Britney Gutierrez: Went here today to return a product. Doors opened at 10am and I walked in at 10:01am. They processed my return and another beauty advisor came over and said we aren’t actually open yet because we need to finish inventory but we can take care of the return. Okay…then I said well can I shop now? They said, “No our manager wants to finish inventory and we won’t be open till 12.”You guys didn’t put signage on the door or lock it or honor your open time or a customer who what going to drop $$$. Horrible customer service. Good luck making up for this one.

tamara walker: So, 12/13/2022 my daughters went to Ulta to shop for a hair wrap today. They called me upset because of how badly they were treated/ignored by the cashier (who was carrying on a conversation with someone that wasn't shopping.) THEN there was an older lady standing around just STARING at them and wouldn't even crack a smile. Upon ending the transaction at the register, my daughter said thank you to the pre-occupied, rude cashier and you guessed it! She didn't even reply with a response. Now, I can name one reason why they were treated so horribly, but I'm sure you might be wondering what I already know was the case. My daughters are non-white and my first thought is that they were treated unfairly and rudely because those two people feel a certain way about people that don't look like them. Anyway, once my daughters told me of their awful experience, I called the store and spoke to Rachael, she was kind and very apologetic and assured me that she would be speaking with those ladies about how to treat customers (no matter skin color or whatever their differences might be.) Ulta Beauty is a very well-known beauty store / salon and I would be ashamed is my employees were being this blatantly rude to shoppers. It's a sad day in time when folks are still hanging on to that old mindset.

Two other associates stopped, while I was browsing, to see if I needed help. When I was checking out, the cashier, Dianisse, could not have been kinder. She was very patient with me and assisted me in finding a coupon. She was polite and professional! I cannot say enough good things about this store. I am not use to such fantastic customer service! From the time I entered, until I left, I was a happy customer. Thank you Ulta. I will see you again soon.

I love how many services their salon offers and their staff works as a team. Will be back 😃Edited: Jane left to go to another location too far for me to drive. I went back and tried someone else. My color wasn’t really what I wanted. I asked for root blending and keeping the blonde on my ends and it was basically just an all over color. Much darker than anticipated. Jane would always ensure I was completely happy with my service before leaving, the new girl seemed in a rush (I was the last person of the day and I think she was ready to go home) I told her my color was “OK”, didn’t offer to fix it, said we could change it next time I came in. I’m about a week out from my service and can’t tell anything was done to my hair 😢. Still can see split ends and feels like it needs a hair cut. This didn’t happen with Jane. $130 and tip- I don’t feel the service was worth that since I now have to go somewhere else to get what I wanted completed. In her defense, I did say I’m growing my hair out and to not take too much off, but I at least wanted the split ends taken care of so it will grow. I don’t think I will be back, Jane was the best.
Paige Smalley: ULTA never disappoints! I went in for Tarte concealer and was greeted as I walked in. I ended up needing advice on what kind of moisturizer and dark spot remover to get and the lady was right on it! I can honestly say both products have been working tremendously!

I tried on a gloss and noticed immediately that I was having a reaction to it, and the lipgloss smelled very old and seemed to smell very expired as well.. I told the lady working there and she was very unprofessional to me. She told me that everyone reacts differently and that what I was said is “irrelevant” to herHow are you a store customer representative and the condition of the products that you sell is not relevant to you? It is YOUR JOB for the products to be relevant to you and to provide good customer service. Never shopping here again.
Melanated Goddess: These people are with rude or prejudice. No one and I mean no one greeted me as I walked in our while I browsed the store. The only one with since customer service was my cashier. I'll never spend another dollar with them. You lost out on a big sale for being blatantly rude.

Chandra Rogers: Today I was reminded why I do not frequent this location. I am always asked SEVERAL times if I need help or have questions, as if I am being profiled. One of their employees asked if I needed a basket because I had a lot of products in my hands. I said yes and he actually helped me with a product. A few moments later, he asks me if he can take some of the products out of my basket and place them behind the counter to give me more room in my basket. WHAT?! I’ve never been asked that and it made me feel I was being profiled. Why would I need you to do that?! Because you think I am going to steal?!? Then after I checked out, I noticed I had been charged twice for one of my products. Which makes me think he charged me twice because he mentioned he wanted one for himself. Based on feeling profiled, I wouldn’t put it past anyone! I am a professional makeup artist, who only wished to have a little retail therapy. My plan was to spend about $300, but I was totally disgusted and didn’t even spend half of that. This is part of the reason why I utilize my professional discounts and buy directly from companies, because shopping here just isn’t fun anymore. The associates name is Logan and I don’t plan coming back to this location. Actually I may not shop at Sephora again.

