Capitol City Unprofessionals: Rob goes above and beyond. They were out of a drink my husband wanted, and he picked something else. This guy went back and double checked and flagged us down in the parking lot to say he found it, if he wanted to come back in. He's always friendly and helpful. All the employees here are incredibly kind, helpful, friendly, they look out for their customers, each and every one of them. The good employees make the 5 star at this speedway. I hope they're given the recognition they deserve and stay.

Karry Mason: The workers are rude! And it's ridiculous that they lock the restrooms and tell people they are closed for the night. We came back from out of town and couldn't even use the restroom my son nor I could use the restroom. I will know next time to not go to a speedway. I spend a lot at several locations weekly. But looks like I may need to find another gas station. After the experience my son and I just went through.

Brandon Gardner: Staff is great so it gets an extra star. Actual cost at the pump is more than on the marquee and the ads they play at the pump are loud and obnoxious without any way to mute.
Bradley Hilts: Bought E85 gas wouldn't allow me to use e85 handle... Went back inside and they reset pump... Cashier came out complaining about pump errors! He put the handle in pressed e85 button I pushed yes! I thanked the cashier and he went back inside...Got my gas and pulled out without further problems! I usually have good experiences at this location,

phillip curtis: Don't go in there very often and this is yet another reason why, employees don't know what to look for while cleaning the fountain machine, the employee that I let know about this didn't seem to really care about it and just went on about her deal.... Machine should've been shut down immediately to be completely cleaned. Who knows how many people have used that machine and never seen it for that matter it makes me wonder how long it was there due to employee negligence. Considering the fact that these machines have been around for years you'd think the companies using them would implement training on how to properly clean and in some cases diagnose the issue at hand. Messaged the QD Facebook page and got the automated response bs. Glad the one I go to all the time is on top of this kind of stuff before it starts.
RyRy LeSeney: I cashed my paycheck at the ATM and bought 2 beers.. I discovered the beer cans was dented and banged up to the point if I would of opened em they would have exploded. LOL The senile clerk called me a liar after notifying him.. I didn't ask for my money back I just walked out before I b#$ch slapped him. The clerk suffers from dementia and needs to seriously consider retirement. He is lucky I am patient with senior citizens because it could have been way worse for him.. Trash store and trash staff!

Aisha S: This is the closest store to where I live and I don't have a car so I appreciate the convenience . I love the Arizona teas for only $1 and my daughter loves their donuts and icecream . My daughter's bike did get stolen at one time in front of this store so be careful in the parking lot. It wasn't there fault though .

Bedside Goblin: First, let me say if you are not from the area and you want great doughnuts, ice cream and reasonably priced craft beer, this is the place. Just not this location in the mid afternoon and evenings as this is when the wicked witch seems to work. I really would feel sorry for this woman if she wasn't so mean. Hence, why I have not called the main office about this as I don't want to make her life any worse.
Elijah Marzorati: Worst customer service I've ever had! I bought a gallon of milk, literally an hour and a half ago, and opened it up. Right away I got a nasty wave of sour, spoiled milk smell. I called the store right away and let the guy who answered know what was going on. Besides telling me he wasn't going to do anything to address my problem, he was rude and brash. And before I could even ask for a manager to talk to about this, he hung up on me. Hell of a way to treat a customer.
Logan Walton: Usually go to this store once a day. Have never had any problems with any of the employees. Had a issue today with a product and called them and let them know. When i brought the product back, the manager was in there complaining about me. She did not know i was in the store. Did not make me happy at all. She was a little shocked when she realized it was me. Maybe she needs more training!

AmarieB Lansing: The location at North East street has a very rude manager. She never greets you or speaks to you if you are brown skinned. I've been ignored when speaking directly to her. Worst quality dairy I've ever been in. I live 1/8 mile and will travel to go to another QD just because of her. The QD on Michigan Ave is great and the staff friendly and helpful.

L: Krystal was really helpful with the QD card and very polite! Regardless it being super early the energy in the store was happy and light. Great selection of fresh donuts and other things. It’s a hometown favorite, if you know you know.

Selina Terry: The older woman who works night shift stole my wallet and once I told her that I had an AirTag on it and then I’d be going to my car to hit the button to sound it , my wallet mysteriously appeared near the donuts after I had checked the whole store. Will not be returning back to this location.

But enough that it is almost always my second choice during regular business hours and first choice for late night "emergency" shopping runs!

Well when I went to eat them it did not taste like they use to it has to much Cinnamon an not much Apple so i will have to find some other place to git my favorite. If someone else no war a good apple fritters are at in the lansing area id like to know.
Stephanie Navarro: I LOVE QD!! My kid loves their donuts! They're made fresh every day! They have a great selection! They also make muffins that I have a preference for :) The blueberry is the BEST!! They have ice cream that you can get by the cone or in a cup. They do have curbside pick up & delivery @ this time.

I was with my 3 year old son and she left me there when I was putting my son in the car. I was terrified he may do something. VERY SCARY EXPERIENCE. How can you be a manager and be so damn irresponsible.
YouTube kids toy: Has black mold in milk coolers told management they said they knew but don't have time to clean it because of covid they only get 30 hrs a week!! Check it out next time you go gross
