Tony Johnson: Ordered two cheese steaks and an order of mozzarella sticks. All the mozzarella sticks where completely hollow no cheese at all. Subs where ok very small for the price.

Amber J: So one of my friends convinced me to try this again after a very much 1-star before (Af_Bunny).I have to say they have redeemed themselves. The Chicken was flavorful. The steak capo was well done. The ranch fries were great warm.Still haven’t gotten that lunch from the last review but meh…it took a lot of convincing to try again.
DaVante: The food is great but going inside, I just didn’t have a good experience. The employees lying about the price of combos, begging me to get a drink for “10 more cents” when it was 4 dollars. They also didn’t realize they didn’t take it off and charged me for it after I realized the price jump. That’s either a new employee (still doesn’t excuse it) or trying to get me out of 4 extra bucks which makes no sense. Either way I’m never coming back inside and I would stick to DoorDash if you want this place.Update: upon seeing the review, the owner wanted to make things right. I changed my review with this effort in mind.

Matt Jabs: Had the "Capo Cheesesteak" sandwich today.The good:1) the steak and grilled onions had good flavor2) it was pretty greasy, I kinda like this.The bad:1) it's a CHEESEsteak, there is supposed to be cheese on it. If there was cheese it was not detectable by sight, taste, or texture.2) I understand Bidenflation, but $10 seems high for an 8" sandwich with no drink or sides.3) it was pretty greasy, some people will not like this.If the cheese ration gets fixed, I'll try it again. If not, I won't be back.

TimeKeeper: The food was incredible, the only downside is no coke, but they got pepsi, and all I wanted was a Pepsi. Employees were pretty nice, and it wasnt as crowded as the places nearby. Also the waffle fries are better than Chick-fil-A, don't tell Chick-fil-A I said that.

Keith Rouse: Great place to stop for a bite to eat. Had the Capos Cheesesteak with the waffle fries and it was outstanding. Everything cooked to order so my fries were hot and perfectly crisp. The waffle fries rank as some of the best in East Lansing. The sandwich was cheesy and savory. Perfect comfort food. Will be back!

Rebecca Sylvester: My artichoke sub was adequate, my husband's teriyaki chicken sub had no tetiyaki was chicken+cheese--the younger woman who brought out our food was super polite and brought out more mayo that i asked for, the guy who took our order was not friendly at all, my husband and I were the only order in there, the place was empty and it took about 15 minutes for our subs to come out! Cheryl: I only give two stars for atmosphere because the building was so cold. You had to keep your coats on. It wasn't even funny and I know it's not the employees fault but they really do need to fix their heat in there. Other people were in there also complaining of the coldness, otherwise food was delicious. Customer service was excellent. I'll definitely go back.

Kevin Coriasso: The most overpriced garbage I’ve ever had in my entire life. Their large sub had the circumference of a cardboard paper towel roll. The medium sub was only 1/3 the size of the large and was basically just bread. I can’t even imagine what the small sub looks like. All together, 1 large sub, 1 medium sub, two medium fries, and 2 drinks came out to a total of $41 dollars. If you take anything away from this review, I would highly recommend just going across the street to Big John’s because you will get 5x as much food for half the price.

The worker behind the counter had two people in line and said I’m done after those two in line. So I didn’t get to order anything at all. He was very rude about it and was throwing stuff around behind the counter. After that I don’t really want to go there again.

ki Dungey: I’ve been going to this location for awhile and everything’s been good, enough for me to drive out there from holt. The staff is somewhat friendly. I tried calling when I got out of work as I work further from this spot and no answer just a message system that nobody responds to, so I drove over an hour to get there for the guy to tell me that we’re out of steak. Crazy! Please start answering your phones.
Saeed Jafaei: The Philly Steak sandwich doesn't tastes good. I felt I was eating donair meet which is junk. I don't recommend it.
Adam Kibiloski: Tried going there to order at 6:00. They close at 8:00. The guy told me he decided to close early today. Unacceptable, and I will never be giving you my business again. That doesn't even touch the fact that their subs are usually poorly made, thin of meat, cheese, and veggies, and overpriced. You're lucky if you get out of there in less than 20 minutes for a sub or two. Actually, you're lucky if you walk up and there's even an employee in site. Absolutely not worth my time or money to go here ever again.

John T: The last two times I have tried eat here there has been no one at the front counter. After waiting 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter and help me, I got sick of waiting and walked off. I enjoy eating here while shopping at the mall, but the service has fallen off badly. I wont be wasting anymore time on this place while the employees hide in the back.

Stacy Tomlin: I've eaten here a few times while visiting the mall. Everytime, staff is extremely nice and helpful. I don't know what that cheese is made out of but it's delicious! I have gotten the original Philly steak cheese sub and to drink.... The peach lemonade! It is my favorite drink at the mall. I actually crave it. Lemonade with little pieces of peaches at the bottom that actually fit in the straw! Seriously awesome! They have strawberry and blueberry also but never wanted anything but the peach! Yum 😊

Austin Milligan: Sandwiches are always delicious and hit a spot that I never knew needed to be hit. The service could be better but it's set up like a fast food joint so the people there are there to feed you and move to the next person, no complaints there. The overall dining area could be cleaned up better, but let's be honest they're cleaning their dining area just as much as other fast food joints. Overall there's nothing special about this location, but the food is worth getting a 16" sandwich for leftovers, and then eating the whole thing anyway because you have no self control
