You get what you pay for.I called them and asked if they serviced my area they said yes, I scheduled duct cleaning a month later and thought it would be fine. I wait a month and then they call me 2 days before they are set to come out saying they didn't actually service my area and needed to reschedule 3 months from now + a $175 distance fee. Did not offer to waive the fee for wasting my time. Ended up going with another company that charged more but actually came out and did the work on time. Bergundy Atkinson: Did you know you cant get a refund if the dont clean your items right? Just a gift certificate. DON'T DO IT!! Not acceptable. I had them clean a chaise and a chair for me @$129. The chaise is fine. My upholstered recliner. You could see the dirt on 4 different areas of the chair. So I called to reschedule that Monday 1-6. I had a car accident that Sunday. Long story short. I told them I already work during the week til 5:30. So she said she would schedule the reclean for the 1-6 time frame and have them to come as close to the end of the time frame as possible Today was the second reschedule past the cleaning. When I jumped thru all kinds of hoops at work to get off an hour early so that they could make good on cleaning my chair. They call me at 3pm. Saying that they are 1/2hr out from my house. I said...I'm at work. I got the ok to get off at 4:30. But I cant get off no earlier. I already put them in a bind getting off at 4:30. So they asked me to reschedule for a THIRD time. After I'd told them it would only take me 10mins to get to my house. They still insisted that I reschedule. I told them I need the chair recleaned today because it is scheduled to be moved out tomorrow. And carpet is scheduled to be installed on Saturday. Clean it today or give me my money back. They said reschedule with a $25 gift certificate. I said no. I want $65 of my money back for the cleaning. They said we will give you a $50 dollar gift certificate. I said. I DONT KNOW WHY I WOULD EVEN WANT THEM TO CLEAN MY CHAIR AGAIN AFTER THE QUALITY THEY SHOWED ME THE FIRST TIME. Give me my money back! I told them that I should have called MAGNA-DRY. The cleaners I used to use before moving out of state. Never ever had a problem with them. First time using Modernistic. NEVER AGAIN!! Itold them that I would be calling the Better Business Bureau. Their corporate office. And that I would be leaving this review. Its after 5pm. I'm headed over to their social medias to leave reviews there too. We have a 1 year old so we were concerned, as air was working before ducts were cleaned. We called Modernistic and their answering service was incredibly rude. We never got a call back, despite calling the emergency line and asking to to talk to a supervisor.

zack minarik: They supposedly cleaned our ducts... Went to do some work on our house and had to remove one of the duct sections and it was full of dirt and trash. Not very honest of them to say they "CLEAN" your ducts. hire someone else.. even have pictures if the dirt but can't upload them

Angela Sorrells: I hired this company to clean my ducts in December of 2017. I assumed all was well until I received the news, while I had a new furnace installed in June of 2018, that my ducts needed cleaning. I explained to the furnace company that I just had them cleaned by Ace. The furnace installer kindly showed me the nearly 1 inch thick debris still in my duct (one he was working on for furnace installation). He even took pictures of it for me to document it.When I contacted this company about the poor result, the owners insisted I had my ducts cleaned in 2015 (and not just 6 months ago). I told him he was wrong. He agreed that we were at an impasse: I insisted work was done in 2017; he said it was done in 2015. I even emailed him a copy of the check, showing the bank's date stamp of 12/18/2017 on it.Do NOT hire this company to do anything for you. I highly doubt they'll come back out to my house and do this right. So I'm now out $195 and still have filthy ducts in my house. Please see the photo attached. This is what they left behind during their "cleaning". Avoid this company!

John Vogl: Myself and my family have been bringing our rugs here for years - we wouldn't go anywhere else in town. Great family owned store. The prices are very reasonable and the work is phenomenal every time. Their attention to detail and instructions is spot on, if there are any hiccups they inform you of them and do what they can to resolve them, and the staff is incredibly helpful, i.e., loading and unloading rugs. Highly recommended!

Dan A: First visit to ACE Rug Cleaning, Took a lightly soiled area rug in early December which I would imagine is a busy time of year. Got it back in less than a week looking better than new. Friendly staff unloaded and loaded the rug for me. I had gotten a quote from another area cleaner that advertises a lot, but they were nearly double the ACE price after a coupon. I think I've found my new rug cleaner.