Tondra Price: I've been going to Sephora Eastwood since they opened there doors. And for the first time ever I was treated horribly. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. I looked at an employee who was placing items in a drawer. Her name tag read, Markina. As soon as I asked her a question she rolled her eyes and swung her hair as if I had NO BUSINESS disturbing her. I quickly apologized for bothering her and she went back to what she was doing. I tried finding someone else but they were busy. I went back to Markina who was really annoyed and I asked her about the product. Without even checking she said I'VE NEVER SEEN THAT HERE. I asked if she could please point me in the direction and there it was. I paid 64$ and found out that Markina is a MANAGER!!! I could not believe it.

After getting the ring it was the wrong size! Returned it reordered another one, was told i can cancel it before feb.13. On the 10th (after customer service verified) a " I only worked here for less than 3 months" (we interrupted her on her phone) employee was raising her voice to the point of being yelled at, called the supervisor over who is the one that said i could cancel it refused to with an attitude and a condescending smile as if she enjoyed NOT HONORING THE AGREEMENT, AND WHAT SHE SAID TO US and treating customers like trash! DO NOT SHOP HERE GOTO A PAWN SHOP OR THE JEWELRY STORE JUST WEST OF THE MALL ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE STREET!!!

Apparently you only are open until 6pm and look at people funny when they walk up to open your locked door at 6:15. Amazon it is, and don’t complain when they put you out of business.

Ess Ess: Crappy employees. Been a long time customer to Sally Beuaty Supply. But I will no longer be going there. I was at this location 10/30/2018. Bought some stuff. There were a couple items that were on sale. Original price was $6.99. The sign right above said it was on sale for $4.99 so I bought a couple of them. When I went to check out it rung up $6.99 but I didn't look at my receipt until I got home. Well it didn't bother me too much because I was thinking maybe I had bought the wrong items that weren't on sale. Well the next day 10/31/2018 I had to get some more stuff that I had forgotten to get. So I go back to the same location and into the same aisle and double checked the sign if the stuff I had bought the day before were really on sale. It was. So I talked to the employee who rung me up. She said, "Ok just bring in your receipt and we'll refund you. The sale is ending soon so don't wait too long." As soon as I got home I found my receipt and realized that I had spilled acetone on it and it made the barcode fade. So I wasn't sure I could still get a refund. I called the store to make sure that I could still get a refund. I was told I could. So I go back to the store and they wouldn't refund me. They had taken the sale sign down and told me that there was never a sale sign up. They said I'm making all this up. There was Linda and Jennifer working. They swore they never took no sign down. They said they have cameras and I could watch the video. But i was beyond pissed at this point. There was another customer in there and they made me seem to be crazy. They swore there was never a sale sign. So I called to make a complaint. They then called the store to see what was going on. Well Linda then admits that she took the sign down. Apparently they put the sign up before the sale or forgot to take it down from a previous sale. They could've been honest with me from the start and told me it was a mistake instead of lying to my face and make me seem like I'm crazy. Then I would've been totally fine with it.Update: When I talked to CS they said they added $20 to my account. Well I just received an email that i got a reward for Sally beauty. But it's not $20. Its $15. Yeah I'm so done with this store. All they do is lie!

Angie Burns: You need to be licensed to shop here but it's not posted clearly. I was shopping for 10 minutes and got all the way to the register with my cash out before I was informed. It should be on the Google listing that it is for licensed hairdressers only. I wouldn't have driven all the way across town and wasted the gas for nothing.

And things missing out of the box.. also when I asked their opinion on color lines and such they looked at me like why are you asking us.... idk I had never had issues there before but that’s my last time going to that location...

Victoria Barnett: I’ve been in there twice and the first time everyone was very helpful. The girl was super nice and answered all of my questions and more. However, the second time, the woman working talked to both me and my fellow classmate as if we were children. I did not catch her name, but she had short red hair, was heavyset, and wore glasses. She was very condescending whenever she was asked questions. Seeing as we are students, we are not as informed and wanted more information about certain products, but she seemed as if my questions were an inconvenience to her. I love the store and the prices, but not this particular experience.
