riley forkner: Not a handicap friendly store. Between the isles and the movable shelves they have in between bigger isles you can barely get a motorized wheel chair through. The chair was fully charged and stopped working while shopping. Very disappointed in the lack of handicap accessibility in the store.

Timmy Andrews: This location is not very comfortable to be inside of. The shelves were hectically stocked, there were items on the floors, and it just didn't feel clean. The cashier I had was NOT pleasant... He didn't even look at me once. No small talk, no greetings, no nothing. I didn't feel welcome here and I don't recommend this store.

Stefani Ellis: I love the store but am not satisfied with their order online and pick up in store for those who "need it quickly" as they advertise. I placed my order just shy of 90 min ago. Thinking it would be ready for me to pick up by the time I ran another errand and picked up lunch for the office. I called to inquire, hoping to bring an employee's attention to my order, being that my order only consists of 5 yards of the same fabric. Unfortunately I was brushed off instead. The employee was polite but told me to look out for the notification email that I will receive once the order is filled. It has now been over 90 min and I still have not received a notification. I could have been to the store, shipped, paid, been home by now x 5. I've already paid for my order which means I'm stuck waiting. Rather than receiving my item "quickly", I am now falling further behind on my clients order being that the fabric I ordered is what I need to complete this project. Soon it will be time to pick up the kiddos from school and begin the evening routine of homework, cooking, preparing for tomorrow, showers, family time, etc. I will now have to inconvenience myself as well as others, in order to take time elsewhere in my day to pick up my order when it is finally ready. That is, IF it will be ready today. 🤔 Makes me wonder if the service had been created to accommodate store employees rather than it's customers? Ipre order online and pick up in store a great deal at 🎯, Michael's and Tractor supply as well as a few other local stores. Most of them ask for customers to give them 2 hrs. The longest I've ever had to wait is 45 min. and that was for a large groceries order. The human obsession with "convenience" is humanity's greatest fault. We've done more harm to each other, our planet.... to (ALL) life all together...more destruction... In the name of convenience. We're aware, yet, keep pushing for more "convenience". Which is why I'm more mad at myself than the store because I know cutting corners and calling it "convenience" always creates problems where problems had not existed beforehand. Whether it may be so small we just brush it off, or it's so big that is erases an entire species. An order online for pick up in itself is not life altering, of course. But... Aren't these the little things that only make way for the bigger to BIGGEST problems? Besides, it it NEVER matters until it either affects you directly OR when it's to late to do anything about it. Just like you'll read this honest review but you'll still order online for a quick and convenient (lol) pick up. Good luck!

Mark Witbeck: This store is smaller than the more common Joann stores i am used to going. However, they still managed to get a lot of stuff into the store. They had a good selection of fabric, which was the main purpose we came here today. This store did lack some of the extra crafty stuff you see in a large store. The staff was friendly and the store was clean. Despite there being a roof leak, they are trying to get fixed.

Timmy Andrews: This location used to be my go-to place for beading items, but it seems like prices have drastically changed since my last visit. I'm not sure about anyone else, but $10 for a single string beads that was $5 just a year prior is a little egregious. Shelves were hardly stocked as well. A lot of empty hooks for beads or multiple hooks with the same exact products on them. The cashier was wonderful though which earned a third star from me.

Apparently you only are open until 6pm and look at people funny when they walk up to open your locked door at 6:15. Amazon it is, and don’t complain when they put you out of business.

Tried to call before driving 20 minutes to this location to make sure they had the product I was looking for and was left on hold hearing the employee stand around and gossip. Tried hanging up and calling back and they left the phone off the hook so the line was busy. Wasted entire lunch break driving to the location to find that they didn’t have the product I was even looking for.

Ess Ess: Crappy employees. Been a long time customer to Sally Beuaty Supply. But I will no longer be going there. I was at this location 10/30/2018. Bought some stuff. There were a couple items that were on sale. Original price was $6.99. The sign right above said it was on sale for $4.99 so I bought a couple of them. When I went to check out it rung up $6.99 but I didn't look at my receipt until I got home. Well it didn't bother me too much because I was thinking maybe I had bought the wrong items that weren't on sale. Well the next day 10/31/2018 I had to get some more stuff that I had forgotten to get. So I go back to the same location and into the same aisle and double checked the sign if the stuff I had bought the day before were really on sale. It was. So I talked to the employee who rung me up. She said, "Ok just bring in your receipt and we'll refund you. The sale is ending soon so don't wait too long." As soon as I got home I found my receipt and realized that I had spilled acetone on it and it made the barcode fade. So I wasn't sure I could still get a refund. I called the store to make sure that I could still get a refund. I was told I could. So I go back to the store and they wouldn't refund me. They had taken the sale sign down and told me that there was never a sale sign up. They said I'm making all this up. There was Linda and Jennifer working. They swore they never took no sign down. They said they have cameras and I could watch the video. But i was beyond pissed at this point. There was another customer in there and they made me seem to be crazy. They swore there was never a sale sign. So I called to make a complaint. They then called the store to see what was going on. Well Linda then admits that she took the sign down. Apparently they put the sign up before the sale or forgot to take it down from a previous sale. They could've been honest with me from the start and told me it was a mistake instead of lying to my face and make me seem like I'm crazy. Then I would've been totally fine with it.Update: When I talked to CS they said they added $20 to my account. Well I just received an email that i got a reward for Sally beauty. But it's not $20. Its $15. Yeah I'm so done with this store. All they do is lie!

Joe Nehls: A truly wonderful art supplies shop. Probably the only store in the state that sells fountain pens and travelers notebooks. They have a great (albeit small) selection of kid stuff and a surprisingly decent paper selection.

Madalyn Grass: Really great shop. So glad I stumbled upon it. Has a large variety of art and journaling supplies. The workers are very knowledgeable and everything is fairly priced.

Heather Fisher: I absolutely love this place! As a hobby artist who paints watercolor and often draws, this place has everything. The prices are more expensive then your other art chain stores, but the quality of the materials is better. You will see a difference with better quality art supplies in work, so for me it is a must. The staff has always been knowledgeable with questions I have had and super friendly. This is the only art store I shop at in town since I've found it and I want to support it.

Jaeger Golisch: A very good place to visit for artists, I would say they have more fine art supplies rather than for beginners but they do carry supplies for all level of artists. You can find fun gifts like both kids and adults coloring books. In addition to your usual pen/paper sorta supplies they also had stuff for other mediums like I saw some clay tools too. Prices seemed reasonable for specialty art supplies and they had a lot of the good Japanese pens. Always love going here and staff are always friendly

However, the second time, the woman working talked to both me and my fellow classmate as if we were children. I did not catch her name, but she had short red hair, was heavyset, and wore glasses. She was very condescending whenever she was asked questions. Seeing as we are students, we are not as informed and wanted more information about certain products, but she seemed as if my questions were an inconvenience to her. I love the store and the prices, but not this particular experience.
