that they didn’t have the product I was even looking for.

Ess Ess: Crappy employees. Been a long time customer to Sally Beuaty Supply. But I will no longer be going there. I was at this location 10/30/2018. Bought some stuff. There were a couple items that were on sale. Original price was $6.99. The sign right above said it was on sale for $4.99 so I bought a couple of them. When I went to check out it rung up $6.99 but I didn't look at my receipt until I got home. Well it didn't bother me too much because I was thinking maybe I had bought the wrong items that weren't on sale. Well the next day 10/31/2018 I had to get some more stuff that I had forgotten to get. So I go back to the same location and into the same aisle and double checked the sign if the stuff I had bought the day before were really on sale. It was. So I talked to the employee who rung me up. She said, "Ok just bring in your receipt and we'll refund you. The sale is ending soon so don't wait too long." As soon as I got home I found my receipt and realized that I had spilled acetone on it and it made the barcode fade. So I wasn't sure I could still get a refund. I called the store to make sure that I could still get a refund. I was told I could. So I go back to the store and they wouldn't refund me. They had taken the sale sign down and told me that there was never a sale sign up. They said I'm making all this up. There was Linda and Jennifer working. They swore they never took no sign down. They said they have cameras and I could watch the video. But i was beyond pissed at this point. There was another customer in there and they made me seem to be crazy. They swore there was never a sale sign. So I called to make a complaint. They then called the store to see what was going on. Well Linda then admits that she took the sign down. Apparently they put the sign up before the sale or forgot to take it down from a previous sale. They could've been honest with me from the start and told me it was a mistake instead of lying to my face and make me seem like I'm crazy. Then I would've been totally fine with it.Update: When I talked to CS they said they added $20 to my account. Well I just received an email that i got a reward for Sally beauty. But it's not $20. Its $15. Yeah I'm so done with this store. All they do is lie!

Cristina Whitehouse: I stopped in a few nights ago, although an employee offered her help, she acted like she was being put out by talking to me... I felt really weird about the entire visit, and experienced a much better visit elsewhere. This was so very disappointing, I've been to a few Sallys locations and I've never been treated this way (I'd understand if it was 15 minutes before close or something but my visit was 3 hours before close).I also noticed the lighting in here is strange, you cannot see color swatches very well. This store needs some attention.

Marley Kratzer: I have been coming to this location for years and i’ve always had a great experience. I dye my hair purple with semipermanent dye, so it requires a lot of upkeep to make sure it looks fresh. Today’s visit was particularly wonderful! Koda and Reed provided excellent customer service, and provided myself and other customers with great product recommendations while still trying to save us money. I hope that management sees this, you guys have a real dream team on your hands!

Super unfortunate.

Then I bought oster clippers...$150 I got home took it out of the box and they were used!! And things missing out of the box.. also when I asked their opinion on color lines and such they looked at me like why are you asking us.... idk I had never had issues there before but that’s my last time going to that location...
