Rebecca Bash: Awesome place, very clean, must go places for kids.i brought my younger sister for open play . Place was clean and very nice , even I got into the bouncy houses with her to have some fun. They have huge inflatables which will keep kids super busy .The place was very busy though .but we had fun

Chris S: This is the perfect place to tire out your young kids. It's essentially a warehouse full of inflatables. It's spacious and there's only one exit, making it extremely easy to keep an eye on kids. Bonus for the fact that there are rows of comfortable chairs to sit in while waiting.
Jenn Groenhof: Rude and unprofessiona! And they tried to charge my card for canceling because of sick kids without Authorization. I never signed anything or was told anything about canceling other than whats listed on the website. Also kept trying to convince me to come in even though half the kids had sinus infections. You need some leeway on people getting sick. Also you legally cannot ask me to bring in a doctor's note. Do some research.
Amanda Audo: Make sure to call ahead before coming - we were turned away at the door because even though the website said they were open for public jumping (through spring break week) and we were there at the right time, the owner said they had a private party there and we should have called first.
Suresh Babu: Had birthday party for my kid at Jumping Jax and regretted it. Facilities are not clean and the employees are ride to the guests. They give very limited window between events like 5 min which is insane and makes guests confusing whose birthday event is active.

Kat Gandolfo Real Estate Guide: We attended a birthday party here and it was so much fun. Not only did all the children seem to really enjoy their time but so did my husband. As big kids with a shy in new places kid we got right up in the bounce houses with the kiddo's and boy it is fun but it's a workout. Really fun place to host a part but be warned and ready they stick to the time frame very seriously. Make sure you group is aware that when the time is up it's time to go asap. That way you can hopefully avoid some tears.
Ellie Ward: Fun place for kids to go (but not the friendliness). If you are debating on the 1 or 2 hour pass you should know they will not let you add the second hour at the discounted price after the initial hour (you have to purchase when you get there or pay full price). Check/call before you go because they are sometimes closed for birthday parties.

mike schalk: Need two weeks notice of cancellation or else you'll be charged, in my instance my kid was got HFM three days before birthday. In order to get a refund I had to go to Dr's office and get a note just to get a refund. Spoke with some Indian guy on his phone who was rude and unprofessional. I will be doing business elsewhere at this place is complete rip off, and sets parents up for failure when kids get sick.

Laurie Dennis: Kids love it! Nobody working there to enforce the rules the have posted written up above on blow up toys. Kids supposed to be 5. Or older and am littles are climbing up slides but nobody to ask them to stop including parents on cell phones

Franka Crowell: The owner is absolutely the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. No signage outside the building to indicate if they were open to walking or parties only. The website was inaccurate and unhelpful. When I asked about the inaccuracies he told me “come back and let me show you that you’re wrong”. Facility also looked dirty and run down. Will never be returning.
Rae Suboh: Amazing place and service. Such a great place to bring the kids to play while parents can just sit, relax, and watch the kids play. We bring our kids here all the time.The owner is super nice. We came in on Monday September 12th but they are closed on Mondays during school year. The owner was in his car so he called me and the kids and opened the place up for us. Such a nice gesture. Thank you so much.

M. Clarke: Staff were courteous and very helpful. They set up the tables beautifully. The event room was clean. The price was good compared to other venues. The only issue we had was that the water stopped working in the bathroom after about an hour of being there. So guests could not wash their hands or flush the toilet, which was more than an inconvenience. Otherwise everything was great. I would rent the space again, given that there is water in the facilities.
Lana Gevorkyan: I contacted The Sweetest Events more than once hoping to rent the BABY table. I emailed and I called and didn’t receive any call backs from them. I even completed the form on their website and still, no response. Hopefully, I was able to find another company to rent from.And then, the day of my event, The Sweetest Events send me an email asking me to rate their business. Such a bad customer service and overall experience.
