Indago McIntyre: Upon asking if they still had eggs(it was dinner time) i was told yes by the other employee, the gentlemen applied the ham and the girl went to grab the egg and there was none left. I let them know ill take a meatball instead and instead of them switching meats, they took the "messed up sub" and put it aside while telling me "no worries this wont go to waste". Then proceeded to send me to the back of the line and made me wait again for the guy to make a brand new sandwich. I had already waited for 6 people and had to wait for another 3 people. Btw im 8 months pregnant and she made everyone in the lobby uncomfy(going off the disbelief in their faces), including the guy she was working with. All because she wanted the other sub for herself. Disrespect at its finest. Ill be contacting the manager as well.

gary henderson: So im glad that this location can just turn down buiness. Yesterday my wife and I stop here to get dinner. When I went to open the door the lady inside had locked the door. Got behnd the counter and said where closed. This was at 8:24 pm. The door said open until 9pm. So we drover to the W.Saginaw location and spent $28.00. I will never go back to this location again. Poor customer service at its best.

Jacob Torok: I just got a sub today (12:00PM, May 30) and the two ladies working were so kind & patient despite there being NO AC and NO COLD WATER OR ICE in the building. Amazing people working, however, I felt bad for them. It’s 85° and they don’t even have access to cool air or cold water. Whomever owns this Subway needs to put more money into it & take better care of their workers. Again, whomever was working today and took my order and made my sandwich, y’all deserve better and thank you for being there.

William Botz: Under new ownership, the hours are now steady, ingredients fresh, staff was very personable, you can use the app for this location now. It's a proper Subway with a very clean place. It's what I remember from when Subway was young. Kudos to the new owner and especially to the employee I met just a bit ago, she really did a good job and was very sweet.

Mara Vega: There is this lady who works most of day shift. I believe her name is Cynthia, she can either come across as really hyper or paranoid. She has been a complete a hole to me every time. She doesn't listen to me, cuts me off, tells me how I should make my sandwich because it's Subway Protocol when no one ever has said that to me. I don't like my veggies toasted but to her that's a big no no. She recognizes me by now so every time I come in she never has what I order. How convenient. When I do order something different due to her lack of customer service, that too, is a problem. I get really timid during awkward social interactions, and I hate coming to this location because she is always there and makes my anxiety even worse.

K.C. McIntosh (Kick It wit K.C. Mc.): The people who worked here are very unprofessional. They don’t pay attention to the details of the orders. It takes forever to make a sandwich. I think it takes two of their employees to make one sandwich and it’s not busy inside. It doesn’t make sense if it’s not efficient. Would not recommend.
Meagan Mcbride: They have a great atmosphere and a super clean store. The brunette named Briana helped me and made my sandwich and was so nice and polite. Also grabbed a couple cookies and a drink. Cookies and sandwich were amazing. This is my favorite store to go to. Will always return to this store whenever I'm craving a sandwich. 10 out of 10 recommend

I was annoyed to say the least but Corey (Hope I spelled his name right) was very nice an was extremely patient with all 5 of us even when my GF changed her order a little b4 it all started. Was very professional the whole time with us. I felt bad about not leaving a bigger tip due to my budget so I decided to leave a gr8 review because how professional he was with us. Fast an efficient worker. Needs a raise if he hasn't gotten one already. Jenna Fisher: Second time placing an online order at this location and having both meals completely messed up. Almost as if they don’t read and decide to make up whatever sandwiches they’d like. Highly disappointed and waste of money. Will not return. Avoid this location or go inside to order if you want your food made correctly, but even then you’ll want to pay close attention to make sure it’s right.

Hannah: Placed a mobile order, went inside to pick it up, and it was not sitting there yet. An order for a gentleman was however. An employee put another order on the shelf and I asked if it was for Hannah. On both bags he accidentally put the same mans name on both orders. He said he grabbed the wrong receipt for the order and handed me one of the bags sitting there with my receipt. Brought my order home opened it and they were two completely wrong sandwiches. It was the gentleman’s order not mine. I understand if it was busy and my order got messed up, but there was only me and one family in the restaurant. Better attention to detail is needed for this Subway.
