Sheila Cookson: Awesome place! Every place we called wanted nearly $100 just to walk in then charge for repairs. While my experience still stands my Daughter as also had a great first experience. She took her laptop back last Fall now he says they have no record and can't find it. Unfortunately they didn't provide a receipt and she trusted them so she's apparently out of a laptop that needed minor repairs.

Careen L: A company with integrity, how refreshing! I've used them many times over the years (iPhones, iPads, and computers). Recently they told me my broken iPhone was not worth repairing. They could've raked me over the coals but instead they were honest and didn't charge me a penny for their time spent. Highly recommend!

Courtney V: i dropped my phone and the screen started turning black, i think the crystals were leaking. i took it in and got the screen replaced, but was having some issues with the Face ID & speaker. they had me bring it in no questions asked to try and troubleshoot the issue. it turns out it was a bad batch of replacement screens (this kind of thing happens sometimes). they upgraded me with a new replacement screen and it’s working perfectly (face id and all)!! they have incredible customer service and are incredibly transparent about time frames and pricing. i will be recommending them to everyone i know! got some great ppl working there!

I asked them if they were able to save information and the giy said yes. Came back to pickup and computer had not been touched. He said he would work on it that day. Waited and never received a text that it was done. Feel they need to work on communication and people skills.
MikeIsOnFire: My laptop had a broken charging port and we tried some methods to fix it and nothing worked. Then they wanted to tear it down and check the motherboard. sure enough there was corrosion. I said i didnt want them to fix it because i was going to sell it and they cleaned it anyway and now it works! Forever greatful!

Jackson Nordbeck: Very great experience with Capitol Macintosh. They were able to complete repairs a lot quicker and with much better reliability when compared with the apple repair service center. The staff was also very responsive and knowledgable and able to help while also explaining what was wrong with my computer. I would recommend using Capitol Macintosh for whatever apple device you need repaired.

Brought in my laptop that was sitting for three years and was told something was spilled on it and it had mold in it, also it didn't have a hard drive in it. Was told that I should just get a new laptop which I was figuring I would do anyway. They tried to help but was unable to do to the damage. They looked at it for free. But good prices on there devices in store. Will be a returning customer when needed.
Luke Margules: Apple's shipping times are frustratingly unreliable, but the experts at capitol macintosh do their very best with what they are given. My macbook pro needed a display replacement and as far as I can tell their work is flawless. They kept in communication with me while I was impatiently waiting for the display to arrive and worked quickly once it finally did. I'll update this review if I face any issues, but I don't anticipate there will be any. Thanks Viviano and the rest of the CM!
