Rowan Reszka: Tried to buy an adobe cc student license a couple weeks ago but they lost my purchase. I eventually was able to get a refund and upon trying to purchase another one I was told I needed a department account which not even the staff seemed to understand. I will commend them for doing there best to help me, but nobody seemed to know how to properly purchase a license and use it in a timely manner. Really confusing so I just caved in bought the more expensive subscription. :(
Brock Eaves: Very friendly staff and exceptional products but I don’t recommend purchasing any tech you would consider a necessity from here. Was left computer-less for over five weeks due to disorganization/carelessness. Would recommend just buying your computer from Best Buy instead.
Preston: Small but had some good stuff. Tech people are willing to talk with you about your computer. BUT just to visit you must pay $2 minimum to park. Therefore not worth it. MSU wants to squeeze every bit they can.

She took her laptop back last Fall now he says they have no record and can't find it. Unfortunately they didn't provide a receipt and she trusted them so she's apparently out of a laptop that needed minor repairs.

shay jensen: apple has a reputation of above and beyond customer service and positive attitudes — something sorely absent from this location. this is the worst apple store i have ever dealt with (and i’ve been to plenty across multiple states).every time i enter this store, i’m treated as if i’m a burden or impeding socialization between the staff. there’s only one staff member that has ever been helpful out of the nearly half a dozen i’ve encountered personally. unfortunately, since she’s the only person who is friendly, knowledgeable and seems to be there to work she’s usually busy assisting other customers:on two separate occasions staff members have tried to give me the run around about doing a warranty exchange. the first was for my magsafe wallet that came apart less than six months after purchase. i had the receipt but i was told if i didn’t have the original box i couldn’t do a warranty exchange (false). the second time i was exchanging a usb-c cable (2m) that was defective after only a month of use. i had the original packing this time to avoid any argument from the staff. the person assisting me grabbed a usb-c cable and handed it to me. when i got home i noticed there was some discoloration on it but didn’t think much of it. when i went to actually use it, i noticed instead of being wrapped as it would when it’s brand new from the package it was partially tangled. my cable i purchased less than a month ago was replaced with a used cable with visible wear.i’ve also been given the wrong information many times from people assisting me at this store. a few examples are being told i only needed a 30w charger for my Macbook pro, a staff member telling me only the iPad pro charges with usb-c (this was after both the Air and Mini switched from lightning), being told I couldn’t reuse my SIM after a warranty exchange (as an excuse for why they lost or tossed it). i luckily do my research so for the most part i know when i’m being misled but many others do not which i am sure is a frustrating situation when they trust the staff to be knowledgeable.the worst example i have of bad customer service at this store is me asking about a product i wanted to purchase that i had seen online and the staff member assisting me shrugged and told me he didn’t know what it was before walking away from me. i located it myself and returned to where he was hiding in the corner of the store chatting with another staff member. he rolled his eyes and sighed when i approached him so at that point, i was no longer interested in purchasing anything from that store. i put it back and left.i love apple as a company but if there was any other option for apple stores reasonably close, i’d go there instead. in fact, i’d probably drive an hour just to not deal with the staff at this store. they’re that bad.note: the quality of the products is not my reasoning for the low rating but the quality of service i received — sometimes stuff is defective. i understand that and since i work customer service myself, i’m always polite.

She went above and beyond to make sure the problem was addressed quickly while giving exceptional customer care!Also repaired my MAC with them when it was shattered and completely destroyed last year and haven’t had any issues with it since. Hands down recommend Capital Macintosh 🙌🏿
Jackson Nordbeck: Very great experience with Capitol Macintosh. They were able to complete repairs a lot quicker and with much better reliability when compared with the apple repair service center. The staff was also very responsive and knowledgable and able to help while also explaining what was wrong with my computer. I would recommend using Capitol Macintosh for whatever apple device you need repaired.

Luke Margules: Apple's shipping times are frustratingly unreliable, but the experts at capitol macintosh do their very best with what they are given. My macbook pro needed a display replacement and as far as I can tell their work is flawless. They kept in communication with me while I was impatiently waiting for the display to arrive and worked quickly once it finally did. I'll update this review if I face any issues, but I don't anticipate there will be any. Thanks Viviano and the rest of the CM!

