chris paul: Please please update your hours. I live about 20 minutes away and try to come at about 11:30 every Saturday and you guys are never open I waited till about 12 and left. This happened the last 3 saturdays I’ve came. Decent store with decent hookah stuff but if there was another store close by you’d never see me there again… all I’m asking is if you’re never open at 11 on Saturday.. change your hours. Terrible customer obsession and carelessness

Bought a hookah two days ago just to find out that the base has a water leak in it and the guy at the store tells he can’t do anything about it except take a look at the defect. No returns no exchanges.It’s a good business. Sell defective items because ofcourse you can’t use and check a hookah at the store if it’s working fine as soon as you buy it.Then say no returns and exchanges.Applause to the owner. Iceman 2001: In the past I had good experiences but when I bought something for about 50 that didn't work there was no refund. Actually told me to buy more from them which was unprofessional. upset w exp here. Mgmt/owner should change practice.
Tyler Armstrong: Bought some coils for an oil vape. And found out they were the wrong size. The coils were clean, I had a receipt and the original packaging and they wont accept my return.Not to mention the store looks unorganized from front to back and the worker had to open 4 packs of coils and take some out to put together the 1 pack I needed.

I brought a scale from there with my last money for a school project and it broke the next day and they said they couldn't exchange EVEN though I had the receipt saying I brought it not even 24 hours ago, so not only did I lose out on my last $40, I also failed my project because I had no scale to complete it. If you care about customer service I would 100% not recommend
James Rush: Most of the glass here looks like hell, and what doesn't, is massively overpriced. If you need a hookah, and are willing to subject yourself to needlessly terrible customer service, come here. Otherwise, there's better shops literally a block away.
Lea Gierucki: Just the worst and most expensive smoke shop ever. Went there last night with my husband, one rude guy who doesn't know where the keys are for the cabinets. Also when I asked him to keep a piece out so I can compare it with some other pieces, he ignored me and put it right back inside the cabinet. Extremely unfriendly, very very very expensive. Simply not worth your business.

Lyla Luoto: I can’t speak for the other products sold here, but my boyfriend stopped here to check out their cigars. The selection was quite small compared to the glass in the shop which was extensive. But he was most upset because the cigar he purchased was extremely brittle and dry. Definitely not properly stored. Not a great place to stop for cigars.

Don't get me wrong they had decent glass and everything and the price of it all wasn't outlandish, it just didn't have much life to it all. The girl behind the counter was very helpful and tried hard to find us something we wanted.

All of their employees are brand new and are left there alone which is not fair to them on their first day. And now it seems that they are only taking cash… I’m not sure what’s going on with the store but I do feel bad for their employees, and I really hope that they can get all their problems straightened out.

Kyle Hickman: Came in trying to get a piece for my girlfriend's birthday. Dude behind the counter, Dave, ended up talking me into getting an extra nectar collector, torch, and two candles. The dude doesn't even get any good type of commission. I don't know what these other people on here are complaining about him for. He deserves a promotion, or at the very least a raise. Only gave it 4 stars because I figured ya'll would be more likely to see it.

Jen Wolf: I'm giving them four out of five stars at the moment, only because while normally I would give them five, and the business absolutely has my loyalty, but there is one little snag. There is one employee, a male by the name of Dave, who is just rude. I've watched him several times; it's not just to me, but to every customer he deals with. He acts as though every customer is a burden to him and every minute he has to spend serving them is taking out of his precious personal life or something. Not only that, but he even lies to customers; he lied to me twice, and I've heard that he lied at least one other time to someone else, so he has no business sense whatsoever and he definitely does not match the rest of the staff of this fine establishment, who are on point and wonderful-I have nothing but great things to say about them. The fact that he rushes you, coupled with the absolute no return policy is a real good way to lose money so if you go in there and Dave is on duty, you might be better off coming back at another time. Just thought people should know about this.To be very clear: I love this store, and they will continue to be my only tobacco/vape store as long as I'm in this area!

I get if they have to use the restroom or something, but what are the chances of that happening to me the last 3 times I have been there? You can't make money and sell things if your doors aren't open 🤷🏼♀️ Guess I'll just take my business elsewhere.

RV Rikard: Very friendly and knowledgeable folks at Puff Puff. I went in looking for vape coils that are sold out everywhere. I decided that I wanted an upgraded device. Instead of up-selling a $100+ device the folks suggested a reasonably priced device that works great! Many thanks! I plan to be a repeat customer.
Jonathon: After spending over 100 dollars just to find out less than ONE HOUR after buying a 50 dollar vape battery and wasting another 50 trying to get it to work cause I was misinformed by multiple employees at this store and they would not work with me in anyway and being very disrespectful not taking ownership that they were at faultDONT GO HERE 4 SURE ! ! !I know I wont be.
Jamie Rademacher: Puff Puff is my LAST choice option for smoke shops in Lansing. The last 2 Breeze Plus’ I bought (which were $4 more than other places, but since they were the only place open after 9pm I gave them a shot) tasted burnt immediately out of the packaging, and last night my girlfriend went in at 9:30pm to buy a Breeze Pro (which she normally gets from Wildside for $13, it was $18 at Puff Puff) was spitting large amounts of juice right out of the packaging, so she went in today with her receipt to try to either exchange it or possibly get a discount off of a different vapor and they flat out said “No, there’s nothing we can do, you would’ve had to come back in last night.” How was she supposed to do that when she didn’t even get home and have a chance to open it til after they closed?? She left the store at 9:30pm and says so on the receipt. It doesn’t make sense. Horrible customer service, way overpriced on all products, and definitely not worth wasting your money on, even if they are open that extra hour at night than everyone else. My advice: wait til the next morning for your go-to shop to open. I’ve only been to this place 3 times and each time it’s been a waste of almost $20, thanks a lot Puff Puff, but I gotta Pass next time.
Alex Domino: I originally bought a battery. It was the wrong size. I came back to exchange for a smaller one. I was told no. I have never had issues before like that, especially being a component that does not touch human orafices. It was not a vape cart. That was the last time i go there. Im out $20 for something that was not the right size. Lost a customer.

Austin Knowles: Was looking to get a nice cigar and it was Sunday and my usual spot was closed. I walk into the cigar room and notice it was as dry as the rest if the store and immediately had my doubts, on top of the odd cigar selection that looks to be weird labels with nice graphics on them. Found a Romeo y Julieta 1875 which I usually enjoy thoroughly but I go to smoke it and taste horrible and dried out due to no humidity in the cigar room. Would only recommend this place if you are a 16 year old looking for someone to sell you an overpriced bong or some swishers.
