David Zuhlke: Great service, repair, communication and customer service! Brought my CD player in for repair … would not play all the way through any CD. The staff worked through diagnosing the problem, ordered and replaced a part, and kept me informed throughout the process! The repair costs were very reasonable and the player seems to be playing great! Thank you! Highly recommend!

Adugna Moritz: I went in looking for some capacitors and got the help right away. Even though they didn’t have the exact spec, they looked around and tried helping me as much as they could (ended up getting the right capacitors). Very nice people and straightforward. The second time I went in looking for a peculiar shaped woofer for my vizio sound system, the went above and beyond trying to help. They gave me tips and tricks on how I could possible overcome my situation. Small business but I highly recommend and they’re very professional with what they do.

Keith Landry: I brought in a vintage record player to have the volume repaired, everything else worked just no volume. 5 weeks later it still sat where I placed it in their shop. They would not even refund my bench fee. I took it to another shop in Lansing and had it fixed in 2 days. I could not recommend this business to anyone.
John Customer: I took a vintage receiver and a turntable there for service. I wasn't thrilled about the place. Seemed like an unprofessional fly by night type of thing. I don't know if there are any certified electronic specialists there. They did tell me it might take awhile to fix. 5 months later, I decided to pick the stuff up. It was still sitting in the same place I left it, apparently never touched. At least they gave me back the $40 I deposited.

Phil Damico: Staff was cool and helpful. Did a refund/exchange with no qualms or issues. They even help put in batteries the right way if you need it. Also DO NOT pay a mechanic for a diagnostic on your car. They'll put it on the machine free here. Same thing a mechanic will do.