Megan Hishon: Very friendly people. After taking my laptop to best buy, they recommended this place and I am glad they did. Very friendly and helpful staff. I went in less than an hour before close and they were very kind and even stayed after their closing time to try to fix my laptop. Unfortunately there was no saving it without replacing the motherboard, but they explained things well and gave me advice and references in case I wanted to further look into saving it. Overall a great experience even though my laptop had to be laid to rest
Raven Moore: I took my laptop in for a screen repair after Best Buy told me it would take them 6-8 weeks but "Go try Digilink, they're fast and wonderful guys". I was told it would be 5-7 business days. When they ordered the screen, it took almost two months because of the COVID shipping crisis. When the screen came in, it was the wrong one. They did this same thing TWICE. I patiently waited, trying to be understanding that COVID has really messed up all business processes. Eventually it got to the six month mark and I had no updates, no laptop, and they still had no screen. During this six month time period, not ONCE did I get a phone call with updates from them. I always had to call them first. They were never empathic, compassionate, or truly seemed like they cared that they had my laptop for 6 months either. I'm a student, my life is surronded around Zoom lectures, I really needed it fixed ASAP. I eventually just took my laptop from them, took it to Best Buy, and guess what? Best Buy had it done in a week and a half at 1/3 of the quoted cost. I'm so frustrated with this business. I would avoid going back at all costs.

Paul Steiner: I took a laptop in as it started making a lot of noise. Guy tried selling me a new drive when I was pretty sure it was a fan issue. Eventually got him to run a test of the fan and low and behold it was a problem. I did get the new drive as well since it was probably a needed upgrade. They replaced the fan but the noise got louder. Took it back in to get them to fix the mounting. He literally broke a piece of the case in front of me getting the screw out but said he would fix it. So I left it there. Took while over a month before I was able to get it back including multiple, "should be done in a few days". When I got it back it was as loud if not louder. The laptop is permanently shelved and I am out a few hundred dollars. Find someplace else.
Vignesh J: The guy in the front, Brian, has no clue on what he does and he refuses to listen to the customer. He worked on my laptop for several minutes for a simple fix and refused to ask for help. And he finally did and the guy was able to fix it in a minute. Plus, the minimum fee is $49 bucks!! Service cost must be communicated before starting to work on something and not after. Its a rip off.
Andrew Head: People were very friendly. They ultimately could not fix my laptop and weren't sure what the problem was. They weren't going to charge me anything but charged me the minimum bench fee at my behest.Later, my uncle took a look at the laptop . He told me that the RAM in the laptop (2 GB) was not the RAM that the laptop was supposed to have come with (8 GB). Based off of what I was doing when the machine was working, I know it had to have had more than 2 GB in it. The store was expecting I dispose of the laptop, not that I would otherwise try to see it repaired, but if it were the case they kepy my 8 GB dimm that'd be sad. I never examined the machine myself, so I can't confirm it only has 2 GB, but I believe my uncle.Edit: My uncle sank a lot of money and time trying to fix that laptop. Some other place he took it to tried similar things and still never got it functioning. I think by comparison Digilink did a lot better job.
David Bainbridge: I used to think highly of digilink computers. They were my go to pro computer store. They had good stock levels on parts, reasonable prices and a knowledgeable staff.I recently called to inquire about a new cpu and was quoted a price that is $200 over MSRP. I looked up the same cpu at several other brick and mortar stores and sure enough, it was listed for the actual MSRP at all of them. In times of low supply and high demand, I want to shop at a store where they won't take advantage and price gouge. I may as well buy it from ebay for that price.

Brought my laptop in for a repair and I paid $50 for nothing. Not sure the guy working on it even knew what he was doing and barely spent any time on the repair. The issue was not fixed.
Ethan Santangelo: I came in to have them troubleshoot a blue screen issue on my new gaming PC. After a somewhat rude introduction, the staff member wrote down my issue incorrectly and the technician seemed to lack basic knowledge in regards to PCs (ex: did not know all Ryzen CPUs are overclockable). After they finally understood my problem they were unfortunately unable to fix the issue. Also, most of the staff did not wear masks. While the service was cheap, overall subpar experience.
