Michaelah Baker: We rented a 13x13 bounce house for my son’s birthday. When Mike got here to deliver and set up he realized he accidentally brought the wrong bounce house. He immediately went back to get the right one - but even better, he gave us a bigger 18x18 bounce house for the same price and let us keep it overnight instead of the standard 5 hours! He is extremely nice and great at communicating/answering all questions. I 10/10 would recommend using Bounce House Kingz and will be renting from him again!!

Mike was punctual, attentive and above all else PROFESSIONAL! He even went above and beyond and moved the bounce house to a different location (mid party) just so that my little girl could have more time bouncing with her friends. Erin Killeen: If I could give more than a 5 star review, I would. Mike was spot on with communication and professionalism. Everything was seamless and easy. He came an hour early and set up. He made sure everything was easy for us to understand when the the night was over on how to deflate the blow up. It turns out, my daughter did not want her birthday party to end. So Mike came all the way to my aunts house to pick up the bounce house and bring it across town to my house so she could continue her birthday. A 5 star review doesn’t do justice for how amazing the experience was with him! HIGHLY recommend. We can’t wait use him again in the future!!

Jake Hyper!: Omg. So I didn't even know this existed before today but what an unexpected surprise! This was a blast, our neighbors son had informed us there was a party bus at his house for his bday party with video games on the go. At first I didn't know what to expect but when we went down it was amazing. The decor, aesthetic, vibe, everything was so much fun. Zach was a sweetheart and so patient and understanding even with multiple toddlers trying to touch his collectors items lol 🤣 What he has built over the last few years was a pleasure to partake in and we definitely hope for future encounters! Every game you could think of, on any console you could possibly need, and he was sure to accommodate any and all preferences. Thank you so much for being such a gem Zach and for an incredibly rewarding experience!

Chris S: This is the perfect place to tire out your young kids. It's essentially a warehouse full of inflatables. It's spacious and there's only one exit, making it extremely easy to keep an eye on kids. Bonus for the fact that there are rows of comfortable chairs to sit in while waiting.
Jenn Groenhof: Rude and unprofessiona! And they tried to charge my card for canceling because of sick kids without Authorization. I never signed anything or was told anything about canceling other than whats listed on the website. Also kept trying to convince me to come in even though half the kids had sinus infections. You need some leeway on people getting sick. Also you legally cannot ask me to bring in a doctor's note. Do some research.
Amanda Audo: Make sure to call ahead before coming - we were turned away at the door because even though the website said they were open for public jumping (through spring break week) and we were there at the right time, the owner said they had a private party there and we should have called first.
Suresh Babu: Had birthday party for my kid at Jumping Jax and regretted it. Facilities are not clean and the employees are ride to the guests. They give very limited window between events like 5 min which is insane and makes guests confusing whose birthday event is active.

Kat Gandolfo Real Estate Guide: We attended a birthday party here and it was so much fun. Not only did all the children seem to really enjoy their time but so did my husband. As big kids with a shy in new places kid we got right up in the bounce houses with the kiddo's and boy it is fun but it's a workout. Really fun place to host a part but be warned and ready they stick to the time frame very seriously. Make sure you group is aware that when the time is up it's time to go asap. That way you can hopefully avoid some tears.
Ellie Ward: Fun place for kids to go (but not the friendliness). If you are debating on the 1 or 2 hour pass you should know they will not let you add the second hour at the discounted price after the initial hour (you have to purchase when you get there or pay full price). Check/call before you go because they are sometimes closed for birthday parties.

mike schalk: Need two weeks notice of cancellation or else you'll be charged, in my instance my kid was got HFM three days before birthday. In order to get a refund I had to go to Dr's office and get a note just to get a refund. Spoke with some Indian guy on his phone who was rude and unprofessional. I will be doing business elsewhere at this place is complete rip off, and sets parents up for failure when kids get sick.

The website was inaccurate and unhelpful. When I asked about the inaccuracies he told me “come back and let me show you that you’re wrong”. Facility also looked dirty and run down. Will never be returning.

We bring our kids here all the time.The owner is super nice. We came in on Monday September 12th but they are closed on Mondays during school year. Jennifer Sova: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Would NEVER do business or refer anyone to this establishment . VERY unprofessional and unreliable. I booked a bounce house for my sons birthday party WEEKS in advance. Was given confirmation of my order via email . I requested to make payment in full via email and did not receive a response for days. My order was then CONFIRMED via PHONE CALL ! One hour later i received a text that the bounce house was no longer available . Mind you this was a week before the actual day ! Take your business elsewhere !

Julie Drifka: The guy at the counter got mad because somebody else quoted me a price he didn't want to honor. Then when I returned "the wheelchair," he wound up charging me a late fee... even though I was told I could bring it back anytime by the person who answered the phone earlier. I swear the guy was going to have a heart attack! Not worth it! 😕
Nate Bock: I mainly use the Howell location, but I’ve rented from here a couple of times and have had nothing but good experiences. Save yourself the headache and go with the sure thing when it comes to rental equipment. I highly suggest this location

This guy was rude. I will never go back. Shouldn't equipment be ready to go for rent?Reply to Owner-I will not admit to your LIE. You never mentioned your equipment was not ready to rent. Your lying statement does not clear up anything. You're just trying to make yourself look good to future customers. We can do this all year!!!

Not only was my communications with the service team confusing and inconsistent, when I showed up to pick up the trailer, multiple tires were badly dry rotted.With 8-hours of highway driving ahead of me, you can understand why I would be extremely uncomfortable with this. Instead of replacing the tires, I was simply handed a “spare” that wasn’t even the same size as the others.I left with a put in my stomach, and luckily drove by a neighboring rental business with much better looking trailers (with well maintained tires) for less money.I happily returned the trailer, and drove to the other lot to secure one by a team who cares about the well-being of their customers and equipment.I’m typically not one to write reviews, but this experience was too disappointing not to warn others.

megan shannon: Like many other reviews on here I was treated poorly by a very rude employee named Gary. I rented a wood chipper that got clogged 45 min into my 3 hour rental no one answered when I called or was there when I returned the equipment. Went in on Monday and Gary told me that it was an operator error and refused to refund my fee for the time the equipment did not work. Told me my only option was to get credit to rent the same wood chipper. I refuse to be treated like that by a company and I’m sure would have been treated way differently if I was a man and not a woman. I will try and contact the owner of the store and then just cut my losses and never rent from this company again.
Manuel Washburn: Very rude rented a tent from them the tent was very dirty 2x4s for poles and the chairs were somewhat up to par but one of the guests fell due to faulty chair I should have known better when I walked into the store because all of the equipment looks outdated from the'70s '80s and early 90s and very dirty have pictures will try posting soon save your money and just by the equipment you need to get whatever job done

Nicole Kehoe: Paid in full for table and chairs that I had to end up canceling 8 days before event. Owner refused to refund me any money. Circled on the form that DEPOSITS WOULD NOT BE REFUNDED. I paid in full, more than deposit and he still refused. Said he wished people wouldn’t rent things until they knew for sure. Family coming in from Colorado have COVID and RSV (2 year old very sick) how was I supposed to know this was going to happen? Seriously?? Guy was SUPER RUDE! Never going back. UPDATE: received a phone message saying he was able to rent the table and chairs and if I wanted my refund I had to erase my review. He left this in his message? Um? You can’t be offered money to change a review! I will wait for it to be resolved through the law vs being told I can get it back if I change my review. P. S. Still refusing to return my money minus the refund.
