Mr.&Mrs. Armstrong: Al was great. Very relaxing and casual lounge. His personal cigars are awesome. I tried the triple rolled cigar and it’s literally the best cigar I’ve had. Smokes great, tastes great. Will return!
Jacob Woodward: Really cool place with a lot more to do than just smoke cigars (pool table, darts, TVs, speaker, coffee maker, fridge and the byob policy was also very convenient). The owner, Al, is an easy going and welcoming guy who was very informative about the cigars.
Ali Khanafer: Great place with an amazing owner! Never been here before, and the second my friends and I stepped into the store Al made us feel at home and like family. He explained to us the history of the store, told us how everything worked, and explained to us the different types of cigars offered and the differences. His hospitality and kindness was evident from the start, and will definitely be coming back whenever I'm in town!

Jeremy Wilson: A staple and unique fixture of East Lansing. True tobacconist, not a head shop in disguise. They are happy to help, just ask. Need bulk supplies, call ahead. Not limited to a corporate inventory like other local shops; which allows them to carry a bigger selection. Perfect for the budget or casual tobacco enthusiasts as well as the discerning smoker looking for quality accessories. Really the only place in greater Lansing that is consistently quality and has remained so since I first visited in 1999. Thankfully parking access has improved a lot, but be prepared to walk on a busy weekend.

They also have a very large walk in humidor with an insane cigar selection. A very cool glass selection as well. I Wouldn’t hesitate to send anyone looking for a highly dependable tobacco shop to this establishment. I learned today they are the mother store for Mr. Vapor down the street and I hope to make it in there soon to check it out. Outstanding work, and service team. See Thru My Eyes It Will Help You See Clearly: Worst customer service ever! I walked from the Haven to check the other smoke shop out I was in my work clothes. ( I do private construction and remodeling of home's, at times very dirty job.) The male that was there rushed over to me and stared at me like I was going to steal something while the female danced behind the counter never once asking if I needed help or if I would like to see something. Rang me up never asked of I wanted a bag.there isn't enough room in the store and it's set up badly. I will never spend a penny there again if it was that last smoke shop on earth. I won't check out the one on the other side of town because of the bad behavior of the staff at this one.

Kyle Hickman: Came in trying to get a piece for my girlfriend's birthday. Dude behind the counter, Dave, ended up talking me into getting an extra nectar collector, torch, and two candles. The dude doesn't even get any good type of commission. I don't know what these other people on here are complaining about him for. He deserves a promotion, or at the very least a raise. Only gave it 4 stars because I figured ya'll would be more likely to see it.

Jen Wolf: I'm giving them four out of five stars at the moment, only because while normally I would give them five, and the business absolutely has my loyalty, but there is one little snag. There is one employee, a male by the name of Dave, who is just rude. I've watched him several times; it's not just to me, but to every customer he deals with. He acts as though every customer is a burden to him and every minute he has to spend serving them is taking out of his precious personal life or something. Not only that, but he even lies to customers; he lied to me twice, and I've heard that he lied at least one other time to someone else, so he has no business sense whatsoever and he definitely does not match the rest of the staff of this fine establishment, who are on point and wonderful-I have nothing but great things to say about them. The fact that he rushes you, coupled with the absolute no return policy is a real good way to lose money so if you go in there and Dave is on duty, you might be better off coming back at another time. Just thought people should know about this.To be very clear: I love this store, and they will continue to be my only tobacco/vape store as long as I'm in this area!

I get if they have to use the restroom or something, but what are the chances of that happening to me the last 3 times I have been there? Nathan: Usually have a nice selection of juice, wide variety of coils I usually can't find anywhere else, the woman I assume to be the manager is awesome, never caught her name, is knowledgeable on anything in the shop, has a great attitude even when training newbies, and has recommended me things that have been my new go to. Kinda under rated in my opinion.
Michael Erdman: Has a decent selection in hardware. Overpriced. Never had enough juice varieties. Nice customer service.
