I can't recommend them highly enough!The selection is astounding, the staff is BEYOND amazing and helpful, and their costume rental prices are wonderful to boot!This year I got a beautiful full length style dress, lace gloves, a necklace, bracelet, ring, earrings, headpiece and medallion (those 3 pieces not pictured here) for $45, for a week's rental! Considering I'd spend much more at a Halloween store for a full costume purchase, that I'll only wear once and will just sit collecting dust until I get rid of it years later, this is a much MUCH better option in my book.They do a wonderful job of being attentive and helping you choose an entire costume where every piece complements the whole, and these wonderful people know exactly what they're doing!I adore that this place exists...I cannot recommend this service highly enough! Even if I moved out of the area I think I would still come here for my costume needs!

Larry Kyser: I went to rent a pump, the mechanic worked on it ,and two more pumps for an hour with no success ,the owner tried to make it my fault, because , I didn't call ahead, what a joke. This guy was rude. I will never go back. Shouldn't equipment be ready to go for rent?Reply to Owner-I will not admit to your LIE. You never mentioned your equipment was not ready to rent. Your lying statement does not clear up anything. You're just trying to make yourself look good to future customers. We can do this all year!!!

Not only was my communications with the service team confusing and inconsistent, when I showed up to pick up the trailer, multiple tires were badly dry rotted.With 8-hours of highway driving ahead of me, you can understand why I would be extremely uncomfortable with this. Instead of replacing the tires, I was simply handed a “spare” that wasn’t even the same size as the others.I left with a put in my stomach, and luckily drove by a neighboring rental business with much better looking trailers (with well maintained tires) for less money.I happily returned the trailer, and drove to the other lot to secure one by a team who cares about the well-being of their customers and equipment.I’m typically not one to write reviews, but this experience was too disappointing not to warn others.

megan shannon: Like many other reviews on here I was treated poorly by a very rude employee named Gary. I rented a wood chipper that got clogged 45 min into my 3 hour rental no one answered when I called or was there when I returned the equipment. Went in on Monday and Gary told me that it was an operator error and refused to refund my fee for the time the equipment did not work. Told me my only option was to get credit to rent the same wood chipper. I refuse to be treated like that by a company and I’m sure would have been treated way differently if I was a man and not a woman. I will try and contact the owner of the store and then just cut my losses and never rent from this company again.

Manuel Washburn: Very rude rented a tent from them the tent was very dirty 2x4s for poles and the chairs were somewhat up to par but one of the guests fell due to faulty chair I should have known better when I walked into the store because all of the equipment looks outdated from the'70s '80s and early 90s and very dirty have pictures will try posting soon save your money and just by the equipment you need to get whatever job done

Nicole Kehoe: Paid in full for table and chairs that I had to end up canceling 8 days before event. Owner refused to refund me any money. Circled on the form that DEPOSITS WOULD NOT BE REFUNDED. I paid in full, more than deposit and he still refused. Said he wished people wouldn’t rent things until they knew for sure. Family coming in from Colorado have COVID and RSV (2 year old very sick) how was I supposed to know this was going to happen? Seriously?? Guy was SUPER RUDE! Never going back. UPDATE: received a phone message saying he was able to rent the table and chairs and if I wanted my refund I had to erase my review. He left this in his message? Um? You can’t be offered money to change a review! I will wait for it to be resolved through the law vs being told I can get it back if I change my review. P. S. Still refusing to return my money minus the refund.

At last we asked for help and our hero appeared! Their knowledge of the store was impeccable! Led us back down an aisle that we traveled and pointed to at the item we were seeking. Not only did the store have what we wanted the staff also knew exactly where it was!

We ordered and picked up the balloons yesterday afternoon and first thing this morning they looked like this. I don't remember ever having balloons stop floating this quickly.Our customer service while ordering the balloons was really great, which is why this review is 3 stars. But we won't be ordering balloons again from Party City; between the cost and how quickly these stopped floating, it wasn't worth it.
