Katey Hull: I love this place!I went here 1 day after my parents had ordered Turkey that tasted like ham for Christmas. It was amazing so I had to go in and check it out for myself. My husband and I both were unsure what to get as it was our first time there we went for lunch the staff was so helpful and asked us lots of questions to direct us in the perfect for each of us. I ended up with the Turkey bacon sandwich and my husband ended up getting ham and swiss cheese sandwich. We both got different types of soups. All the food was generous portions and very tasty. We ate in the restaurant (it wasn’t busy it was between lunch and dinner rush) as we finished up our lunch, the owner came over and asked us how we liked it. And we had told him our experience he than offered us a fresh from the oven cookie this also very yummy!We talked about the Turkey that tasted like ham and so much more. He was so helpful I told him I was going to purchase some ham for the potato soup that I was going to make from scratch latter that night. He could have mad a lot of money there but instead he went thew step by step instructions as to how to use a cheap ham bone (that they sell there) for potato soup. He even told me if I had any issues to call him he could walk me there the process. My soup hasn’t ever been the same again. I thought it was so awesome that he took the time out to talk to us in general but than to save us money, and made our dinner so much better. I am now a regular costumer, I couldn’t be happier.

Linda browers: Great customer service. The owner is so caring, that he takes time to discuss how to store and heat the sides and main dish so that his customers have the best dining experience. This information was given to a customer who asked for help and it was given from a caring person with a kindness in heart. Not to mention the amazing ham and scrumptious smoked turkey. Don't get me started talking about the huge,delicious sandwiches . Yummy!

Like many other times, the first thing we heard was the cashier telling someone what they were out of - that has happened a number of times to us. When I got to the new location, no one working there seemed in any particular hurry. When I got home, I realized that my order was wrong. I tried to call a manager regarding the order and no one ever answered the phone. This is why I don’t go to McAllister’s very often.

orphanedhanyou: Tip to staff: you can have a sandwich that has chips on in AND you can order a side of a bag of chips. They didn't give me the side of chips.... just highlighted the receipt next to my side of chips with a question mark. Maybe just maybe ask the person picking up the order if you have a question?This just appears to be another example of "we don't seem to care about anything". Last time I told them the pickup name and the woman checked the computer and specifically said it was still being worked on. 20 minutes later she realized it was done the whole time and sitting behind the counter. There is no other app or service I rely on...I only call International Catering. The owners are local who have pride in what they service. Their menu has many options but I seem to always get the best reviews when I order the chicken kabobs or shawarma!

Jakup Abedin: I ordered takeout from this restaurant and thought it was pretty good. I liked how it was packaged. I ordered my usual go-to at a Korean Restaurant. Bibimbap, Short Ribs and Dumplings. The Dumplings were chicken, steamed, and crunchy around the edges 😋 Short Ribs carried a nice taste but needed to be a little bit sweeter. I can taste Gochujang was inside the marinade used -it can be overkill if my Bibimbap also incorporates that sauce also. I enjoyed the purple rice from the Bibimbap as it had a unique taste but not a fan of zucchini in it. I'd add shittake mushrooms and cucumbers instead. Overall experience was wonderful and from general Uber take out -that's difficult since food is generally cold by the time it gets to you.Update: I just downgraded this restaurant since I got burned short ribs. What I mean by this is: Shorts Ribs once cooked in one pan or grill tends to have burned bits in high heat. My Short Ribs were all cooked in either reused pot, reused oil or there was too much marinade. Either way a good cook typically can tell the difference. I've made Short Ribs many times in my life and if it's in medium heat, it won't burn as bad. I also had Chicken Wings and it taste like they went with sweet and sour sauce so I wasn't impressed.P.S. This place doesn't have White Rice supposedly
