Paul Blur: This place is by far the worst burger king. I ask for fresh food and its always old. They smother everything in mayo and make it not edible. I have called and even went up there and talked to management. They still some how manage to mess up my food. They put so much mayo on my burger my wrapper is white. They are only hurting themselves by using so much food cost and losing customers. Will not be returning to this location ever again ! I suggest you spend your money somewhere else. The manager is Ann is she definitely needs to do better.

Joe Nehls: I was hungry. I wanted a Whopper. They sold me a Whopper and it tasted like a Whopper. The sandwich had exactly the level of quality that I expected. Burger King is a fantastic establishment not because it is fancy or makes an exceptional product. It is a fantastic establishment because the mediocrity is consistent. Isn't that what you really want sometimes? Consistent mediocrity? There is a time and a place for gambling. Maybe at an Indian casino or maybe in your car with a scratcher before you leave the gas station. But do you really want to gamble on food when you've got some place to be? I didn't think so. Celebrate and cherish the consistent mediocrity of Burger King.

Chris Janderwski: They cannot handle having two drive-thru lanes. They kept having me wait while cars kept driving up after me. They forgot they had two lines and I been waiting. Poor service.

Wells Foster: You have maybe a 1/3 chance of having your order taken. I work late and get out at 11, this is usually the only place open, however they will literally just look at you and not take your order. Today I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes. They never took my order but would take different lane's orders. I know their mic worked because they told me to keep waiting. Seven people went ahead of me. Plus one time a cashier with a giant boil told me he thought covid was a hoax. Don't go here.

Allan Meehan Jr: Went through drive thru and were asked to wait then another car came to other lane and their order taken before us. When we got to first window the guy took forever just to repeat our order. Then at pick up window we waited 10 mins to be given wrong order so we give back and tells us just a minute then another 10 mins for our food. The food wasn't that great and the drinks were poor tasting. Would not recommend this place.

Monica Slone: This location is rude when THEY mess up YOUR order. We ordered on 2 different occasions and both times our food was not as we ordered it and when we got it replaced the sandwiches were made extra sloppy, so much mayonnaise and tomatoes the bread was a soggy mess and couldn't even taste the chicken. Kathleen Shattuck: I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit meal in the drive-through. When I got home, I saw that the biscuit was totally burned! I took it back, showed it to the "manager", and she questioned whether it was really burned. After she asked the kitchen person if her biscuits were burned (of course she said, "no"), she offered a croissant to me instead of a biscuit. I didn't want to replace my biscuit with a croissant so she gave me some of my money back because she didn't know what number I'd ordered. I had to go elsewhere to get my sandwich.

Brie VanBennekom: This Burger King continuously messes up my order. Which, isn’t usually a big deal. I go back, and they fix it or I just deal with it. But this has happened numerous times and after last night, I decided that I wanted a refund so I could go elsewhere.I called and was hung up on, despite being polite. I tried calling multiple times last night and today with no response. So I went in person and the manager was rude from the get-go.At first she refused to give me a refund but after I explained why I was requesting one and how this has happened multiple times, I wasn’t going to come back. She accepted the receipt and said it didn’t have a date on it. Which is honestly, not my issue. I told her I could prove that I called multiple times, she proceeded to demand that I show her my BANK ACCOUNT if I want a refund, to prove that I was there last night.I did agree to show her my bank account (which honestly, never should’ve happened) and she proceeded to say that “this is the only time we’re giving you a refund.” I suggested she teach her cooks how to make a double cheeseburger, only ketchup correctly at that point. And that I didn’t expect a refund again as I wouldn’t be returning.

The man that takes the orders is always rushing me the last three times I have been there within the last three months. I did not say that I was done ordering and I was still talking, but he proceeded to tell me what my total was. I never receive any sauces when I asked, unless at the window and asking for them a second time. This was the same man the last three times.
